नमस्ते

 

इस बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है।

शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें।खीरा और

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट गर्भाशय पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। किसी टब में पानी डाल कर 20मिनट के लिए बैठें।

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, ताज़ा नारियल की मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Hy....Polycystic ovary syndrome is a common condition related to a hormonal imbalance in women of reproductive age. It is characterized by high levels of androgens in the body.Researchers have also linked insulin to PCOS because many women with this condition also have too much insulin in their bodies.

• High levels of insulin cause the ovaries to produce more male hormones.

• Women with PCOS have also been found to have low-grade inflammation, contributing to insulin resistance.

 

  1. I suggest you to take Apple cider vinegar is beneficial for dealing with PCOS because it helps control blood sugar and keeps body from producing too much insulin. Less insulin means less testosterone. 
  2. Add one teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a glass of hot water, Drink it daily for a few months.It can also be used by sprinkling in cereals or other foods.
  3. Aloe vera’s constituents have been shown to reduce blood cholesterol levels leading to restoring the ovarian steroid status.
  4. Do regular atleast 30 rounds of suryanamskara's daily as physical movement of body is really important.

PCOD is one of the most common problems faced by young girls today. It is not just a result of wrong lifestyle and food habits but also of genetical weakening. We are becoming weaker and sicker with each generation.  Wrong habits of food, living and thinking etc lead to overworking and tiring our system ending up producing toxins.And all our glands too are flooded with toxins. In such a state the body can not function normally and eliminate all that is not needed. That’s why one gets PCOD as the body tries to collect the toxins in different sacks or cysts to keep the rest of the body safe. Now that you have realised that you want to get rid of the toxins, you may start working on how you can help your body get rid of them.

 
Firstly stop the influx of all that is not needed or that which is more taxing on your body. The list of foods to be kept off is given in the diet section.
 
What is it that you need to include in your life style to support the body in its cleansing, healing and normal functioning. 
 
1 Learn pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.
 
2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 
 
3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or atleast walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.
 
4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.
 
5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.
 
6 Be well hydrated. Consume lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.
 
7 Get some regular physical activity in your daily routine like walking, yoga or swimming in some natural water body.
 
8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive. Let go of all that doesn’t serve you. 
 
Follow these principles and as you go on eliminating toxins and discarding all damaged unhealthy tissues you will start seeing a great change in your overall health. 
 
Foods to be strictly kept off
 
1 milk and milk products
2 white maida, white sugar, white salt.
3 no packaged and processed foods. No outside food too from restaurants. 
4 no baked stuff like toast buiscuits etc
5 no namkeens and sweets from shops

6 No meat eggs or animal products
 
Foods to be included
 
1 fresh locally grown seasonal fruits 50%
2 fresh vegetables 35%
3 grains 10%
4 soaked nuts 5%
Diet chart
8 am one or two glasses of water with half a lemon squeezed in it
Or
Hibiscus flower lemon grass and tulsi tea with a slice of lemon
 
9 am green juice dhaniya pudina curry leaves cucumber as base no water grind filter and add pinch of salt and half lemon
 
10 am fresh seasonal fruit top choice papaya, if not tarbooz or dragon fruit, kharbooja as much as you want till you feel full
 
1 pm lunch
Lukha fulka with lots of lauki or torai or tinda or beans or gawarfali or balor or tindoli or gilki parwal etc. no or only 1 tsp oil groundnut sesame or coconut oil that too cold pressed . If you want to have daal let it be unseasoned and chilke wali daal one cup. Masoor rajma all ok
 
4 pm any fruit juice no ice or sugar
Black grapes, carrot or tomato or beet or any fresh fruit ... combos also ok
 
6 pm dinner
Salad full of greens, veggies and soaked nuts.

What else you could do?

1 You may take hot and cold fomentation on your stomach.

2 You may take a hip bath just before going to bed.

 

Just follow these simple rules and you body should start eliminating toxins slowly but steadily. And soon you will see improvement in your over all health.

Some of the diet that'll help manage your symptoms are food with low glycemic index such as whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, fruits, starchy vegetables, and other unprocessed and  low-carbohydrate foods.

Anti-inflammatory foods, such as berries, leafy greens, and extra virgin olive oil, may reduce inflammation-related symptoms. These diets contain mostly mono unsaturated fats and lesser saturated fats

Add one teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a glass of hot water and drink it daily for a few months.

Fenugreek promotes glucose metabolism in the body and improves insulin resistance. This in turn helps balance hormones.

 It may also help lower cholesterol, aid weight loss and promote healthy heart functioning.

Add Bitter gourd as it is known for its ability to control the blood sugar levels and it can work to control the symptoms of PCOD in the same way. 

 Add tulsi , aloe Vera ,Amla and flaxseed .

Avoid oily fried food items , processed foods , added sugars and preservatives, smoking and alcohol 

A regular exercises daily will help in losing your weight .
