Hey people..... My name is Robin & i am 22 years old. I had my brain operation in 2016 & after that I'm having hemiplegia. ( partially paralysis ) ( Left side ) From head to toe & right now it's getting worse & I'm going through a hard time. Could ya'll help me? PLEASE HOPE YOU'LL REPLY

To get the best out of the body that we have we only need to see to it that our food habits and lifestyle are in sync with nature. By following our species specific diet and a lifestyle that is in sync with nature, we can conserve on our vitality wich in turn can keep our health in the best possible condiion. Wrong food habits and a lifestyle that is away from nature taxes our vitality a lot and leads to enervation, that means tiring and depleting our energy. That results in faulty metabolism, accumulation of toxins, which in turn leads to further complications. Let me put forth a basic guidelines for a species specific diet and a lifesyle that could help you to conserve your vitality and that in turn would improve your metabolism, eliminate all unwanted toxins further and free up vitality which in turn can make you stay healthier and happier

   

lets look into what things we should remove from our diet to improve our haemoglobin  or overall blood quality.

Foods to be removed

1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances.

2 Refined flour and refined oil

3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped.

4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food.

5 Meat, fish, eggs, milk and milk products

Foods to be included

1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake

2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake

3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake

4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake

And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of health but many other things too matter equally. 

1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health.

नमस्ते

 

अगर सही पद्धति से अनुशासनबद्ध हो कर काम किया जाए तो इस शरीर में कोई रोग नहीं रह सकता क्योंकि शरीर का एक मात्र लक्ष्य है स्वस्थ को क़ायम रखना।

शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है

 

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। अनुलोम विलोम और भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करें। 

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें। अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें।खीरा और

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट जिस अंग में लकवा है पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड (spine) पर नीचे मूलाधार चक्र (root chakr) से विशुद्दी चक्र यानी (throat chakra) तक 

दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में

 

और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। प्रेशर बिलकुल नहीं देना है।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। किसी टब में पानी डाल कर 20मिनट के लिए बैठें।

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, ताज़ा नारियल की मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Hello,

I can understand how devastating it is for a 22 year old to go through what you are going through. However, I see that you have a lot of positive energy and strength and hope that one day you will feel better. In case of brain operation it takes time to heal your body. You have been sustaining so far and you will. However, I can suggest few things to recover faster and help with your paralysis.

Firstly, if you are on medication then please ask the Doctor to taper them as you shouldn't be made dependable on meds. Alternatively, you need to change your diet completely. If you need your brain to function normally as before...then follow the diet below:

1. Almond Milk and Butter

2. Soy Milk

3. Dry Fruits (dry apricot, melon seeds, almonds, walnuts, pistachios)

4. Avoid carbohydrate vegetables (Potato, Sweet Potato, or anything that is grown underground)

5. Roasted Flax Seeds

6. Cook food in Mustard oil, Ground nut oil or Coconut oil (All these oils need to organic)

7. Wholesome Fruits (Apple, Kiwi, Oranges, Papaya, Banana, Passion Fruit, Musk Melon) etc

8. Avoid Refined and Processed Foods completely

Practice Mindfulness in the morning - this is positive imagery that makes you see yourself as normal as you were before the operation (Take an assistance from expert to experience mindfulness at its best)

Hi Robin, please don’t lose hope. The very fact that nature has brought you to Wellcure looking for natural healing itself is a proof that good times are ahead. Body heals miraculously. I suggest that you switch to a completely raw diet. This raw diet will only comprise of fruits vegetables and leafy greens. You can have lemon as a garnish. Do not have any other man-Made foods such as sugar jaggery and other processed elements. Do not have anything cooked. You can have fruits vegetables and leafy greens in the form of juices as well. The more you Juice, the more your body will also find time and energy to focus on your healing. Paralytic attacks are majorly viral in nature. So all you have to do is ensure that the body is made as alkaline and unsuitable for any virus to survive. If this was just physical damage the physical damage will not usually increase or decrease. By the nature of your question, it clearly says that your condition is deteriorating. This only means that you’re living condition is not getting any better and it’s only getting more toxic physically and emotionally. This is how you will have to handle your food. Do not think this is abnormal. Having raw fruits vegetables and leafy greens is the ideal human diet. Everything else that we have been consuming is all unnatural. So I am suggesting that you first drastically fix your food habits to completely natural to ensure that the viral activity in your body can’t sustain.

Next coming to the physical aspects. A holistic approach to any healing cannot be complete without physical activity. Along with the above food changes, join a yoga practitioner who is experienced and who will give you individual attention. Practice whatever asana possible. Also, pledge that whether you believe that yoga and pranayama are helping you or not you will continue to practice it to your last breath. This conviction is even going to eventually help you to see results.

The last approach which is very important is an emotional approach. Before you physically contacted this problem it is quite possible that the disease came upon you emotionally in the form of all kinds of negative thinking, talking and actions. I request you to re-evaluate your thinking and practice the following approach. Have complete faith in the Almighty that whatever problem you have been going Thru is for your good and for your learning. And once this learning is accepted in good spirit, in gratitude, in love, in faith you will be able to finish the experience and learn the lessons that the experience had to give you. The very fact that the universe has led U to knock the doors of natural healing is proof that help is on its way and that You are a blessed person. So trust that your future is not going to be same as your past and will definitely be complete healing. Make an affirmation that you are a part of the divine and abundant health happiness and love is yours. So my message to you is if you believe what I am telling you, start living in gratitude because you may not be able to see things that are good for you yet.  this positive emotion is good enough to make a complete transformation in your health. Start blessing your healthy body every single day, the person you imagine yourself to be.
Last but not least, Sun is the source of the of energy on earth. Expose yourself to the sun without fail, in gratitude for one hour every single day in the morning.

My simple advice is as you have mentioned about your surgical history, some medicines given for post rehab medicines for cerebral surgeries it might cause some side effects...

If at all if you want to try any other alternative therapies....my only advice is to take an opinion from your neurosurgeon before venturing into new therapies
