Program Presenter:
Dr. Anubha Gupta, a culinary expert & food blogger, always endeavors to create healthy and tasteful recipes to provide wholesome nourishment to the body & soul. She strongly believes that even if you are eating for the soul, the taste matters! She is passionate about plant-based eating and her recipes are mostly Dairy-free, Gluten-free, Dairy-free, Sugar-Free, and have the option of being Oil-free. Anubha, Ex- Associate Professor of Finance, is mindful and inquisitive about what she cooks & eats. She followed her passion for cooking and became a food influencer in 2020. Anubha wishes to continue with the legacy of traditional recipes by recreating their healthiest versions without compromising on taste.
