Hlo sir/mam... Actually i m taking health suppliments but i m week... What should i do?

Dear health seeker, Building up strength by food supplements is akin to becoming rich by borrowed money. For your health sake please get away from all food supplements at the earliest as these are dead food, foodless food bereft of any nutritional value and a drag on vitality. These may for sometime afford you some energy and strength but in the end, they will ruin your health for many years. Thousands of examples of wrestlers and athletes are before the world who partook of these supplements for enhancing their performance and ended up miserably by bringing upon themselves many fatal and degenerative diseases,cancer is one of them. 
Nature has provided us with all the nutrition from plant-based foodstuffs, the only thing required of us by mighty nature is to have the right knowledge and mental built up to benefit. You may please follow as under. 
1) After usual bowels have a non-violent enema.
2) Go for a brisk walk in a garden 
3) Bask in the early morning sun for 30 minutes followed by spinal bath of 20 to 25 mins and finish with full bath. 
4) Eat enough seasonal fruits with coconut in breakfast.
5) Eat 1-2 chapati / rice with boiled/ steamed vegetables and salads.
6) At 4 to 5 PM eat fruit with few dates and coconut milk or cane juice.
7) Dinner as lunch.
8) Apply the wet pack over abdomen for 20 mins.
9) Self massage your body every alternate days. After initial detoxification you will develop keen hunger for which you may increase the intake of positive food which will provide you with enough energy and strength to your entire satisfaction.

If you lead a holistic lifestyle, your body will correct itself. Deficiencies are nothing but body organs not being able to function properly. If you give it an environment for it to function properly, you don’t have to take artificial medication is to keep yourself healthy. Human body was never designed to take man-made chemicals to lead a peaceful life.

 

All issues in the body are majorly because of this condition called toxaemia. This is nothing but an excessive collection of toxins in the body. When the body is busy trying to deal with toxins, it will have no time ,  it will have no energy for your other activities. This is why you feel that you absolutely have a lack of energy to do other daily activities.  To change this balance, you have to ensure that the toxins are less and the amount of energy that you are getting for your daily activities is sufficient. How do you do this? By consuming food that is easy for digestion and thats nutritious. When your digestive load reduces, your body will find sufficient time in cleaning you up. Read it as efficient energy as well.  The issue starts as a result of the excessive toxic buildup and an unclean gut. So the only way to get out of this vicious circle, is to initially go high on a liquid diet, the liquids coming from fruits vegetables and greens, tender coconut lime water and then slowly including fruits vegetables and greens.  this will also clean you up and improve the energy available for your daily activities. . Rest a lot when body asks for it.  Apart from this, you will have to start connecting with nature like exposing yourself to the sun for about 30 minutes,  going for a brisk walk, adding yoga and Pranayam to your daily routine. Practice gratitude compassion and unconditional love. Lead a stressfree life, forgive people who hurt you and forget the hurt that people caused. Find all the happiness that you may have in your heart within yourself and not from external sources.

नमस्ते

 

प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा पद्धति के मुल सिद्धांतों में ये भी एक सिद्धांत है की अहार ही हमारी दवाई है। यानी अहार ऐसा जिसमें सारे पोषक तत्व मौजूद हों।प्राकृतिक रूप में मिलने वाले पोषक की तुलना में रासायनिक रूप में पोषक तत्व हमारे शरीर के लिए किसी काम की नहीं।

शरीर में कमज़ोरी यह बतलाता है कि पाचन तंत्र सुचारू रूप से अपना काम नहीं कर पा रहा है।

अपने खुराक में और अपने जीवनशैली में सुधार लाएँ।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। दौड़ लगाएँ, रस्सी कूदें, कोई खेल जो बाहर खेले जाते हैं वो खेलें।

सूर्य नमस्कार आसन 5 बार करें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड उस पर रखें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5. पृथ्वी तत्व - कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
