Program Coach:
Ishita Lote has been a yoga practioner since 9 years and a certified Yoga Wellness Instructor. She has learnt under the guidance of her gurus who are affiliated with the Bihar School of Yoga. She runs regular weekly yoga classes. She is also a neuro yoga practitioner and has successfully coached people in it through multiple workshops.
