Kidney stone defined as formation of calcium oxalate and some other forms of restrictions inside kidney due to which micturation not occurs properly and also painfull micturation 
To cure kidney stone our diet play very crucial role via following a good diet habit you can prevent or cure kidney stone easily 
Must follow this tips 

  • Drink plenty of water 
  • Use citrus fruits like lemon, orange etc 
  • Avoid food containing heavy fat, animal protein 
  • You can consume calcium diet here is a myth that it occurs due to calcium oxalate Cristals so we can not consume calcium but this is not relevant wt it so you can add it 
  • Use green vegetables and high fibrous diet

Hi there, 

Following are the foods you should avoid in order to prevent kidney stones or its reoccurrence.

-sodium intake;

A high-sodium diet can trigger kidney stones because it increases the amount of calcium in your urine. So a low-sodium diet is recommended for the stone prone. Current guidelines suggest limiting total daily sodium intake to 2,300 mg.

-Calcium intake ;

Getting too little calcium in your diet can cause oxalate levels to rise and cause kidney stones. To prevent this, make sure to take in an amount of calcium appropriate to your age (obtain calcium from plant source only).

-Limit animal protein: 

Eating too much animal protein, such as red meat, poultry, eggs, and seafood, boosts the level of uric acid and could lead to kidney stones. A high-protein diet also reduces levels of citrate, the chemical in urine that helps prevent stones from forming.

-Avoid other stone-forming foods:

 Beets, chocolate, spinach, rhubarb, tea, and most nuts are rich in oxalate, and colas are rich in phosphate, both of which can contribute to kidney stones. 

Some of the best food that can be taken for kidney stones are:

- Citrus fruits - the best is lemon which can be consumed as juice or in any form. They help break down the calcium deposits.

- Wheatgrass juice can help to expel minerals and salts from the urinary tract, preventing them from crystalizing into kidney stones.

- Kidney beans - magnesium-rich 

Kidney beans contain a lot of magnesium, a compound known to help reduce kidney stones and their symptoms.

-Pomegranate juice

The astringent and antioxidant properties of pomegranates are thought to reduce the chances of developing kidney stones and ease their passage. So it's a good choice.

Holistically kidneys are made to expel liquids not the solid waste. Whenever the solid waste is diverted to the kidney it is inhabited in the kidney and remains there for long times and then starts accumulating solid things around. Kidney stones in the urinary tract are formed in other several ways. Calcium can combine with chemicals, such as oxalate or phosphorous, in the urine. This can happen if these substances become so concentrated that they solidify. Kidney stones can also be caused by a build-up of uric acid. The uric acid build-up is caused by the metabolism of protein.

If your calcium intake is low, oxalate levels may rise. It’s preferable to get your calcium from food, rather than from supplement

Vegetarian sources of calcium include legumes, calcium-set tofu, dark green vegetables, nuts, seeds, and blackstrap molasses.

Vitamin D helps the body absorb more calcium. 

Take a lot of water during the day to avoid the formation of stones. Early morning water around 2 lts is preferred for whole body help and cleaning the waste within the body. The Early morning water between 3-5AM is boon for the body and proves Amrit in reality as advised by HH Bang Bhatt six thousand years back.

To avoid the recurrence of kidney stones, or to prevent them developing in the first place, people should drink plenty of water, limit salt and animal protein, limit foods high in oxalates, and be cautious about taking too much calcium in supplements.

High sodium levels in the body, can promote calcium build-up in the urine. Red meat, pork, chicken, poultry, fish, and eggs, increase the amount of uric acid you produce. Eating large amounts of protein also reduces a chemical in urine called citrate. Citrate’s job is to prevent the formation of kidney stones. You should also avoid colas, chocolate, beets, nuts(direct without soaking in water), tea, rhubarb, spinach, swiss chard, sweet potatoes and fast foods with a high-level concentration of spices.

Kidney stones mabe beformedwhen your urine contains some of thecrystal-forming substances — such as calcium, oxalate and uric acid and these stones could cause discomfort or sharp pain when you urinate. These substances may lack substances which prevent the crystals that stick or bound togther and this leads to many stones which could be moving in your urinary tract and could cause problems when you pass urine. In some cases this could cause even inflammation or infection when these stones rupture the mucousal layer of the urinary tract.

Some of the commonest symptoms might be,

  • Severe pain that is sharp in nature onthesides and back, below the ribs
  • Pain that willradiateto the lower abdominal area and groin
  • Intermittent pain that comes in waves and fluctuates in intensity
  • Pain while you pass urine
  • Pink, red or brown urine which indicates presence of blood or previous bleeding
  • Cloudy or foul-smelling urine

Drink plenty of water:Drinking lot quantity ofwater dilutes the substances in urine that lead to stones. Make a habbit to drink more amount of water atleast 2-3 litres which could benefit.

Get the calcium you need:Consumingtoo little calcium in your diet couldincrease theoxalate levels to rise and cause kidney stones. It is adviced thatmen over the age of 50 and older should get 1,000 milligrams (mg) of calcium per day, along with 800 to 1,000 international units (IU) of vitamin D to help the body absorb the calcium.

Reduce sodium:A high-sodium intake in thediet couldtrigger the formation ofkidney stones because the sodium could increases the amount of calcium in your urine. So a low-sodium diet is always recommended for the stone prone.

Reduce the intake of animal protein: Consuming high quantities ofanimal proteins, such as red meat, poultry, eggs, and seafood, boosts the level of uric acid and could lead to kidney stones.

Avoid stone-forming foods: Consuming beetroots, chocolates, spinach, coffee, tea, and most nuts that are rich in oxalate, and colas are rich in phosphate, may increase the risk of formingkidney stones.

Consumption of Plantain pith Juice:

Plantain pith juice is one of the best remedy for those suffering from kidney stones. Plantain pith is taken and made into small slices and made into juice with a help of a mixer grinder and filtered and consumed. It might be consumed 2-3 times daily which could stimulate the elimination of these stones

Consumption of Horse Gram:

Dear Health seeker, Though one kidney was sufficient to sustain our organism, yet GOD has been all grace to grant us the services of two kidneys. He knew before hand that His best creation would in order to over indulge in sensory organs will one day make short work of both the kidneys and then will cry foul play and seek the remedial measure to put his kidneys to work at the optimum again.
Food to be avoided :

1) High protein diet is the enemy no one for the gravel to form.
2) Drinking of stimulants like tea,coffee in  general and chocolate and its preparation in cakes, pastries in particular are next in queue to precipitate gravel ( stones in the kidneys).
3) Avoid all pulses, eggs, fish, foul and flesh.
4) Avoid all species and condiments.
5) Avoid drinking of enormous amounts of water as is suggested by so called soothe sayers, most Dr. And Vaidyas.

Foods to be taken:

1) All seasonal fruits 
2) Plenty of vegetables raw and conservatively cooked.
3) Drink natural diuretics ( inducing more urine naturally) like tender coconut water, juices of cucumber, carrots , cane juice, Ash gourd juice. 
4) To rule out any possibility of formation of gravel, drink  50 ml of banana stem juice.
5) Try to maximize the services of other 3 excretory organs lungs, bowels, and skin and for that brisk walk 3 to 4 km daily. apply non violent enema, bask early morning sun. Thus there won't be any possibility ever for the formation of kidney stone.

It is not just the food that may cause you kidney stones. It is over all lifestyle and food habits included that may cause you kidney stones. Stones are formed when toxins get accumulated and get hardened with time is they are not eliminated with time. So what is the life style you will need to follow?

I would say we must look into what things we should remove from our diet first to improve our health.

Foods to be removed

1 All packaged and processed outside food-like substances.

2 Refined flour and refined oil

3 All types of stimulants like tea and coffee. If you drink alcohol then that too must be stopped.

4 All overcooked, deep-fried oily food.

5 Meat, eggs, fish or dairy products

Foods to be included

1 Fresh locally grown seasonal fruits - 50% of daily intake

2 Fresh seasonal vegetables and greens - 35% of daily intake

3 Grains - soaked or sprouted or steamed - 10 % of daily intake

4 soaked nuts and seeds - 5% of daily intake

And understand this - it is not only the food that influences your quality of health but many other things too matter equally. 

1 Learn Pranayam and yoga for relaxing your mind, improving your flexibility and activating your lymphatic system.

2 Get good sun exposure either in the early hours of the morning or a couple of hours before sunset. 

3 Get in touch with Mother Earth. Do some gardening with your hands or at least walk barefoot on sand or mud. Sit in parks or lie on the ground or lawns and relax.

4 Keep an eye on your bowel movement. See to it that your bowels are always functioning normally. Eliminate larger quantities than what you eat.

5 Rest and relax well. Sleep in the earlier part of the night and sleep through the night. Wake up before or with the sun.

6 Be well hydrated. Consume a lot of juicy fruits veggies and greens to hydrate yourself well.

7 Get your body moving, do yoga or participate in any outdoor sport, walk or do some gardening. Moving your body will support the removal of toxins and free flow of vitality

8 Be happy always. Don’t let life’s negativities to bog you down. Always be positive.

निष्कासन ठीक प्रकार से और सही माध्यम से ना हो तो शरीर ग़लत माध्यम से शरीर में पनप रहे विषाक्त कणों को निकालता है क्योंकि शरीर का एक लक्ष्य है अनचाहे विषाणुओं को शरीर से निकाल बाहर करना है। शरीर को यह ज्ञान है कि ख़ुद को स्वस्थ कैसे रखना है। हम इस बात से अनभिज्ञ हैं। जब हमारी प्राणशक्ति हमें ऊर्जा दे रही होती है तो वह स्वास्थ्य की स्थिति है। जब हमारी प्राण शक्ति हमारे शरीर के अंदर विषाणुओं (toxic) को साफ़ करने में लग जाती है तो वह अस्वस्थ होने की स्थिति होती है।एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते और खीरे का पेस्ट अपने किड्नी वाले स्थान के ऊपर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। उस जगह पर दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में

और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

 

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Kidneys are one of the 5 major excretory organs with a vital function in the body. They clean the blood atleast 300 times per hr. They excrete the metabolic waste from the blood including medicines and bad food wastes. People who consume meds stimulants like tea coffee tax their kidneys considerably. Wastes like urea Uric acid creatinin and byproduct’s of metabolic waste from excess proteins , excess salts, excess sugar ( due to sugar or carb metabolism that did not get used by the cells in cases of diabetes and glycosuria( expelling glucose from urine), excess acids from the blood that was generated to keep the blood alkaline, bad habits like excess water everything is expelled by the kidneys. 

Due to wrong living habits over a long period of time, kidneys filters gets clogged and inflamed and develop congestion. If you don’t wash your tea filter, then imagine what happens to your tea? It remains outside the filter and can’t be filtered to the mug. To remove that plaque, you need to take extra steps isn’t it? So your sister has a lot of waste in the blood that is constantly getting collected and poor filters are still working. If she continues her current living habits of food medicines or various aspects like this, it can lead to CKD or chronic kidney disease and in such cases dialysis will be the only way bcoz a machine will need to filter the blood and be sent back to the body bcoz the kidney have lost their ability to filter. God has been very graceful and gave us 2, but we have been misusing his generosity. So like I said kidneys gets inflamed ( swollen ) and bleeding can also happen. Stones and other injuries are common.

This is an occurrence where the inhibitors of the formation of crystals are not present or have been less because of living conditions. So this pebble-like concentration is usually composed of mineral salts. Such people in the initial stages if their urine was collected as a sample would have found pus and blood also. Gravels can also be seen. It’s not an overnight symptom when she experienced this even for the first time. Stones have continued to become larger and larger. In many cases, these are passed via the bladder. Until it reaches the bladder there is a pain and once it’s in the bladder pain reduces. Food changes

Tomato is not bad even if it has oxalis acid and even if medical doc says calcium oxalate is bad. Same with spinach. Plant based minerals don’t harm the kidneys as opposed to man made junk in which oxalate could be present such as chocolates. Avoid stimulants like hing too. Adviced to avoid pain meds and bear the pains while this treatment is on bcoz even meds come back to the kidneys to get filtered and we are trying to remove the old meds and such junk. So adding more is adding fuel to the fire. 

 

Immediate relief from pains :-

 

Please be on the following juices - don’t take too much water to overload the system. But advised to stay only on natural juices and tender coconut or juices ground in tender coconut and filtered such as below. 

 

Please have cucumber / kaakdi + Karela or bittergourd + tomato mix juice once a day say 100ml in the morning 

 

Juice of ash gourd / Durva grass ( used for Ganesh Pooja ) , banana stem / bilwa leaf . 

 

Soft fruits 

 

Alternate hot and cold pack for sometime and then cold pack must be given at the end of it all together for 20-30min. Helps relieve pain.

 

Long term lifestyle changes:-

 

Avoid meat diary ( milk tea coffee curd ghee paneer cheese butter ) sugar jaggery salt ( use moderately in cooked only) , outside packaged foods, sweets , oily foods , maida, refined oils , white rice , unpolished foods, wheat , maida 

 

Start with a green leafy juice mixed with a watery vegetable like cucumber or ashgourd in the morning with ginger and lime- one big glass say 200ml 

 

Fruits for breakfast till 12. 

 

Vegetable salads with lots of greens and no nuts for lunch 

 

Mildly spiced cooked gluten free oil free meal 30% grains and 70% veggies.
