Is there any permanent medicine for fatty liver problem in ayurveda??

Hello Sunil. You may not be able to find the answer to your question here because Wellcure is about the natural way of healing through a holistic lifestyle - food, sleep, sun, exercise, positive emotions, etc. Its about supporting the body in its self-healing abilities. Fatty liver can definitely be taken care of. In fact, there was a Journey published recently - Nature helped me get rid of psoriasis, thyroid & fatty liver. All the best!

Fatty liver is very common problem occurs due to some bad habits but there is some good herbs available in our homes which can cure fatty liver problem
For fatty liver treatment you have to eat pitta pacifying food like green vegetables and legumes 
Also add whole grains in your diet 
Some good herbs present at home for fatty liver  are
 ginger because it contain sulfur 
Turmeric due to anti oxidant properties 
And garlic this are good for fatty liver 
Do some yoga and exercise also

Namaste,

Liver is an very essential organ of the body.It is responsible for converting the important nutrients into the forms that are needed for healthy body build up.It removes poison from the body by detoxifying the alcohol, medicines and other harmful chemicals that enters the bloodstream.
Fatty Liver problem can occur to any person. Any individual who lives an unhealthy life may suffer from liver diseases that could lead to serious health problems in future.
Avoid taking high dosage medicine for longer period. Maintain life balance by maintaining time for sleeping, eating and physical fitness so that such problems will never occur.
Eat organic fruits and vegetables, avoid sleep under air conditioner for longer period.

To overcome this problem try below remedy:

1. Take 7 almonds
Add 2 dried dates
Add 3 small cardamoms
Soak them in water overnight
Crush them to make fine paste the next morning
Eat once every day

2. Take 4-5 tomatoes
Boil them in 500 ml water for 15 min
De-skin and crush the boiled tomatoes
Press them on a sieve and extract their juice
Drink the juice every morning on an empty stomach

3. Increase intake of whole-wheat flour, brown rice or parboiled rice, mangoes, bananas, tomatoes, spinach, potatoes, Indian gooseberries (amla), grapes, radishes, lemons, dried dates, raisins, almonds, and cardamom.

4. Drink Plenty of water.

5. Take adequate rest.

हमारे शरीर का पहला जटिल अंग है मस्तिष्क।

लिवर हमारे शरीर का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा और सबसे ज्यादा जटिल अंग है। यह हमारे पाचन तंत्र का एक प्रमुख अंग हैं। हम जो कुछ भी खाते या पीते हैं, वह लिवर से होकर ही गुजरता है। हमारा लिवर अनेक जटिल कार्य करता है। यह संक्रमण और बीमारियों से लड़ता है, हमारे रक्त शर्करा के स्तर को नियंत्रित करता है। हमारे शरीर से विषैले तत्व को बाहर निकालता है, कोलेस्ट्रॉल के स्तर को नियंत्रित करता है। रक्त के जमने में सहायता करता है और बाइल का स्त्राव करता है। बाइल एक प्रकार का द्रव होता है जो फैट को ताड़ता है और उसे हमारे पाचन में शामिल करता है। लिवर को हमारे खुराक से वो पोषक तत्व नहीं प्राप्त हो रहा जिससे वह अपना काम ठीक प्रकार से कर सके। खुराक में इन्हें शामिल करें।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

कपुर मिश्रित नारियल तेल से लिवर वाले स्थान पर घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में

और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते और खीरे का पेस्ट अपने पेट पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे से पहले खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद।

Hi Sunil 

Liver is the most important organ which plays a vital role in digestion. 

Fatty liver shows that food is not properly digested and cells are not getting proper nutrients. You need to work on your digestion. 

Our body is self healing, self regulating, unified creation which never makes mistakes.

Body is very intelligent and can heal itself in favourable conditions. Once you believe in this that body can heal itself and make following changes in your diet and life you will be improve. Basically folllow a lifestyle where your intake of fruits and vegetables is more than 50 percent and gradually increase to 70 percent.

I suggest below changes. 

1. Completely avoid milk and milk products 

2. No fried food and anything which comes in a packet. 

3. Start everyday with this belief that body can heal itself. 

4. Your breakfast should be only fruits and preferably mono fruits. 

5. Till 12 PM you should only consume fruits except a vegatable juice made from Beetroot, orange and carrot etc at 11AM. 

6. Eat Salad before you eat cooked food in lunch. There are many interesting recipes at Wellcure Recipe Section. You may like to include them in your diet. 

7. Take some rest in the afternoon when ever possible. 

8. Prepare one litre of alkaline water by adding lemon slice and mint leave. And drink this water everyday.. Prepare fresh each day..

9. Dinner should be very light and eaten before 8PM 

10. Think positive and feel grateful for this beautiful life.

Fatty liver could be a condition where there is an accumulation of excess amount of fat accumulated in your liver. There are two major types of fatty liver disease- alcohol-induced and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is most commonly diagnosed in those who are obese or sedentary and those who eat a highly-processed diet.

Your liver is the organ in the body that processes everything that you eat and drink. The liver is considered to be a machine that helps your body, the nutrients that you take from food and turn them into energy. Your liver also helps in the elimination of toxins and old damaged blood cells out of the body. When this process is disrupted, it can cause the waste product bilirubin to build up. This can result in a condition called jaundice.

Whatever you eat or drink has a direct impact on your liver function and health. Eating a healthy diet allows your liver to work more efficiently and also efficiently remove excess toxins from your body. This can help clear your symptoms and reduce your risk for future episodes of jaundice.

Some simple tips for this condition include;

  • Drink at least eight glasses of fluids per day. Water drinking is also the simplest way to keep toxins out of the body. Water and herbal tea are excellent options.
  • Opt for fruits like papaya and mango, which are rich in digestive enzymes and could aid in the healing process.
  • Eat at least 2 1/2 cups of veggies and 2 cups of fruit per day. A bland diet, devoid of salt and spices/masalas and oil is highly recommended.
  • Look for high-fiber foods, such as oatmeal, berries, and almonds.
  • Avoid all non-vegetarian foods, junk foods, fried foods, sugared drinks, etc.
  • Take maximum rest and keep stress at par.
  • Avoid social drugs, tea, coffee, alcohol, smoking or addictions during this condition.
  • Ash gourd bottle gourd juice consumed daily
  • Lemon Juice Honey: Drinking lemon-infused water every day can maintain the C-Vitamin levels in the body, which can help in detoxification process
  • Boil some water pinch of Turmeric ginger and lemon which has to be drunk in warm water.
  • Turmeric is a natural cure for fatty liver, for its effectiveness in killing fat cells and deposits. Curcumin, found in Turmeric is proven to be effective in treating the non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH). Use turmeric as a tea or a detox drink with lemon and ginger.
  • Indian Gooseberry or Amla a rich source of Vitamin C, it can cure many ailments of the Liver. This anti-oxidant fruit helps in cleansing the liver of toxins and protecting it from further damage.
  • Chew a few pieces of Amla first thing in the morning and swallow the juice/ 1 tbsp of Amla juice with warm water in the morning.
  • 1-2 Cinnamon sticks boil in water Wait for 2-3 minutes and strain, Serve it hot.

Naturopathic management:

  • Neutral hipbath
  • Cold compress/ cold abdomen pack
  • Gastro hepatic pack 15-20 mins and maybe mild abdominal massage

Other Suggestions:

If you have an option to get the juice extracted out of Phyllanthus niruri or Bhumi amla would be added benefit to your bland diet. Tender coconut water and sugarcane juices would be alternative options as well.
