So till 12:00 p.m when the body is in elimination mode, best to feed it easy to digest foods which is fruits. Even better to not eat anything if you don’t feel hungry.
A gap of 14 to 16 hours between previous night’s dinner and breakfast is excellent. This gives the body enough time to finish the elimination of previous day’s wastes. This is a form of intermittent fasting. Then when hunger is felt, the body is ready for the breakfast of fruits. So if you finish dinner by 8:00, have breakfast by 10:00 a.m when hunger is felt.
