Nothing. It will go on its own. Increase fruits and apply his own saliva.

Remember blisters are body’s signal to show increased heat. It indicates that body needs less cooked food and more raw natural foods to be able to cleanse better.  You can increase his fruits, and vegetables intake. See if he consumes vegetables in form of juices, if not you could grate raw veggies such cucumber, carrots and mix with regular food to give as salads. You can also reduce spicy food, grains, milk etc. and give more nourishing foods such as vegetable soups etc. with some raw salad.

You could apply some honey for relief.  Our bodies are constantly doing cleansing action to keep us in balance.  Many times it adopts faster mechanisms, and in the process it will show a symptom.  The blister will subside on its own. For long term, sustained action, ensure there is high dose of raw, naturals foods in your son’s meals.  Fruits, nuts, sprouts, vegetables – plant based foods should make up a large portion of his weekly meals. If choosing to give dairy, non veg, combine them well.

Ensure, he is rested well, sleeps ample hours, and there is plenty of outdoors, sunshine and activity for him.
