Hair is so rough and damage what should I do??

increase the consumption of water and liquid diet. include banana in your  diet. Do third eye chakra meditation that will help you to balance pituitary gland harmones . apply organic shampoo use natural conditioner like yougurt or cucumber. apply cold pressed chemical free oil in your hair. stop using hot water in your hair..

Hi!!!

The best therapy is 'Oil therapy ' for rough hair...Use combination of cold pressed oils such as:Coconut, Olive, Almond and Mustard oil' these should be organic, apply it to your hair every night...and wash your hair in the morning.

I am sure after few days of use you will notice some difference in your hair texture..

Typically hair quality is like plastic wire when you are high on animal foods like diary or meat fish or eggs. Once you remove them from your diet, and add lots of naturally occurring fruits veggies juices and greens, the unnecessary fat around your hair will melt and itbwill become soft and silky. You will also lose some old toxic hair and new ones will growtoo. It’s imp that you avoid hot water , chemical for the hair . नमस्ते

 

बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है। सिर में ऑक्सिजन की कमी और mineral की कमी से ये समस्या होती है। रासायनिक शेम्पू एवं साबुन से ऐसा होता है।

शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए,

वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है।

आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है।

फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें।

सुबह की शुरुआत 1/2 खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। फल एक घंटे बाद लें। 12 बजे दोपहर में पालक 10पत्ते + पुदीना10पत्ते पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे तक में कर लें। रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा।

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा + aloevera और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ।नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।बालों को नींबू या रीठा से साफ़ करें।कपूर और नारियल तेल से मालिश करें।

For healthy hair outside and inside env should be good.

Protect it from outside env means cover it well in areas where pollution is more and when heat is too much so damage is minimized. Do not use commercially available shampoos. Just use plain water or reetha to wash your hair. Use natural hair conditioners like coconut milk, aloe vera or fruit pulp to soften the hair.

Internal env means the health of your body, Eat more hydrating foods like fruits and vegetables in raw form and less cooked food. Please also stay away from acidic foods like tea/coffee, alcohol, processed foods, refined oil, dairy and meat.

Namaste 

The best hair product would be something that you could get from nature. I prepare a powder of shikakai and other things and use it as a hair wash.

Shikakai powder

Shikakai 1 kg

Dry amla 200 GMs

Green moong 200 GMs

Rice 200 GMs

Ritha 50 GMs 

Fenugreek seeds 200 GMs

Get this ground at the flour mill and use a little, make a paste by adding water and use it every time you wash your hair. 

As for conditioning I either use fresh aloe Vera gel or a decoction of hibiscus flowers. 

You can apply cold pressed coconut oil and massage your scalp regularly
