Hi I m having dandruff

Namaste,

Are you leading a very busy life, always on the go, without much time to deactivate, rest ? Are you cutting down your sleep? Is your mind always thinking, busy with thoughts? Are you always up on your feet, ready to conquer the world while your own body might be signaling you to give it some downtime?

As you align your food habits, another aspect would be to align your rest and sleep functions. Only in sleep does body fully focus on the much needed function of repair, rebuilding and restoring. Do refocus on giving some 30 minutes to yourself each day morning and evening. Take in fresh air in morning, be active – start small and steady. And build this habit in. Similarly, wind down before sleep. Spend some quiet time in dim lights. Make this a family ritual and spend the much needed time with family members / children before you sleep (without TV). Keep your gadgets away from you in morning or night prior to sleep for 30 minutes atleast

Use homemade herbal hair oil and gently heat it and massage on your scalp leave about 30min and rinse with hot towel and do hair wash with mild herbal shampoo. Do this weekly twice for about one month to see positive results.

Eat dates, nuts, green leafy vegetable juice, sprouts to get nutrient to your hair. Gently massage to have good blood circulation.

Avoid pollution, do not use others comb. Have your own comb, towel. Avoid stress.

Hello Avinash,

Dandruff is due to fungal infection. 

So,maintain cleanliness and hygiene. 

Apply neem paste on hairs.

• Using one teaspoon of fresh lime juice for last rinse is also beneficial as it leaves hair clean, glowing and removes stickiness. This prevents dandruff. 

• Hair wash twice every week with green gram powder mixed with curd is another remedy for dandruff. 

• Massaging hair with few drops of lime juice mixed with amla juice, every night is another useful remedy. 

• To counteract dandruff, cider vinegar can also be used.

• Mix cider vinegar and water in equal proportions, use cotton wool to dab this mix onto scalp in between shampooing.

• Adding cinder vinegar to the final rinse also helps in dispersing dandruff. 

• it is advisable to have a well-balanced diet.

नमस्ते अवनीश जी,

 

बाल भी हमारे शरीर का ही हिस्सा है। सिर में ऑक्सिजन की कमी और mineral की कमी से ये समस्या होती है। रासायनिक शेम्पू एवं साबुन से ऐसा होता है।

शरीर के हर हिस्से में जो पोषक तत्व पहुँचना चाहिए,

वो नहीं पहुँच रहा है।

आपके आहार में सब्ज़ी का जूस शामिल करने की ज़रूरत है।

फल, सब्ज़ी और सलाद को अपने खाने में शामिल करें।

सुबह की शुरुआत 1/2 खीरा + करी पत्ता पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ, फल एक घंटे बाद लें। 12 बजे दोपहर में पालक 10पत्ते + पुदीना10पत्ते पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे तक में कर लें। रात का भोजन में सलाद ही लें तो बहुत अच्छा होगा।

मेरुदंड ( स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें, हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ। नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ। बालों को नींबू या रीठा से साफ़ करें। कपूर और नारियल तेल से मालिश करें।
