stop eating heavy meals n undigestive food . stop eating refined oils. if you eat less nutritional then it will make harm to overall body system . eat fruits which are easily digestive help to improve your metabolism remove your constipation problem.

When we talk about piles there can be many reasons to blame to start with there is our food. The food having high content of spices is the commonest cause.

If you are having constipation you can start with having food with high fibre, a banana, potatoes with skin intact and nuts are the common food with high content of fibre. To treat bleeding piles in a natural way you can use sitz bath.

Put some epsom salt in warm water in a tub and sit for 15-20 minutes, it is the best way to deal with bleeding piles.

Hemorrhoids or piles is usually caused by constipation, when you force yourself during defecation the rectal vessels swells and becomes weak and starts to bleed. 
   Be sure to eat a diet rich in fiber, especially green leafy vegetables, which contains a lots of magnesium, which helps your smooth muscles of the intestine to relax., also food which are rich in vitamin c, many fruits. Chew your food thoroughly and drink adequate amount of water. 
      Avoid all junk, including milk, and milk products, refined carbs, processed oils, wheat 
       Some home remedies are
        1. Take a sitz bath with epsom salts(Google to find out these)
        2. Aloe Vera gel
        3.Witch hazel
        4. Garlic with coconut oil
   My personal experience with piles,
    I did a garlic suppository, when I had a pile which was almost third degree, in the sense it couldn't be reduced with finger pressure. I took a clove of  fresh garlic and mixed it with coconut oil and placed it inside my anal canal, mind it you will have severe burning , I done this every night for ten days, to my surprise day by day it shrunk and eventually disappeared in 10 days, it was a miracle. One condition for this treatment is you should first be free of constipation and second there shouldn't be any bleeding. It works wonderfully.

Piles is conditon of swollen, inflammed tissues and veins in the anal region.  Bleeding occurs due to passing of hard stools or over straining leads to rupture of veins/ tissues. 

  • To prevent constipation drink plenty of water
  • Take plenty of fruits and vegetables.
  • Avoid tea, coffee, refined sugar, maida.
  • Drink Luke warm water after wake up.
  • Cold abdominal mud pack helps to relieve constipation.

If you have a constipation problem,I was working with my uncle who was on a similar condition but was admitted due to severe piles and fissures. If you have a constipation problem, Then you might also be having external piles. The cause of such an issue is Persistently neglected health by violating the laws of nature in everyday life. This is the reason for constipation which has been allowed to worsen progressively. It is incorrect to assume that it is just local to the colon and once symptomatic treatment is given this will be rectified. When I did not know any better in my yesteryears , I have Got operated.. However I totally understand that if I neglectmy health now, I will face the same issue that I assume is now my past.

Hydrotherapy works like magic. I took the advice of a senior naturopath like vijay Powar, and applied the same on my uncle just a week ago for three days when he was suffering from severe bleeding and swollen haemorrhoid also called a fissure when seen externally. So you will have to take a wet turkey towel and put it on your abdomen and your complete excretory organs and rest for the whole day. - T shape. Change the towel to resoak with fresh cold water every One hour because the towel would have become warm. While you do this, stay on a positive diet that will not disturb the sphincter muscle or inside passage. They have to be only pulp free liquid diet such as tender coconut or ash gourd juice or anything that is absolutely not having any Pulp. Continue this diet for three days. After three days if things get better, you can add soft fruits such as papaya and banana. You can also add green juice. Do not mistake and eat foods assuming that you need Fibrous diet. You definitely needed a fibrous diet in the past but not now. Now it is time to rest the body and not add foods that will need you to pass stools. You need to give your Body absolute rest from passing any motions and from a physical rest by resting on the bed. Please understand that your condition does not have any solution in medication. I have personally experienced this problem and know this very well. Diet management is the only solution for this issue. Stay away from acid causing foods such as dairy meat eggs fish oil sugar maida meat processed food from outside salty foods fried foods. In future , You have to absolutely drink cucumber juice to begin ur day , stay on fruits for breakfast. Switch to a wholefood plant-based lifestyle. Take enema daily and clear old stools once lifestyle changes and problem is healed. Files is not a one-time issue. It is a lifelong management issue it is not restricted to just the removal of constipation. It is affected by stress both physical and emotional, bad lifestyles, improper sleeping habits, eating spicy foods.

Hi dear piles is a result of inflammation in your body..

Infact there is nothing called disease in the body. Disease is Dis - ease means when our body are not comfortable and we are not following a natural lifestyle.

A natural lifestyle is the most healthy thing for our life and body. With bad lifestyle and eating a food which is more in producing acid ash, our body toxin level goes higher than it can handle..

Food diet heavy on milk and milk products, fried food etc produces acid residue ash in our body.

Body gets at dis- ease and one of them is name is piles.  

Our body has five elimintatory organs 

1. Skin 
2. Kidney
3. Liver 
4. Lungs 
5. Colon 

Body throws these toxins through these organs. Colon is the first and last line of defense in the body. Body is throwing toxins through colon and showing you by constipation.

Body is very intelligent and can heal itself in favourable conditions. Once you believe in this that body can heal itself and make following changes in your diet and life you will be able to improve on your constipation.

Basically folllow a lifestyle where your intake of fruits and vegetables is more than 50 percent and gradually increase to 70 percent.

I suggest below changes. 

1. Completely avoid milk and milk products 
2. No fried food and anything which comes in a packet. 
3. Start everyday with this belief that body can heal itself. 
4. Start your day with luke warm honey water..
5. Your breakfast should be only fruits and preferably mono fruits. 
6. Till 12 PM you should only consume fruits except a vegatable juice made from Beetroot, orange and carrot etc at 11AM. 
7. Eat Salad before you eat cooked food in lunch. There are many interesting recipes at Wellcure Recipe Section. You may like to include them in your diet. 
8. Evening tea should be a herbal tea. 
9. Dinner should be very light and eaten before 8PM 
10. Think positive and feel grateful for this beautiful life.

नमस्तेपाचन तंत्र में अम्लीयता (acidity) अधिक होने से ये  समस्या हो रही है।

निष्कासन ठीक प्रकार से और सही माध्यम से ना हो तो शरीर ग़लत माध्यम से शरीर में पनप रहे विषाक्त कणों को निकालता है क्योंकि शरीर का एक लक्ष्य है अनचाहे विषाणुओं को शरीर से निकाल बाहर करना है। सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

आहार शुद्धि और सही स्वाँस लेने के तरीक़े से हम इस बीमारी पर नियंत्रण पा सकते हैं।

गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें, रुकें फिर पूरा स्वाँस ख़ाली कर के रुकें, और फिर सहज साँस लें तो एक चक्र पूरा होता है। ऐसे 10 चक्र करें, मेरुदंड को सीधा रखें और पेट ख़ाली रखकर इस अभ्यास को करें। जितनी देर स्वाँस को सहजता से रोक सकें उतना ही रोकें। अनुलोम विलोम करें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।


मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। नितम्ब स्नान (hip bath) करें। टब में पानी डाल कर 20मिनट के लिए बैठें।

खाना अच्छी तरह चबा कर खाएँ, खाने के 1 घंटे बाद पानी पीएँ खाने के बीच में या खाने के तुरंत बाद पानी पीने से खाना हज़म ठीक से नहीं होता है। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन से बचें। 

तेल, मसाला, और (wheat) गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा dopahar के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है।

रात के खाने में सलाद लें और सलाद 8 बजे से पहले लें, सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताज़े नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। पृथ्वी तत्व को शरीर में डालने का एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते।

Chronic constipation for years together and dehydration result in bleeding piles.The more constipated you are tougher it gets on your bowels in removing the old dried up matter. Your issue is the result of your current and past lifestyle and the cure would be a complete change to a healthy lifestyle. Changes you need to introduce in your routine :

1 Go out in the nature. Get sun exposure every morning and evening. 

2 Breath in fresh air and practice deep breathing. Learn pranayam.

3 Spend time in nature. Grow some plants and work with your bare hands. The more time you spend with the plants and trees, you will start feeling more relaxed and less depressed.

4 Eat lots of fresh locally grown seasonal ripe fruits and vegetables. Break your fast first thing in the morning with seasonal juicy fruits and do it as late in the morning as possible. You may have a simple lunch which consists of more veggies and less of whole grains. Dinner could be finished by 6 pm with either fruits or salads with sprouts and greens. Don’t eat after sunset.

5 Get physically active. Learn and practice yoga. It will help you move your toxins faster and help your body in eliminating and healing. The energy flow gets better through the body.

6 Be relaxed. Accept what ever is as it is and strive to make your self better. Let go of things and people, you can’t change or are of no use to you.

7 Declutter at all levels. Your home. Your life. Your gadgets, your body. Etc.

8 Sleep well. Rest well. Relax. 

9 Keep an eye on your bowel movements. Eliminate more than you consume. 

10 Take a spinal bath every morning 

11 Take a hip bath every evening.

12 You may apply some grated radish placed on a piece is cotton on the place where you have the  inflammation. It will burn but it will heal faster.

Blood in stool is a sign of tight stools , lacking moisture and high in acid. Due to high acid and low fibre in diet, the hard stool can cause an abrasive injury at the anus.

The main cause of course is Constipation.

The cause of Constipation needs to be uncovered, and removed, along with steps for relaxation and mind body connection.

Here are some common causes that lead to chronic constipation. Causes of Constipation could be many, I invite you to research your own life and after a self-reflection, remove the causes..

  1. Lack of Fibre in Daily Food

  2. Lack of Sufficient Rest

  3. Emotional distress

  4. Hectic lifestyle leading to exhaustion

  5. Prioritising work over self-care {Sometimes we get the urge to go , but we ignore the nature's call, and keep working instead!}


Identification of the Cause{s} , leads to your gaining self-awareness , which will help you to eventually shift your lifestyle and remove the cause. Gradually but surely, add the following steps, one per week, in your daily routine, to have smooth bowel movements.

  1. Green juices ~ These can be made from Bael fruit leaves{ Stone Apple} /Curry leaves/ Wheat grass or local grass in the park called Dhurva grass/ Tulsi /Basil leaves, Using one leaf at a time and keep changing these for each day of the week. These are rich in Chlorophyll, which is very similar to blood and rejuvenates and nourished the body. Cravings will fall drastically when you have drunk this juice, 120 ml or more daily for 1 week. Drink this first thing in the morning, on an empty stomach and leave a gap of 1 hour or 2 , before eating something.


  1. Morning cleansing of the body ~

Fibre is present in abundance in Fruits. Fibre has the quality of expanding when eaten, and allows for a very good broom to clean our intestines. Begin your day with fruits for breakfast. Since they will help clean your body, with Fibre , your constipation will diminish plus better food absorption means all that effort you are putting in changing your lifestyle, is not going down the drain.Organic produce is the best of course!


3.Sun Charging ~

The source of all life is also the primary healer of all ailments. Sitting in the sun, is the single for most effective way to kick-start cleansing of your body. When the plumbing in our house has a blockage, what is our response , we use strong cleaning agents to wash the dirt down or apply pressure from outside. The body needs the same and strongest cleansing agents besides fresh fruits and fresh vegetables is Sunlight!

4. Air Circulation ~ Deep , regular , rhythmic breathing needs to be practised. Take care to stay outdoors when you practice deep breathing. When you inhale, hold your breath for a bit, and after you exhale , hold your breath again. Repeat this Inhale, Hold, Exhale , Hold process for ten times. Every week , double the repetitions , till you reach 60 or twenty minutes. Also keep your doors and windows open all the time and spend as much time outdoors as possible.

5.Either Grain or Daal in one meal, Thus Channa could be eaten with vegetables, instead of with rice. Both require 18 hours each to digest, together making 36 hours! Rajma Rice, Daal Rice, hence need to be avoided. Eat vegetables with rice instead, and of course once a week if you feel like indulging memory, go ahead, but know that nutritionally, you are unable to absorb as much nutrients, as if you had eaten vegetables and rice! Avoid Tea, Coffee, Alcohol, Oil, Chocolate , & Animal foods like butter, ghee, milk, cheese or meat !


6.Ready to Eat , Ready to Drink

The presence of ready to eat foods, in nature, full of natural water ,high in fibre, is proof that we were not meant to use fire for cooking foods or vegetables. Fire or cooking foods, naturally dries their natural water, thus making them fail the Wholeness principle!

7. Dried Pulses vs Fresh pulses

Green Channa , Green lobia, Green Rajma, Fresh Corn and Green Bajra , these are fresh pulses, and full of water and fibre as opposed to when they are dried and eaten.


8.Sleep ~ There is a reason why we go to the toilet only in the morning, after a full night's rest.Body does the cleaning at night ,during rest. Bring a balance in your day by increasing sleeping time to 9 or 10 or even more hours. The more you sleep, the quicker you heal.


Gradually but surely, add the following steps, one per week, in your daily routine, to have smooth bowel movements.

Piles is a condition when the swollen veins in the anal canal obstruct normal function of defecation, bleed, cause painful prolapses or produce discharge.

Obesity, constipation, suppressing urges, leading a sedentary lifestyle, excessive physical strain, consuming non-vegetarian food, alcohol, cold, heavy, uncooked or spicy foods are some known causes of Piles.

Follow healthy Diet and lifestyle to overcome Piles.

Avoid the intake of heavy, dry, cool, and stale foods.

Avoid refined foods like jams, pastries, packaged, and canned foods.

Avoid pickles, potatoes, and root vegetables except radish and carrot and beetroot.

Avoid excessive fasting, overeating, eating during indigestion, and eating incompatible food.
Eat more fruits including oranges, figs, strawberries, kiwis, bananas, pears, papayas, apples, grapes, and mangoes.

Eat 4 figs twice a day, in the morning and evening. Saturate 4 figs in water for the whole night; eat these in the morning. Remember not to drink water prior to eating the figs.

Apply sesame oil on external dry piles followed by warm fomentation (warm moist compresses or sitting in warm water). The easiest method is to sit in a tub with the buttocks submerged in warm water.

अधिक मात्रा में अम्लीय पदार्थ -चाय ,चावल ,चीनी ,अचार ,मिठाइयां, मांस ,तली भुनी ,मसालेदार भोजन सेवन करने से हमारे रक्त का पीएच 7.36 से नीचे अर्थात अम्लीय होने लगता है जिससे आंतो से मल बहुत कम मात्रा में निष्कासित  हो पाता और वही सड़ने लगता है व गर्मी की वजह से घाव बनने लगता है व खून निकलने लगता है !


*प्रतिदिन प्रातः काल गुनगुने पानी , नींबू और शहद का सेवन करें !

*गुनगुने पानी ,नींबू ,शहद या गेहूं के ज्वारे  के रस का एनिमा !

*पेट पर मिट्टी की पट्टी  (20 मिनट)

*ठंडे पानी का कमर स्नान (10 मिनट)

*जूस - संतरा /नींबू/ मौसमी /खीरा / मूली/गेहूं के ज्वारे/लौकी(प्रातः 7:00 से 9:00 के बीच)

*सलाद-  खीरा ,ककड़ी ,गाजर ,टमाटर ,प्याज !

*उबली हुई सब्जियां,उबले हुए भूरे चावल (सायं 5:00 से 7:00 के बीच)

*प्रतिदिन 3 से 4 लीटर पानी पिए !

*भोजन में 80% फल व सब्जियों का सेवन करें !

*भोजन को खूब चबाकर खाएं !

*देर रात तक न जगे !
