
Sir I am 23 year's old girl and my height is 4. 8 feet's. I am not satisfied with my height and I wanted to grow up to at least 5. 3. Is it possible and how?. For that what type of diet plan I should preferred and what exercises should I do?

Growth ceases at the age of 21 years physiologically in most cases. Most of the physical charactersistcs in human beings largely depend on the genetical factors that are dominant in the family. If you have a strong family history then you might not be that successful in achieving your mission. Best wishes
Sorry, I think growing age is almost over. It's impossible to grow from 4.8 to 5.3 after age 23, you must have tried this during your growth spurt.
Still ,follow a whole food plant based diet, with regular exercises, including stretching exercise. Wish you the best.
Is that in your family history if all are short in your family may be that is the reason for you

Play basketball
Do skipping daily
In diet protein rich foods intake will help eg soaked almond

Do cycling, skipping regularly.
Have complete plant based diet. Include green leafy Vegetables and seasonal fruits to your meals. Have salads,sprouts, beans and nuts to your diet.

In my opinion human growth will be upto 22 &u already had crossed it and u still have the chance to attain growth by yoga, I'm hoping gud will happen to you

Something’s come genetically. We must be happy with what we are born with. Unless you have a lifestyle issue, u really can’t fix physical aspects of the body. However, physical fitness can help in contributing to growth in kids during their growing age. You can try swimming, play basket ball, do yogasana that’s helps in spine stretch such as vrukshasana. I am not sure if this will make you gain few inches. Might add few mm. My advice is to focus your attention on other things that might be more important in ur life. From a lifestyle perspective,
Have fruits till noon
Salads innthe afternoon for lunch
Have whole food plant based Millets cooked oilfree for dinner
Enjoy ur time out admiring the sun and other natural elements, spend time outside doing pranayama and admire the vayu or air. Connect yourself to the earth by doing some gardening .. things like this will divert your mind to other useful things that can really help you stay healthy. Staying positive in life will attract positivity around you. नमस्ते
एक पेड़ को स्वस्थ रहने के लिए अंतराल (gap)सूर्य की रोशनी, हवा का संचार, पानी की सही मात्रा, और उपजाऊ मिट्टी चाहिए। इसी तरीक़े शरीर का लम्बाई, ठीक होना, स्वस्थ होना, वज़न ठीक होना इन्हीं बातों निर्भर करता है।
सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।
लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।
खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।
मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।
कुछ अभ्यास लम्बाई बढ़ाने में उपयोगी साबित होंगी
जैसे साइकलिंग, तैराकी, लटकना, रस्सी कूद, झुलना
कुछ योगा अभ्यास।
आहार शुद्धि जैसे सुबह उठकर ख़ाली पेट सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard)को 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।फल+अंजीर,मुनक्के का नाश्ता लें
(स्प्राउट) अंकुरित अनाज और मेवे सलाद में मिलायें अंकुरित मूँगफली टमाटर, शिमला मिर्च, खीरा और बारीक कटा धनिया मिला कर खायें शाम के नाश्ते में लें। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।
ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।
जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।
तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।
हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
