No food gives us energy! Some foods help us to conserve energy!
Those are NOT energisers but conserver of energy!

The explanations might sound awkward and contradictory to the medicinal explanation of the food.

The ATP theory is not a natural explanation of food.


It’s also known as the Law of conservation of energy.

In an isolated system, the total energy is neither destroyed nor created.

The energy received by a life, during zygote-formation is the final and fixed, till the body gets perished.

It’s only engagements and disengagements of the energy that happen during the lifetime.
No increase can be possible in the total energy quotient, whatsoever the measure be.


  • The food is a visible form and energy is invisible and formless.
  • The feasibility of the conversion of form into formless is impossible by mankind.
  • The differentiating factor between a form and a formless is the speed.
  • Due to huge speed, the formless is not humanly visible.
  • Achieving that huge speed by a form is commonly impossible due to the massiveness of the speed needed for the conversion.

Here, the correlation of E=mc^2 is needed, where E is energy, the formless; m is mass, the form and c is the speed of light which is 3x10^8 m/s.

Attaining the square of the speed of light is not humanly possible for the needed conversion of form into formless.


  • The complete part-analysis cannot be completed ever by Homo Sapiens.
  • The nomenclatures of carbohydrate, fat, etc. are also incomplete and confusing in terms of exploration of the whole.
  • Understanding the voice of the organism is far more dialectic and valid in terms of the food requirements and the suitability.
  • The natural taste of natural wholesome substance which is enjoyable by Homo sapiens in its natural state is the needful food for them and provide all the requisite nutrients.
  • All organisms are equipped with the capabilities of transmutation and synthesis to extract anything out of anything.
  • Specific elemental compensation plans, driven by deficiency theory won’t work as far as the holistic assimilation is concerned by the body.
  • The food is the building materials, not the energy supplier for the body.
  • The innate energy of the body is programmatically capable enough to extract the needed building materials from the wholesome natural food.

FALLACY OF CALORY CONCEPT (a calorie is a unit of heat energy):

Coming to the question of how calories can be received by the body from solid food?

  • A food is considered as solid food when it’s consumed.
  • The solid food (say, A kg) undergoes liquefaction on introduction to the organism, a DISINTEGRATION process.
  • The process of liquefaction needs heat from the body (say, X calories).
  • The extracted food nutrients (say, B kg) undergoes a solidification to form the body cells, a REINTEGRATION process.
  • The process is solidification evolves heat (say, Y calories).
  • Now, X & Y both are latent heat.
  • Latent heat is dependent on the quantity on which it’s applied.
  • As far as the quantities of A and B are concerned, A >> B. Therefore, X is always greater than Y. That means the body needs to spend calorie every time we eat food, not otherwise!
  • Food is the needful substance for the bodybuilding materials, it’s not energy giver.
  • The complexity of the food increases the energy requirements for its processing.

If the food is simpler then it helps the body to conserve energy.
