I have constipation for 20 years and I'm using home made choorn for last 20 years. Now I want to get rid of it please tell me what to do to cure my constipation?

Namaste

Solving a constipation which has been there since 20 years will take some time. but it can be accomplished. Constipation means holding on to old matter. And to let go of old matter you need to free your vitality or life force to be able to accomplish the daily metabolisms on time. Holding on to old matter happens when we are enervated or when we are low on vitality due to over abuse.

what kind of abuse do we inflict on ourselves to drain ourselves of our vitality?

1 Foods that we consume which are not compatible with our system, for example - Over processed and packaged, chemical laden food like stuffs. Refined oil or flours. Dairy, meat or any other animal products, etc.

2 Eating multiple number of times under the impression that more we eat more energy we will get. But instead eating often drains us of our vitality as all the energy is used to digest, assimilate or remove the wastes created.

3 Not sleeping well at night.

4 Being in stressful situations always. This keeps draining our energy constantly.

What can we do to free our vitality for optimum working of our system

1 Consuming 50% Of our daily intake of food in form of fresh locally grown seasonal fruits , 35% of vegetables, 10% of grains and 5% of nuts and seeds.

2 Keeping off food atleast from sunset to mid morn can give our intestines enough time relax and process thats already been introduced into it. Eat only when hungry and never over eat.

3 Our body can cleanse and repair only when the body is fully relaxed. and we can relax fully only when we sleep at night. That too we should sleep maximum by 9 or 10 pm, not later than that. So a full nights peaceful sleep can help our body relax enough to move the waste to the exit.

4 Resolve all your conflicts in life. And things not solvable can be accepted with equanimity to keep stress off your life.

5 Go out in nature. Get sun exposure, fresh air and some grounding. Work in the garden too. We have seen people able to bring on bowel move,ents just by spending morning hours in the garden relaxing or working.

6 You can apply a wet pack around your stomach every morning for half an hour after normal bowel movement. For this you may refer to

For constipation, the best thing you can do is adding fibre to your diet so that it gives your stool bulkiness and a healthy rectum.

Adding apples with skin, nuts and raw vegetables will help you.

Drinking plenty of water is important. Raw tomatoes with black pepper will help you a lot.

Greetings !

Hard stool is a sign of lack of fibre in your diet, lack of exercise in your day , lack of rest as well as could be too much mental work. Please understand that if you are having fruits and vegetables in their raw form, but peeling all apples and pears and carrots, then you have reduced the fibre content by half. Kindly see to it that you take whole fruits and vegetables without peeling them. Of Course the primary reason for constipation needs to be uncovered. One of the main reasons of constipation is acidity.

Acid is created in the body with every action, whether breathing , walking , digesting or other physiological activities. However, acid created during physiological activities gets neutralised with rest and doesn't cause acidity. The whole body however has an overall disposition which is slightly alkaline. Ted Morter has summed this up well , he says ," Body is acidic by function but alkaline by nature."

Chronic Acidity is caused due to various reasons :

  • Imbalance in Work and Rest - work schedules where ample rest and relaxation are missing,

  • Imbalance in Food -Excessive use of cooked foods,fried and salty foods, aerated drinks, use of food preservatives , chilly and spicy foods, animal foods & high grain diets, cause acidity. In contrast, a diet of mainly uncooked foods,plant foods and a diet of lightly cooked vegetables are easier to digest and do not cause acidity ! Complex food pushes our body to create more Hydrochloric acid for digestion, and short changes our body which has to keep the important task of elimination , on the back burner. This leads to build up of waste matter in the body, and over a period of time, this leads to higher Acidity levels.

  • Imbalance between thinking and silence - Silent time is the best alkalizing habit as it recharges and rejuvenates the mind-body.
  1. Ready to Eat , Ready to Drink - The presence of ready to eat foods, in nature, full of natural water ,high in fibre, is proof that we were not meant to use fire for cooking foods or vegetables. Fire or cooking foods, naturally dries their natural water, thus making them fail the Wholeness principle

  2. Walk on some Grass - It is something so natural, yet so ignored. New research is now showing the benefit of earthing , by sitting on grass and lying outside. US doctors are now prescribing forest therapy to treat their patients as varying conditions as diabetes to thyroid. Hormonal balance after all is deeply linked to Acid Base Balance.

  3. Eat green vegetables fresh and cooked, and fresh fruits daily- Fruits and fresh vegetables replenish our inner mineral reserves and help our body in the critical role of acid alkaline balance.

4. Avoid overeating - Minimum is the new maximum ! Stop as soon as you sense the tripti dakaar. Discipline strengthens the mind, and even though each time we fail at controlling our sense organs, every effort gets compounded over time, to form that strength and will power, so keep trying, till you get there.

5. Eat only when hungry- Eating without hunger means the body is busy with the digestion process of food that was eaten earlier. The addition of fresh food, into the stomach or small intestine, where earlier food is already being mixed with the acidic gastric juices, leads to increase in acidity, as body is overcompensating by releasing extra gastric juices, which increases the acidity in the body !

6 Chewing every bite - Once food is thoroughly mixed with the alkaline amylase in the mouth, digestive juices in the stomach can easily break it down further.

7. Remove all tinned, canned , processed, packaged, bottled foods and readymade icecreams-

All above food contains ACIDITY Regulators !

8. Start a Gratitude Journal - Everything is a gift. The degree to which we are awake to this truth is a measure of our gratitude and gratefulness is a measure of our aliveness. - David Steindl Rast Positive thoughts create internal space, allowing old, unneeded patterns and thoughts to be eliminated and cleaned from the mind-body. William Davis , a molecular biologist has shown how on a cellular level, thoughts like fear and anger, close the cell membrane , preventing waste material to be removed and fresh nutrients from reaching inside the cells. Whilst during feelings of love and peace, these very cell membranes open up, allowing exchange of waste matter and nutrients with the lymph system.

9. Go through the day slowly - What's the rush ? Our body is always rebalancing itself , but this needs time ! When we rush everywhere, keep busy during each and every minute of the day, we simply do not allow the body the time, space and energy to balance.

10. Reduce time spent in Digestion - When we keep our body busy in the work of digestion, it is simply unable to find the time, space or energy to complete critical balancing tasks like cleaning waste matter! This waste matter, putrefies and gives out harmful gases which increase the acidity in the body. Less we eat, as well as less number of times we eat, more alkaline we become.

11. Replace Animal Foods with Whole Plant based foods - Refined foods are completely devoid of minerals, and everything that is digested in our body , requires the presence of minerals. Foods that have low or missing mineral content, cause loss of minerals from the body , as digestive process uses up a fair amount.

12. Spend time in Self-Reflection- Spend time every evening by yourself, and evaluate your day. How was the day, how were your interactions etc. Once you can slow down and reflect, you will feel more alkaline overall.

you should consume papaya n ashgourd .it is best diet to cure constipation.
 avoid heavy meals n eat only when you are hungry.

Chooran or any herbal mix used to suppress a disease is bad. Herbs when not used at the right time in right ways is also going to harm. Constipation is the mother of all diseases. Root cause ofall chronic issues . 

When the colon is lined with rotting waste, unwanted bacteria and foods that was not digested properly in the stomach and before coming into the colon. The causes still remains the same - foods such as dairy eggs, gluten, meat, seafood consumed over a long period of time with heavy fats and proteins that weakens the bile and the hydro chloric acid in the gut. With weaker stomach acids and and ineffective weak bile, the food does not to get digested properly and leaks into the intestine while the pathogens feed on them . Overtime it reaches the colon which is the final dumping ground. This causes inflammation, pains constipation, diarrhoea and can also result in piles, fissures and yeast infections on the excretory organs.

To heal this condition., It is best that you start cleaning the  GUT, which in turn will clean the liver, which in turn will be ready to absorb and deliver nutrients throughout the body and eventually cleaning the intestine as well.  If the previous organs in the process have done their job, the colon will not have to take a hit. it’s very important that the liver starts doing its job to heal any kind of intestinal issues/organs of excretion so that the unwanted food , pathogens and heavy metals doesn’t end up in the intestines and colon. Ideally these are supposed to thrown out naturally after altering its state, but when they end up as-is, they attract more issues in the colon which the colon might not be geared up to do 

When body organs are clean, they do their job perfectly well. With a right lifestyle this can be achieved . You must switch to a low fat plant based lifestyle. Low fat here because fats also come in low % from raw foods like fruits vegetables and greens. 

 

  1. Give rest to the digestion and colon by juicing majorly for few days with greens,  fruit or veg juices only in abundance like it’s your meal - 3-4 lts for a week. 
  2. Stop the consumption of dairy eggs meat seafood
  3. Stop all forms of fats ( oils , grease , nuts seeds ) that will add load to an already compromised liver
  4. Stop all forms of foods that are purchased
  5. Go raw on greens, fruits majorly for one full month/ 2 months as conditions improve
  6. Juices till 12, fruits for lunch, vegetables and greens chewed completely and eaten for dinner . 3-4 cups of greens
  7. Avoid cooked as much as possible for a month or two. If you can’t, then Cooked food post that has to be only once a day without using oils or ghee with 30% grains that are gluten free and oilfree, unpolished, unrefined 
  8. Wheat and foods with maida wheat has to be avoided 
  9. Sugar and processed sweetners avoided 
  10. Place a cold wet towel daily on the abdomen for 30 mins. Start with 5 mins hot towel and 25 mins cold
  11. Exposure to sunlight for 30 mins
  12. Yoga pranayama 
  13. Practice mental peace, leading a stress free life, free of any form of negativity 
  14. Take water enema for a month without interfering with your normal bowel movements after constipation is resolved.
  15. Expect some infections as you are on a healthy lifestyle as the junk comes out of the body. No medicines must be taken at any cost. Only juicing.
  16. Do water enema after it’s fixed as 20 yrs of junk will not come out easily without juices and raw. Despite that it will be tough. Consult an expert if u start.

नमस्ते,
 कब्ज- क्रोध ,ईर्ष्या ,चिंता, तनाव ,आलस्य ,रात्रि जागरण ,देर रात तक टेलीविजन, कंप्यूटर ,मोबाइल का प्रयोग ,तली भुनी चीजें, मसालेदार ,ठंडे पेय पदार्थ ,चीनी व उससे बने हुए उत्पाद, दूध व दूध से बने हुए पदार्थ ,मांस ,मछली ,अंडे ,कम मात्रा में पानी पीने ,उत्तेजक दवाइयों के प्रयोग की वजह से होते हैं ।
 

  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी में नींबू व शहद का सेवन करें ,इससे आंतों की दीवारें फैलती हैं, दूषित पदार्थ आसानी से बाहर निकल जाते हैैं।

कारण - आँत में अधिक अम्ल (acid) से प्रदाह (inflammation) उत्पन्न होता है  जिसके कारण 

मल सुख जाता है और क़ब्ज़ की समस्या हो जाती है।

समाधान - कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस लें ख़ाली पेट लें।

कच्ची भिंडी, बथुआ, पानी में भिगोए हुए अलसी (flexssed) सलाद में मिला कर बिना नमक के खाएँ।

पेट पर गिली पट्टी रखें। खीरे का पेस्ट रखें। 20मिनट तक रख साफ़ कर लें। ताड़ासन, कटिचक्रआसन, तिर्यकताड़ासन, पवनमुक्तासन करें। सूर्य नमस्कार करें।

जीवन शैली - पृथ्वी और शरीर का बनावट एक जैसा 70% पानी से भरा हुआ। पानी जो कि फल, सब्ज़ी से मिलता है।

1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।I

दौड़ लगाएँ। सूर्य नमस्कार 5 बार करें।

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूरर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें और खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करना है।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

पेट पर खीरा का पेस्ट 20 मिनट लगाएँ। फिर साफ़ कर लें। पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5. पृथ्वी तत्व- कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है।  सुबह ख़ाली पेट इनमे से कोई भी हरा जूस लें।पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और  नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100ml पानी में मिला कर छान कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ।

ये जूस सुबह नाश्ते से एक घंटे पहले लें। नाश्ते में फल लें। दोपहर के खाने से एक घंटा पहले हरा जूस लें। खाने में सलाद नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurad) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।
