Avoid the foods that pops up your thyroid levels like cabbage,cauliflower,corn,coconut,soya products,milk products,sweets,canned,tinned n preserved foods. Eat everything prepared freshly ,chart out healthy timely diet by including salads,fruits,millets,brown rice,soups,nuts n 1hour physical activity is a must .

  1. Thyroid is basically bodyguard and the monitoring gland of the body. It is directly related to immunity and hormonal secretion.
  2. The first maintenance formula for this gland is gargle with warm water mixed with equal powder or water mixed boiling garlic, camphor, ginger, black pepper and honey.

  • To prevent thyroid naturally stick with healthy diet and physical activities like walking, jogging, swimming and Yoga etc.
  • Avoid coffee and tea 
  • Avoid fatty,  fried and preserved food items. 
  • Avoid millets, avoid goiterogenic foods, like cabbage,  broccoli, cauliflower,  sweet potatoes, peach strawberry etc. 
  • Maintain healthy weight helps to prevent thyroid disorders.
  • Include gluten free grains and seeds in diet, brown rice, chia seeds, flax seeds and quinoa. 
  • Take regular sleep of 7-8 hrs. 
  • Avoid stress by doing Yoga and meditation.
  • Maintain a low carbohydrate diet.
  • Regular Neck exercise helps for normal function of thyroid gland.
  • Practice asana especially Sarvangasana, sethu bandhasana, Halasana, dhanurasana, bhujangasan, matsyasana, matsyendrasana chakrasana. 
  • Practice pranayam like nadi shuddhi,  Ujjayi and Bhramari.

First of all change your sedentery lifestyle if you have doing exercise, walking, yoga[Optional]. Change your food habit take more vegetables N fruits in your diet. 
If you have over weight reduce excess body weight by diet change, exercise, walking. 
Reduce the stress level and keep active life.

Hello Doshi,

The way to prevent thyroid is to maintain body weight by regular physical exercise (atleast 1 hour), and avoid eating cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower, cabbage, broccoli etc.

Avoid carbohydrate and Dairy intake. You can eat legumes, lentils and purely green vegtables which help with not only Proteins but also important vitamins and minerals.

Eat fruits of all kinds especially Citrus fruits they are really helpful in everyway.

Avoid junk food mostly go for home-cooked food because that is the best.

You can choose to cook in (Organic cold pressed coconut oil, olive oil, mustard oil or groundnut oil)

Avoid processed and refined foods of all kinds

Follow Mindfulness therapy which programs your subconscious mind. It helps you to naturally self-heal your disorders.

Follow these simple steps and you should be able to heal your thyroid naturally. I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism, today I can say that by adapting natural diet, regular exercise, sound therapy and mindfulness I am healed from my condition. 

I use to weight 100 kgs and I have almost lost 40 kgs and I maintain my body weight that keeps me away from all kinds of disorders.

 By the time the thyroid issue is detected, the viruses that are active in the body and causing inflammation to the organs have already impacted the related organs. It’s already in a state of Merry by the time blood reports detect it. Having said that, fixing the inflammation of the thyroid and related toxaemia is the solution. If you bring in the deficit hormones which are made artificially from animal parts or synthetically, the inflammation or thyroid suddenly does not function back. In fact you have not even thought of fixing the true issue. Chemical load in the blood will further complicate the issue. It’s best to kill and eliminate the infections of the thyroid now than looking for a temporary solution. Thyroid has multiple unknown functions that humans have not discovered yet.. so there are other deficits that are not compensated.

To prevent / heal, the lifetime the same. Best to be high on fruits, vegetables and juices and greens and high raw and low fat to attack this issue. Don’t use sugars, dairy, oils, outside packaged foods, jaggery, nuts, seeds too. So it’s best to keep the body high on raw and avoid any medications possible. Nature will take care of all the needs as long you pay attention to what your body needs. This is my opinion.

पाचन तंत्र के स्वास्थ बिगड़ने पर शरीर में मौजूद संक्रमित जीवाणु (toxin) हार्मोन के संतुलन में दोष पैदा करते है।शरीर के में हार्मोन के संतुलन के बिगड़ने से शरीर का चया पचय (metabolism) का संतुलन बिगड़ जाता है।

शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्थिति होती है।

प्राण शक्ति ने सिर्फ़ अपना काम बदल लिया क्योंकि हमने अपनी ग़लत आदतों के वजह से उसे ऐसा करने पर मजबूर किया है। अब उसको सही खुराक से मदद करें और उसपर विश्वास बनाए रखें।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते और खीरे का पेस्ट अपने गले के ऊपर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह सफ़ेद पेठे 20ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ।शाम को 5 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100 ml पानी मिला। 2घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। इसी प्रकार हरा गोभी, बंद गोभी, गाजर, चुकन्दर भी कद्दूकस करके डालें। हर दिन मुख्य सब्ज़ी किसी एक की मात्रा अधिक बाँकि सब थोड़ा थोड़ा डालें। ताज़ा नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की मात्रा दोपहर के खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती है। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

ऐसा करने से हाज़मा कभी ख़राब नहीं होगा।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ का सेवन करें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद।
