Hi i am having severe knee pain since 2016. Since june 2019, I am on healthy lifestyle. I eat fruits in breakfast, only salads in lunch, boiled dal or vegetables in dinner. Less salt, no sugar. My water intake as per my body needs. I am also doing affirmation for my knee pain. I have lost 3Kg of weight since June this year. No milk and milk products. Nothing from outside only natural diet. Doing Walking, Breathing exercises & sun bathing is regular. But no relief in knee pain. Please suggest?

From what I gather from your routine, the only thing missing is any activity to strengthen your knee muscles. There are a couple of simple leg excercises which can strengthen the knee muscles. The best approach would be to learn yoga and practice asanas to strenghten the lower body. When you do any activity, take note of actions which trigger pain and take note of actions which make you feel better. incorporate the healing ones and do not repeat the hurting ones. slowly and steadily you will be able to heal your knees.

Remember whenever in pain, rest is must. Hot and cold fomentation and cold compresses will help too. especially when you have pain.

hy...Take mustard pack daily once a day for 20min. Mustard oil with camphor massage in night before sleep daily until you get relief from pain.
I highly suggest you to start eating foods highly rich in vitamin - D, C and calcium, after crossing 30- 35 of age it is mandatory to increase your intake of all these.

Dear health seeker, as per your narrative of following  healthy, hygienic  lifestyle  doing  most of the  procedures, you  should have been on the path of  recovery/relief from  knee  pain, This is  indicative that  some  structural changes have taken place in the organism and that has to be  reversed. Please  follow as  under:-
        1 continue with your program  with no  changes 
 2 .Apply  hot and cold  fomentations over knees  as:.. Pour  3 mugs full of  bearable  hot  water  followed by  cold (pitcher cold) water  three times  in one go. Repeat this process  thrice in a day.    
3.   Eat  raw and cooked  okra/ladies fingers ( भिन्डी) in  lunch and dinner. Apply  stimulating wet pack  over  knee joint  for two  hours  at  night between  or  as per your  convinience 
    It is hoped that  pain will be over in 15 days

Juice for few days and take full rest Swatantra. Start hydrotherapy too and tell. I know you do the other stuff anyways
