Why eat whole, plant-based foods?
Eating wholesome means eating foods in their real, natural, and unprocessed forms. Whole, plant-based foods such as, grains, fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds contain the highest possible amount of fiber and retain all the micronutrients as well as phytochemicals. Eating them whole provides our body with all of these nutrients and help us reach optimum health.
Eating fiber promotes better gut health, improved digestion, and removal of toxins. Micronutrients are vitamins and minerals, which are essential for growth, bone health, immune system, and several other biological functions. Phytochemicals act as antioxidants. Plant-based foods are a natural diet for humans. Our bodies are designed to easily assimilate plant-based whole foods. They help us function better and attain greater health.

The program focuses on guiding you to eat and cook healthy by providing wholesome, and healthier recipes for snacks, desserts, and other menu-courses. The recipes cater to a wide array of tastes for the entire family.

The program includes oil-free, dairy-free and sugar-free recipes, created with organic, plant-based ingredients. All the recipes are created by certified nutritionists. The program suggests healthy and easily available substitutes to animal-products and not-so-healthy foods.

What is My Pure Path?
My Pure Path is a vegan, sugar-free, oil-free, non-dairy and gluten-free kitchen from Vegan First, that teaches recipes and cooking techniques. The concept of Vegan First as a brand was inspired by the teachings of Brahmarishi Mohanji. He's touched a million lives across the globe and has been the driving force behind our vegan venture. He set us on the path to a cruelty-free, compassionate and happy lifestyle. We're happy to take the baton forward and spread his message to more people. Everyone at My Pure Path is an advocate of substituting animal-based foods with those which are plant-based.
Who are the presenters of the program?
Mayavi Khandelwal and Ankita Dhokia - both of them are staunch advocates for plant-based, healthy & compassionate eating. They aim to help people become healthier by promoting and teaching how to adopt a healthy whole food plant-based lifestyle - i.e Dairy free (Vegan), Sugar-free, Gluten-free, Oil-free and Organic food, without compromising on good taste. Mayavi Khandelwal, a certified nutrition and health coach, has reversed several diseases like diabetes, hypothyroid, etc by practicing this lifestyle. Ankita Dhokia, a Chartered Accountant by qualification and a CFA professor, gave up her corporate career to pursue teaching food & health.
