Dr. Nidhi Choudhary is a renowned yoga teacher, researcher & yoga therapy consultant. Holding a Ph.D. in Yoga, she specializes in women’s health. Hailing from Rishikesh, the Yoga capital of the world, she started practicing yoga at an early age from Guruji Dr. BKS Iyengar, who is the founder of the unique Iyengar school of Yoga. She has co-authored over 15 research publications in the field of gynecology and yoga. Dr. Choudhary’s doctoral study on PCOS, which was funded by the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India, led to the first estimate of PCOS in India, and is globally the only study, testing the efficacy of yoga-based lifestyle programs on PCOS. She has conducted yoga programs for PCOS, infertility, pregnancy & menopause for the past fifteen years across the world. She authored a book titled “Practical guidebook for Prenatal Yoga” 2016.

Charu believes in the healing power of food and is passionate about designing personalized lifestyle & dietary interventions for people suffering from chronic lifestyle diseases such as Obesity, Diabetes, Hypertension, PCOD & Fatty Liver. Currently pursuing Ph.D. she worked as an Assistant Professor (Ad hoc) in the Department of Food and Nutrition at the University of Delhi for a year. She was awarded the SCOPE scholarship by the World Obesity Federation & has several national and international research publications to her credit. She conducts public lectures on obesity and lifestyle management in schools, colleges, and corporate offices.
