I am suffering from ancrolysing spondylitis. Remedy?

कारण - यह कशेरुक (वर्टिब्रे: कई कशेरुक मिल कर रीढ़ की हड्डी बनाती हैं) की गंभीर सूजन का कारण बनती है जो अंततः गंभीर पीड़ा और अक्षमता का कारण बनती है। कई गंभीर मामलों में, सूजन के कारण रीढ़ की हड्डी पर एक नई हड्डी बन सकती है (बोन स्पर)। इससे शारीरिक विकृति भी हो सकती है। इसमें, पीठ में कशेरुक एक साथ फ्यूज हो जाते हैं जिससे कूबड़ होता है और लचीलेपन में कमी आती है। कुछ मामलों में, इससे पसलियां भी प्रभावित होती हैं जिससे सांस लेने में कठिनाई हो सकती है। शरीर के प्रदाह (inflammation) को कम करना है। उससे शरीर का अम्ल कम हो जाएगा।

समाधान -  शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन

पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।

10% कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।30% कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।10% ताज़ा नारियल सलाद में मिला कर लेना है। 20% फल को लें। पके हुए खाने को केवल एक बार खाएँ नमक भी केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने लें। पके हुए खाने में सब्ज़ी भाँप में पके हों और तेल घी रहित होना चाहिए सब्ज़ी की मात्रा 20% और millet या अनाज की मात्रा 10% हो।

  वर्षों से जमी टॉक्सिन को निकालना ज़रूरी है। किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। दर्द वाले जगह पर धनिया + खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ 20 मिनट के लिए। दिन में दो बार तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में

और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

आइए प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली में हम 5 प्रकार के आहार से अवगत हों।टे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते हैं।

दर्द वाले भाग पर गीली मिट्टी लगाएँ या खीरा + धनिया + तिल पीस कर पेस्ट बना लें। लगाएँ 20 मिनट के लिए और फिर साफ़ कर लें। इससे दर्द में तुरन्त आराम मिलेगा।

जीवन शैली - शरीर पाँच तत्व से बना हुआ है प्रकृति की ही तरह। आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें, रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार

3 अग्नि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपका सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें। खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा करें।

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा1/2 + धनिया पत्ती पीस लें, 100ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ, 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) को 20 ग्राम पीस कर 100ml पानी में लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें।  रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें। ताज़ा नारियल को पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ। एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस (solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल (liquid) को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें। ठोस (solid) भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ (liquid) ले सकते।

Ankylosing soondylosis is a form of arthritis that mostly affects the spine and other joints of the body .

It affects almost every part of the spine but mostly affected parts are the joint where spine and pelvis meet. 

 

To begin with, go for a healthy diet pattern which includes fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains.

• Calcium and vitamin D rich diet such as dark leafy greens, soy, beans and lentils. 

• An anti-inflammatory diet and omega 3 rich foods such as chia seeds, flax seeds, garlic and gingers should be included.

• Avoid oily, spicy, sugary foods, smoking can worsen the condition.

• Avoid lifting heavyweight as it will strain the back muscles and weekend the joints.

• Do not rest for long, it can stiffen your joints and muscles. Keep stretching .

• Correcting the postures is very important. Wrong postures including sitting, standing or sleeping can worsen the conditions.

• Ice massage for 10-15 minutes can help reduce inflammation on the back. Apply ice directly or indirectly before strengthening exercise.

• Heat application such as hot fomentation or moist heat for 5-10 minutes can help increase blood flow to the strained muscles and relief pain.

•  Body massage with essential oil can help relieve the pain .

• An exercise that strengthens the back muscles is very important. Any back stretching and strengthening exercises should be continued.

• Go for back strengthening yoga asana from a certified practitioner. Correct asana practices can help strengthen the back muscles and relief back pain. Mobility and flexibility is very important and should be kept in check.

Lifestyle changes combined with the right food and exercises will help heal from ankylosing spondylitis. People have also healed from slip discs.

To balance the acidic body environment, blood can choose to target that area to leach calcium.

With animal products like dairy, meat, eggs, fish in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis.

If high acidic foods (not coming under category of fruits, veg, veggies, greens majorly) are ingested, their ph is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this ph level and bile from liver and gallbladder is called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, liver becomes tired. If liver and gallbladder are not in a good working condition, enough Bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines..As liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that have the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. I went to acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of the continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. This disrupts all the cellular function in the body and disturbs the balance. To prevent such a state of decline, the blood starts reducing its acidity by neutralising it with one of the most alkaline substance in the body that is calcium from the bones. So blood starts dissolving the calcium from the bones in its self to reach an ideal pH level. This is also called leaching of calcium. Blood is a supplier and also a retriever. It will choose parts of the bone where it can leach very quickly such as the ends of the bones. As it continues to do so, that part of the joint weakens and produces pain and inflammation. There will also be severe obstruction of blood flow, the viscosity of blood will be thicker. All these factors lead to the accumulation of toxins across the body.

  • High raw foods - Start with drinking juices till 12, fruits greens for lunch, veggies post that for 10-15 days. Then add cooked gluten-free and oilfree for dinner.

  • Enough exercise like yoga as possible
  • Breathing - Pranayamas possible

  • Not medicating the body to suppress any eliminations - are chemicals used to suppress natural elimination from body.
  • Not overloading the body with toxic foods the body can’t recognise - things unnatural that we can’t chew and digest in its raw state. Man-made fake foods using Dairy, eggs, meat, fish, sugar, wheat, maida, refined oil, white rice, salty store-bought foods fried foods etc
  • Freeing the body off digestion every few days - fasting
  • Spending time Connecting with oneself the form of meditation
  • Ensure that your bowel movements are regular
  • Apply a cold wet towel and rest in the area of pain for 30 min

Once u feel better ,

following exercise must be done daily 6-7 time

1 ) stand with feet apart but comfortably. You can sit if you cannot stand. Put pressure on the forehead with the palms backwards while the head is trying to lean fwd. similarly head leaning backwards while palms at the back of the head pushing fwd.

2) relax and do some warm-ups with neck exercise like bending on all sides 12 counts

3) shoulder rotations cw and acw

3) apply cooling wet pack and relax

नमस्ते,

 एनकाईलोजिंग स्पोंडिलाइटिस गठिया का एक प्रकार है जिसमें कशेरूका में सूजन हो जाता है।

 

यह अधिकतर अनियमित दिनचर्या ,खानपान की गड़बड़ी देर ,समय तक बैठे रहने, क्रोध, ईर्ष्या, चिंता, तनाव की अवस्था में होता है ।

 

  • रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे के लिए अवश्य लें इससे शरीर से अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलते हैं ,तनाव कम होता है।

 

  •  प्रतिदिन गुनगुने पानी, नींबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें, इससे शरीर से अशुद्धियां बाहर निकलती है !

 

  • प्रतिदिन सूर्योदय के पश्चात 45 मिनट में व्यतीत करें इससे शरीर को आवश्यक विटामिन डी की प्राप्ति होती है हड्डियां मजबूत होती है ।

 

  • जूस- प्रतिदिन खीरा अनन्नास लौकी के जूस का सेवन करें।

  • आलू के पतले पतले टुकड़े काट लीजिए उसे एक गिलास पानी इसका सेवन करें।

 

निषेध -जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ, चीनी और मैदे से बनी हुई चीजें, रात्रि जागरण ,क्रोध, ईर्ष्या ,चिंता, तनाव ,आलस्य।

Ankylosing spondylitis can be reversed/ put into remission by adapting to Holistic Wellness Practices which includes Whole Plant-Based Diet, Sunbathing, Pranayama, Intermittent Fasting, Meditation, Better Sleep & Hydrotherapy applications.

You can start with the following practices:

  1. Sunbathing: Expose the painful spots in early morning/ late evening soothing sun for 20 - 30 minutes
  2. Pranayama: Practice10 - 20 minutes of Diaphragmatic Deep Breathing three times a day
  3. Meditation: You can start by practicing 10 minutes of Aana Paana Meditation Technique ( check youtube) two times a day.
  4. Intermittent Fasting: Finish your dinner before 7 pm in the night and have breakfast after 9 am on the next day morning (12 - 14 hours of physiological rest)
  5. Diet: One meal of Fruit, One meal of Raw Vegetable Salads and One meal of Conservatively Cooked Food with 3 parts of vegetables and 1 part of grain

Dear Mr. Amit  As a nature cure practitioner i have very successfully treated many patients of the disease symptoms called spondylitis, Be assured that you are in the safe hands of mother nature and  she has the power to restore to health provided you follow her with utter reverence, dedication, reforming, the unhygienic lifestyle, the real cause of your affliction, Spine is called the back bone of our whole structure and any ailment of this organ is simply indicative that every thing inside is not hunky dorry, the body is laden with toxins and encumbrances, and needs an  holistic approach to  rid the body of the encumbrances. The  following treatment is advised for a week 
1.An early morning empty stomach drink  either  of  ashgourd, bael patra juice, banana stem juice of  60 ml
2  Sun bath for 30 to 40 minutes, first  20 minutes facing sun and 20 minutes  back- towards sun, follow it with  cold water spinal  bath bath  for 25 minutes  and full bath, don't apply any soap on the body .This  process is must and  should be followed  religiously,  In case of unavailability of bath tub, you may lie down on a wet Turkish towel 
Spinal bath alone is a nerve tonic capable of  restoring the health of spine in particular and overall health in general 
3  .Fruits of one kind .in  breakfast 
4..The lunch to be prominently be of  boiled vegetables and salads plus 1/4th coconut 
5   Fruits juices in the afternoon

7.Dinner  of  fruits only
