Is it ok to add Splenda in my tea?

Absolutely not. It’s an artificial sweetener. Anything that’s artificial and not natural interferes with the body functions and creates a toxic load. Toxicity is the cause of all diseases, big or small.

 

Try adding jaggery instead.

Splenda should not be consumed, it is very toxic for body. I will suggest to avoid milk tea. You know you can prepare the herbal tea by boiling cinnamon, small cardamom and clove in water. This will also increase your digestion.
