I am 22 years old am suffering from piles and fistula from many years as I was not diagnosed. How it can be cured naturally?? Please help me.

The reason for piles is that your digestive fire is low, you develop fistula with hard stools which are difficult to pass, also if you have loose motions they irritate piles. To rekindle your digestive fire you need to give your body rest from eating. Try with fasting with only fresh homemade fruit juices. Later start with only fruits for the whole day and then salads without any oil and dressing/salt for lunch. With this routine, I was able to cure my self. 

A raw vegan diet has amazing benefits, just don't overdo with raw, first give your body rest from cooked food which is the main cause for slowing digestive fire. Also, yoga is very helpful in curing different lifestyle diseases. Diet in combination with an early waking up routine and yoga will help you get rid of all lifestyle diseases.

Piles

If you have a constipation problem, Then you might also be having a problem with external piles. The cause of such an issue is persistently neglected health by violating the laws of nature in everyday life. This is the reason for constipation which has been allowed to worsen progressively. It is incorrect to assume that it is just local to the colon and once symptomatic treatment is given this will be rectified. When I did not know any better in my yesteryears , I have got operated.. However I totally understand that if I neglectmy health now, I will face the same issue that I assume is now my past.

Hydrotherapy works like magic.  applied the same on when someone was suffering from severe bleeding and swollen haemorrhoid also called a fissure when seen externally. So you will have to take a wet turkey towel and put it on your abdomen and your complete excretory organs and rest for the whole day. - T shape. Change the towel to resoak with fresh cold water every one hour because the towel would have become warm. While you do this, stay on a positive diet that will not disturb the sphincter muscle or inside passage. They have to be only pulp free liquid diet such as tender coconut or ash gourd juice or anything that is absolutely not having any Pulp . Continue this diet for three days. After three days if things get better, you can add soft fruits such as papaya and banana. You can also add green juice. Do not mistake and eat foods assuming that you need Fibrous diet. You definitely needed a fibrous diet in the past but not now. Now it is time to rest the body and not add foods that will need you to pass stools. You need to give your Body absolute rest from passing any motions when it’s severe and from a physical rest by resting on the bed. Please understand that your condition does not have any solution in medication. I have personally experienced this problem and know this very well. Diet management is the only solution for this issue. Stay away from acid causing foods such as dairy meat eggs fish oil sugar maida meat processed food from outside salty foods fried foods. In future , You have to absolutely drink 500ml cucumber juice to begin ur day , stay on fruits for breakfast. Switch to a wholefood plant-based lifestyle. No oils in the foods, not even 1 spoon . Take enema daily for a month after morning potty and clear old stools once lifestyle changes and problem is healed. Piles is not a one-time issue. It is a lifelong management issue it is not restricted to just the removal of constipation. It is affected by stress both physical and emotional, bad lifestyles, improper sleeping habits, eating spicy foods.

Adopt a healthy whole food plant based lifestyle initially with more fruits smoothies and juices ( don’t eat raw vegetables like carrots beets etc as they are hard and even small chunks that are undigested can tear the already destroyed colon walls) and once the symptoms disappear, drink juices and smoothies / fruits for breakfast, a big bowl of fruits / vegetables for lunch and oilfree cooked for dinner. Remove oils to see relief. 

Focus mainly on raw fruits greens and veg juices to heal. It’s a must to avoid animal products, gluten, dehydrated dry foods, salty items and sugar . These will create constipation. Your body must never be constipated. 

Avoid stress as the condition will worsen like in any illness, avoid sitting for extended periods in the same place. 

Avoid foods that are hard for few days till a healthy lifestyle is established. 

Drink bio available water in the form of green juice, tender coconut , lime water , vegetable juices and have juicy fruits 

Take a warm water sitz bath in a tub daily.

नमस्ते,

 बवासीर व भगंदर अधिक मात्रा में मिर्च - मसाले ,मांस ,ठंडेेे पेय पदार्थ, क्रोध, ईर्ष्या, चिंता, अवसाद की वजह से भोजन का पाचन अच्छे से नहीं हो पाता जिससे वह आंत में ही सड़ने लगता है; परिणाम स्वरूप बवासीर,भगंदर इत्यादि पर रोग हो जाते हैं !

निम्नलिखित योग व नेचुरोपैथी की सहायता से इससे छुटकारा पाया जा सकता है-

  1. प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी में नींबू और शहद का एनिमा !
  2. प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी नींबू और शहद का सेवन करें !
  3. प्रतिदिन पेट व माथे पर मिट्टी की पट्टी !
  4. क्रमिक ठंडा गरम कमर का स्नान !
  5. भोजन में 80% फल व सब्जियों का सेवन करें !
  6. भोजन खूब चबाकर के खाए!
  7. प्रतिदिन कम से कम 3 से 4 लीटर पानी पिए!
  8. सप्ताह में 2 दिन  रस आहार या फलाहार रहे ! 
  9. ठहाके के साथ हंसे !

नमस्ते

खराब डाइट और लाइफस्टाइल के चलते आजकल लोग तमाम तरह की बीमारियों का शिकार हो रहे हैं। एक्सरसाइज के लिए समय नहीं मिल पाने या आलस की वजह से फिजिकल एक्टिविटी नहीं कर पाने की वजह से लोगों में पेट संबंधी रोगों की संख्या बढ़ी है। जंक फूड और तेल वाली चीजों का प्रचलन बढ़ने से मोटापा, कब्ज आदि बीमारियों का खतरा बढ़ा है। इन्हीं में बवासीर भी एक आम समस्या है। बवासीर की तरह भगन्दर और फिशर भी हैं 

इस बीमारी का मूल कारण हाज़मा और क़ब्ज़ है।

पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह।

आकाश, वायु, अग्नि, जल, पृथ्वी ये पाँच तत्व आपके शरीर में रोज़ खुराक की तरह जाना चाहिए।

पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते और खीरे का पेस्ट अपने पेट पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।एक टब में पानी भरें और नीम के पत्तों का रस 200ml मिलाएँ और 20मिनट के लिए बैठें।

पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। अगले सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
