Detox 2019 - Week 6, Post 4 (End of course)

It is end of the program. Wow, 6 weeks went by so fast!

In summary – just follow natural laws and health is yours. Eat what is natural for us as a species and be with nature .That’s it, no greater truth or secret here. Nature takes her time but everything is taken care of in a holistic manner.

The most important 3 takeways I would suggest for better health are:

  • Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. Be on fruits till midday everyday
  • Stay away from animal products
  • Be with nature as frequently as possible

Knowledge is not enough, needs to be translated into understanding. Intention is not enough, needs to be translated into habits. View lapses as learning opportunities, and not as permanent failures. What you do on a regular basis is more important than the occasional indulgence.

Join a health community, further your learning

When the whole world is more or less doing the wrong things, it is hard to stay committed to this path. So being with like minded people on the same journey really helps you stay on track. Be part of a community. Some suggestions for you -
