Its a result when your body needs more energy to feel fresh. over sleeping ,heavy meals dehydrated condition undigestive food are main cause. over stress amxiety is also responsible for that . we need energy for each every activity.

There could be many reasons for the fatigue in the body and heaviness in the chest. It can be clearly diagnosed after a detailed consultation.

But just on the broader sense of your question we can give a broad and detailed answer.

All health issues are caused by one single disease and that is toxemia. Toxemia means accumulation of toxins in the body and that happens as a result of enervation or exhaustion of the body or weakening of the vitality. When the vitality becomes weaker the body is not able to perform its day to day activities normally. The metabolism gets weaker and weaker. This results in the waste matter getting stagnant in the body... which with time starts producing more toxins.

These toxic accumulation further restricts other systems functions causing various diseased conditions. So check yourself and your routine to see what are the reasons that are causing enervation in you?

 All issues in the body are major because of this condition called toxaemia. This is nothing but an excessive collection of toxins in the body. When the body is busy trying to deal with toxins, it will have no time it will have no energy for your other activities. This is why you feel that you absolutely have a lack of energy to do other daily activities.  To change this balance, you have to ensure that the toxins are less and the amount of energy that you are getting for your daily activities is sufficient. How do you do this? By consuming food that is easy for digestion and gets nutritious. When your digestive load reduces, your body will find sufficient time in cleaning you up. Read it as efficient energy as well. The heaviness in the chest is also a result of the excessive talks when your digestive load reduces, and your body will find sufficient time in cleaning you. The cause of fatigue and experiencing some pain in the chest could be due to the reason that your mind is not relaxed and the brain chemicals and so-called neurotransmitters are not balanced. This could be linked to your lifestyle. 

You need to be on Plant based Protein diet and need to eat fibrous foods that can give you the vitality and energy to function normally. 

You also need to relax your mind and shift your flow of energy so that you feel the motivation and happiness in life. 

Exercising for 45 minutes daily can rejuvenate you and help you to regain your strength. Walking is the best exercise which helps with overall health ..and it releases chemicals such as Serotonin and Endorphins that are responsible to induce the mood and strength in you. 

Secondly, practice mindfulness for a positive mindset and energy which can boost your strength level high.

Spinach Soup and Beetroot are essential to the way you are feeling. Additionally, eat lots of fruits, nuts and seeds...

नमस्ते

हाज़मा ख़राब होने के वजह से जो भी कुछ खा रहे हैं वो ठीक से पच नहीं रहा और शरीर से। निष्कासित नहीं हो पा रहा है।निष्कासन ठीक प्रकार से और सही माध्यम से ना हो तो शरीर ग़लत माध्यम से शरीर में पनप रहे विषाक्त कणों को निकालता है क्योंकि शरीर का एक लक्ष्य है अनचाहे विषाणुओं को शरीर से निकाल बाहर करना है। 

एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में 1 बार करना है अगले 15 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

आहार शुद्धि और सही स्वाँस लेने के तरीक़े से हम इस बीमारी पर नियंत्रण पा सकते हैं।

गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, और फिर सहज साँस लें तो एक चक्र पूरा होता है। ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, मेरुदंड को सीधा रखें और पेट ख़ाली रखकर इस अभ्यास को करें। जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। अनुलोम विलोम करें।

खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के 1 घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन से बचें। 

तेल, मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा

सुबह 5 बेल पत्ते को पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर  पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल खाएँ, दोपहर 12 बजे पालक 10 पत्ते+पुदीना 10 पत्ता पीस कर 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। इसके 1घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ, शाम5 बजे नारियल पानी या सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

रात के खाने में सलाद लें और सलाद 8 बजे से पहले लें, सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताज़े नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते।

Heaviness in chest may be due to Gas or some heart complications or cough in chest
Tulsi oil in nose once in a week and daily in throat after meal will be helpful for any reason behind heaviness of chest.

Eat a healthy breakfast along with some frequent small meals to keep you energized for the rest of the day.

Reduce the caffeinated drinks and also ensure that you are taking adequate sleep not more not less moderation should be followed. Along with this exercise regime is way too important to keep your body active.

Heavy food - Oily, spicy, starchy (grain-based), non-veg, cooked food especially eaten without hunger which increases the digestive load on the body and causes dehydration

Overwork mentally and physically without proper rest

Practice cardio exercises to increase stamina.

Go to bed early so that the cycle for the next day isn't hampered.

This whole process of yogic breathing to be done for 3 times a day for 5 to 6 days. You will start feeling energetic by then to do actual yogic Pranayam. Learn from a good yoga teacher some basic Pranayam and do it regularly.

Fatigue is due to uncompleted sleep. Make sure you either sleep between 9-11PM or 6-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep.
Have light and Vege diet particularly in the dinner
Put your feet ankle depth water for twenty minutes and don't walk after that.
Trflà or saunf water after dinner may help you in cleaning your gut and smoothening your day.
So is the gut as is the mood so evacuation twice is must by taking 3-4 glass of water.
Meditation at least half an hour before sleep or morning after bath is must to calm your thoughts.
Rub your feet to have deep sleep with camphor mixed mustard oil.
