I'm 23 I'm having pain in the middle and the left side of the chest and as well as in the left side of neck and the left shoulder. What is happening to me?

नमस्ते ,

अनियमित दिनचर्या, खानपान की गड़बड़ी की वजह से भोजन का पाचन अवशोषण व मल का निष्कासन न होने की वजह से, ऊंचा तकिया लगाने, क्रोध, ईर्ष्या ,चिंता ,तनाव की अवस्था में रहने ,पर्याप्त नींद न लेने वाले लोगों को इस तरह की समस्याएं आती हैं।


  •  नींद -रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटे के लिए आवश्यक है !
  • प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी नीबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें, इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं ।
  • खीरा, लौकी, एलोवेरा के जूस का प्रतिदिन सेवन करें ।
  • भोजन- 80%  फल व हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों से युक्त भोजन को खूब चबा चबाकर सेवन करें इससे भोजन का पाचन आसानी से होता है!
  •  जल का सेवन- जब भी प्यास लगे मिट्टी के घड़े में रखे हुए जल को बैठकर धीरे-धीरे सेवन करें इससे भोजन का पाचन आसानी से होता है ।
  • उपवास -सप्ताह में 1 दिन उपवास रहे दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं, आंतरिक अंगों की कार्य क्षमता बढ़ जाती है।
  • हाथों का योगिक सुक्ष्म व्यायाम - मुट्ठी को खोलें - बंद करें, मुट्ठी को चारों तरफ दक्षिणावर्त वामावर्त दिशा में घुमाएं ,हाथों को मोड़े -फैलाएं ,दोनों हाथों की अंगुलियों को कंधे पर रख ले दक्षिणावर्त- वामावर्त दिशा में गोल गोल घूमाए (अवधि प्रत्येक 10 बार)
  • गर्दन का योगिक सूक्ष्म व्यायाम- गर्दन को ऊपर नीचे दाएं बाएं दक्षिणावर्त वामावर्त दिशा में चारों तरफ कब आए ( प्रत्येक पांच बार)


     प्रसन्न चित्त रहें, खुलकर हंसे।


 निषेध- जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ ,चीनी, मैदा ,नमक ,नमकीन से बनी हुई चीजें, डिब्बाबंद ,ठंडे पेय पदार्थ ,क्रोध ,ईर्ष्या ,चिंता, तनाव, रात्रि जागरण ,सोने से 2 घंटे पहले मोबाइल, टेलीविजन, कंप्यूटर का प्रयोग।

Possibly an inflammation of the vagus nerves that is one of the major ones based on the location you mentioned. Inflammation majorly stems from toxins not leaving the body and clogging your cells. A clogged lymphatic also leads to excretory organs not working properly. When things get clogged with acidic wastes, inflammation happens, decomposers such as viruses and bacteria comes to feast in such an unhealthy body. The major reason for such an environment are animal foods such as dairy, meat , eggs fish , excess grain intake all three meals of the day, refined polished and processed foods , excess cooked foods, physical stress , emotional stress can lead to a slow buildup of such issues. 

The more you are on raw fruits veggies and greens in the whole form and juices, you will heal. When things are severe, stay on only fruits and juices for few days and rest 

Follow this :-

Morning on empty stomach 

  • Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice 

Afternoon from 12 :-  

  • A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone 
  • Followed by a bowl of veg salad 
  • Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Fruits or a veg salad only for a month and then millet and veggies cooked without oil and dinner must be free of wheat maida barley or oats. 
  • Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call . Consult an expert as needed 
  • Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) .
  • See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. 
  • Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep.

What to Avoid :- 

  • Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils coffee tea alcohol . 
  • FOod touching Teflon plastic aluminium copper . Use clay / cast iron / steel / glass
  • Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself .
