Hi, for a healthy life in thru naturopathy a well-known nature cure physician Dr Venkat  Rao suggested basic 'Principles' which can enable the majority of the people Sickness- Free, which he called 'Swasthya Rakshak Panchatantra' or, Five Principles of Health Preservation.

They are as follows:

Two Meals a Day.

The Meals must include whole grains, nuts, seasonal fruits and vegetables. Avoid non vegetarian. Last meal should be taken ideally about 3 hours before the sleep.

10 Glasses of Water a Day.

One must Drink 10 Glasses of Water a Day. Water is a very good cleanser and detoxifier of the body. It also helps metabolism and maintains body temperature.Water should not be taken during meals, half an hour before and 2 hours after the meal.

Exercise an Hour a Day.

Exercise has a great role in keeping the body fit by activating Circulation and Breathing. It also helps eliminate metabolic wastes and improves healing, removes extra calories and helps to reduce stress.Brisk walk, Yoga, swimming and Gardening are good exercise options.

Pray/ Meditate at least once a Day.

At least a 10 minutes silence in the form of meditation or prayer either around sunrise or before going to the bed. Helps to reduce day to day stress 

Fast at least once a Week.

Fasting once in week has a lot of Physical and Spiritual detox advantages. Depending on the requirement, a fast for the day could be arranged as a Fruit Diet fasting, Juice fasting or Water fasting.

From KEVIN HINTON about key principles of Nature Cure:-

Nature Cure is "based upon the collective teachings of: - Vincent Priessnitz, Louis Kuhne, R.T. Trall, Sylvester Graham, Isaac Jennings, Henry Lindlahr, Bernarr Macfadden, Hereward Carrington, Herbert M, Shelton, James C. Thomson, Stanley Lief, J.H, Tilden, and Sarma K. Lakshman, etc.

The FIRST essential principle upon which Nature Cure is based is that the human organism is a self-healing one. This was discovered by Vincent Priessnitz in 1829. 

The SECOND essential principle is the nature of disease stated by R.T, Trall in 1880. Trall said that "disease is a process of purification. It is remedial action. It is a vital struggle to overcome obstructions and to keep the channels of circulation free." Nature has not provided any "cures" for disease”.

The THIRD essential principle is the Unity or oneness of disease. This was first stated by Louis Kuhne in 1885. He said "There is only one cause of disease, and there is only one disease -which shows itself under different forms."

There is only one disease which we call Toxaemia, There is only one cause of toxaemia which we call Enervation. There is therefore only one system of treatment which we call Nature Cure, Naturopathy, etc

 

Here are the principles of Nature Cure as mentioned by late Kenneth Jeffrey. 

1. ALL healing power is within your own body.

2. There is NO curative power in drugs, medicines, herbs, foods, electrical apparatus or anything else outside your own body.

3. Nature has NOT provided cures for disease. Nature has only provided penalties for the breaking of some natural law. 

4. Return to an obedience to natural law IS the only valid method of cure. 

5. Drugs cause disease. If they succeed in "curing" one disease, they cause another. ALL drugs have two effects. One is that intended to benefit the patient and the other is the side effect, which harms the patient. You cannot have one without the other.

6. Since all drugs are potential CAUSES of disease we should avoid them at all times.

7. Drugs do NOT act upon the body, as taught in medical schools and in medical textbooks. The body reacts to the drug. The body recognises the drug as unwanted material and makes an attempt to expel it.

8. True medicines are materials and influences, which have normal relations to the body. Drugs are all harmful because they are not normal to the body by nature.

9. Nature's medicine chest contains: Sunlight, air, water, rest, exercise, correct temperature, natural foods, positive mental attitude and correction of misaligned bony joints.

10. Nature Cure consists in supplying the body with whatever it needs, and can use, in the particular circumstances.

11. Nature Cure assists to get well by removing the CAUSES of disease, and by providing the most favourable conditions.

12. Nature Cure is not a one-sided approach to health. It makes use of all non-harmful methods which have as their objective the normalisation of the body.

13. When the body is given its normal natural materials and conditions it maintains health. It will also restore health when it has been lost.

NO medicines!  NO remedies!  NO cures!   Only normalisation

This answer is coming out of the experience and not from books.

1. The major change I started noticing in my routine when I started having food at fixed intervals. Introducing Raw food in my diet helped me a lot.

2. Mental health plays a very important role even if it considers thinking good or bad about our own selves.

3. Exercising even stretching helps a lot.

4. Water plays an important role in one's life, your body needs good amount of water in a day to work harmoniously.

5. Waking up early and sleeping n time are very simple things and life saviour.

1. When you get up in the morning, sit in silence for few minutes and create an intention for the day. 
2. Eat fruits in breakfast and preferably mono fruits. 
3. Eat when you feel hungry and never eat full stomach. 
4. Finish your dinner before 8PM. 
5. Avoid eating outside and have minimum 50 percent of your diet as raw fruits and vegetables.

Here is the list of 5 health tips that can change anyone's life very easily:

1) Incorporate a Plant-Based Lifestyle 

2) Eat lots of fruits

3) Eat raw nicely washed or half-cooked vegetables

4) Incorporate dry fruits and various types of seeds (melon, sunflower etc) every day as a snack. 

5) Exercise at least for 45 minutes every day.

Also keep away from all kinds of carbohydrates, refined or processed food to see maximum results.

when we talk about wellness so i would say,to live a happy life all we need to balance the 5 dimensions of wellness but here you want know about 5 tips so i will say below tips which are necessary according to my experience

1. Practise daily exercise and meditation and dance.
2. you should learn to live in a solitude atleast for an hour it will increase your wisdom n decion making power.
3. You must keep away yourself from those who think or talk negative.
4.you must follow the healthy diet n environment.
5. daily writing and focus on goals

नमस्ते


स्वास्थ पाना एक तपस्या है। स्वास्थ और बीमारी एक ही है। शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्थिति होती है।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

अनुलोम विलोम करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। पानी की ज़रूरत ही नहीं पड़ेगी। क्योंकि आप 70% भोजन कच्चा खा रहे हैं। पानी बिना प्यास के ना पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाना भुख लगने पर ही खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं। तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद।

10 glasses of water everyday is utter bullshit. One must drink water according to body needs. People like me who are on 100% raw vegan diet for 3 days a week don't require more than 3-4 glasses of water everyday. Fruits and vegetables are good enough to keep you hydrated, besides that your body needs to digest water as well !!!.
Going healthy Vegan is one of best health decisions I have made in life.
