Any remedies to remove dark circles?

Namaste Ji,

Dark circle under yes eyes it is increasing day by day to many people due to various reason.

One main thing is lack of hydration. Not drinking enough water as per body height and weigh. Per day 2 to 3 liters of water to be consumed to a normal human body.
Lack of sleep is one of the major reason too which leads to Sleep deprivation. Can cause your skin to become dull and pale, allowing for dark tissues and blood vessels beneath your skin to show. Lack of sleep can also cause fluid to build underneath your eyes, causing them to appear puffy. As a result, the dark circles you see may actually be shadows cast by your puffy eyelids.

Mainitning poor life style. Working in Night shift, Watching Television in short distance, seeing mobile for longer period, and seeing/working undercomputer or laptop for longer period will cause dark circle.

If you are taking any allopathy medication for a longer period and which is high dose will give such side affects as well.

You can overcome this dark circle slowly by adopting natural way of ilfe style.

Drink more water, eat fresh water content fruits like pears, water melon, pomegranate and much more.

Before going to bed, apply 2 drops of coconut oil or almond virgin one under the eyelids ( dark circle) also keep potato slice or cucumber slice before going to bed. If you follow this regularly in 2 months of time you will good results.

Its a result of fatigue n stress. you need good quality sleep  to remove stress fatigue n to repair your damage cells. first you should eat light meal at night 3 hours before sleep. walk after every meal . eat salads n fruits . eat more citrus fruits. Do meditate . Appply. olive oil under your eyes. put a dipped cotton in a cucumber juice on your eyes. avoid phone during sleep time .

नमस्ते

आँखों की समस्या मिनरल की कमी को दर्शाता है।

 

आँखो पे सूती कपड़े को गुलाब जल में डुबो कर रखें और उसके ऊपर खीरा और धनिया का पेस्ट रखें 20 मिनट के लिए रखना है रोज़ दो बार ये करें। एलोवेरा पल्प और गुलाब जल मिला कर आँखों के आस पास घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में

और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

आहार शुद्धि और सही स्वाँस लेने के तरीक़े से हम इस बीमारी पर नियंत्रण पा सकते हैं।

गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के हल्का रुकें, और फिर सहज साँस लें तो एक चक्र पूरा होता है। ऐसे 10 चक्र करें। मेरुदंड को सीधा रखें और पेट ख़ाली रखकर इस अभ्यास को करें। जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। अर्धसिरशासन करें ताकि ऊपर के तरफ़ रक्त का संचार हो।

खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ। खाने के 1 घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ। खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन से बचें। 

तेल, मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

सुबह 5 बेल पत्ते को पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर  पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ। 

दोपहर 12 बजे पालक 10 पत्ते + पुदीना 10 पत्ता पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। इसके 1घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम5 बजे नारियल पानी या सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

रात के खाने में सलाद लें और सलाद 8 बजे से पहले लें। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ।

Potato juice, peel and cut a potato. Put it in juicer along with water and blend it. Strain same and apply twice a day at your dark circle.

Dark circles around eye usually occurs due to oversleep or lack sleep,over straining of eyes,  extreme fatigue, improper diet pattern and dehydration.

Remedies:

  • Regular sleep pattern 6-8 hrs daily.
  • Avoid over straining of eyes due to TV / mobile.
  • Cold compress/cold mud pack to eyes.
  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Cosume more seasonal fruits and vegetables.
  • Applying almond oil/castor oil/coconut oil below the eyes and light massage.
  • Applying aloe Vera under eyes for few minutes.
  • Cut cucumber/ potato into thick slice and place on the eyes for 15 -20 mins,  then wash with cold water. 
  • mix 1 tablespoons tomato juice and lemon juice apply on dark circles and wash after 15 mins. 
  •  Applying thin layer of honey under water area and wash after 15-20 mins.

Hello 😊

I have myself suffered from it ...the best remedy will be to take pure aloe Vera gel, mix a little bit of organic coconut oil..like one or two drops, along with one drop of almond oil, and add a two or three strands kesar into it. Mix them all and apply it while going to bed ...you have to repeat this for a month atleast to see the results. 

Second remedy is use almond milk and mix one or two strands of Kesar into it and apply this mixture with a cotton ball to your under eyes ..keep it overnight ...you will see a miracle too with this remedy..😊
