Very good question , When we are in Anxiety , we unable to take Decision easily... what is best lifestyle for us...so Dissatisfaction , Anger and irritation increases more.

 

So let us start following easy steps to come out from this.

 

There are multiple , Natural , Healthy and easy ways to apply for satisfactory results. 

 

Start and Follow

 

✔️ Regularise Sleep cycles with 8 hrs of Sleep from 10 PM to 6 AM

 

✔️ Sit siliently with eye closed for 15 minutes before sleep with light music.

 

✔️ Start practising Thanking to God , Family members and Self.

 

✔️ Take Early dinner of Soup of Lauki / Pumpkin / Drumstick and Saute of Brocoli / Carrots / Capsicums

 

✔️ Take maximum meals of Fruits in some intervals like Orange , Papaya , Anjeer , Banana , Apple , Coconut.

 

✔️ Play with your friends and children 

 

✔️ Visit near by Nature cure centre for cleansening 

 

✔️ Do some light yoga and Pranayam 

 

✔️ Take smell of Fresh flowers by walking in the Garden in the morning time in Green Grass.

 

✔️ Sit with gyan mudra and Pray for 10 minutes before you start your day.

 

Avoid and Stop

 

❌ Stay away from Arguments.

 

❌ Staying with such people who have  Addictions of Drinking or taking Drugs.

 

❌ Outside Food , Fried Food , Packet Food , Late Night Food , Dairy Products.

Anxiety or depression is the result of your current and past lifestyle. Due to an imbalanced lifestyle which is not at all in sync with nature our body starts accumulating a lot of toxins. The toxins also result in a toxic blood which in turn nourishes our brains. So when the brain is fed by toxic blood it lacks in proper nourishment. So the undernourished brain is not able to function normally or think clearly. This results in confusion, sadness, helplessness anxiety, depression, or any negative trait. So the cure would be a complete change to a healthy lifestyle. The changes should be such that you live completely in sync with nature. Let’s see what changes you need to make in your routine: 

1 Go out in the nature. Get sun exposure every morning and evening. The sun lightens your mood. Nourishes your cells. Enriches your blood. Nourishes your nervous system. 

2 Breath in fresh air and practice deep breathing. Learn pranayam. This will nourish your blood with pure oxygen. The deeper the breath the lesser the stress or worry or depression.

3 Spend time in nature. Grow some plants and work with your bare hands. The more time you spend with the plants and trees, you will start feeling more relaxed and less depressed.

4 Eat lots of fresh locally grown seasonal ripe fruits and vegetables. Break your fast first thing in the morning with seasonal juicy fruits and do it as late in the morning as possible. You may have a simple lunch which consists of more veggies and less of whole grains. Dinner could be finished by 6 pm with either fruits or salads with sprouts and greens. Don’t eat after sunset.

5 Get physically active. Learn and practice yoga. It will help you move your toxins faster and help your body in eliminating and healing. The energy flow gets better through the body.

6 Be relaxed. Accept what ever is as it is and strive to make your self better. Let go of things and people, you can’t change or are of no use to you.

7 Declutter at all levels. Your home. Your life. Your gadgets, your body. Etc.

8 Sleep well. Rest well. Relax. 

9 Keep an eye on your bowel movements. Eliminate more than you consume. 

10 You will have a liking for something very much or you may have a certain unique talent. Practice giving back to the society in some form or the other. Do something for others that will make a difference in their lives. Whether you get something in return or not. Just do it. Giving away happiness brings it back to us manufold.

Anxiety is a natural response to stress ,but if your anxiety lasts longer for months then it is anxiety disorder . Different disorders may also cause anxiety like Panic, phobia, social anxiety,OCD...etc

Exact cause is not known but research have been shown that some factors like genetic,environmental as well as brain chemistry can trigger anxiety.

 

Naturopathy treatment 

- Follow a healthy wholesome diet that includes fresh fruits,leafy vegetables,nuts.

- Include almonds,Brazil nuts,pumpkin seeds,chamomile tea/ green tea 

- Have atleast 45 mins physical activity that keeps you agile and active.

- Practice meditation and pranayama like anulom vilom and bhramari .

- Have atleast 2-3 liters of water in a day.

- 8 hours of sound sleep will help to resolve your problem .

Underlying toxaemia or accumulation of toxins are some of the major reasons for anxiety attacks depression, insomnia , fear and similar issues. Correcting the food habits and living conditions is very important to bring improvement in these areas. Remove all kinds of dead animal products from your life such as dairy from the food;  that is meant for the calf and not for humans, meat and fish that is dead and lifeless, Eggs that attract viral activity in the body, refined sugar refined salt, excessive consumption of grains in the entire day, Consumption of excessive oil in cooking, eating fried food  can lead to accumulation of debris in the body which putrefies and rots giving rise to all kinds of viral and bacterial activity that can impact the sleep cycles and cause nervous issues such as anxiety.  Everything in the body is based on electrical signals. If there are inflammations then short circuiting can happen and messages can be misinterpreted by the brain.

 

 

  • Start your day with a big glass of cucumber juice made with two cucumbers, 
  • followed by a big bowl of fruits, 
  • followed by a big bowl of vegetable salads until dinner. You can have any number of servings of fruits in a day without worrying about the sugar content in it. For dinner have 30% milletsAnd 70% grains cooked without any cooking oil. 
  • Consumption of leafy greens in all forms is essential along with fruits which will help clean your system.
  • Bring yoga pranayama and meditation in your day. Connect yourself with nature by showing gratitude to the Sun by exposing yourself to the sun for about 30 minutes in a day in the morning.
  • Practice happiness from within rather than expecting happiness from external sources.

कारण -  तनावपूर्ण घटनाओं का अनुभव से भी ऐसा हो सकता है।अन्य मानसिक स्वास्थ्य विकार जैसे चिंता, डिप्रेशन, मादक द्रव्यों का सेवन से ऐसा हो सकता है।

समाधान - प्रतिदिन आप ख़ुद को प्यार दें अपने बारे में 10 अच्छी बातें कोरे काग़ज़ पर लिख कर और प्रकृति को अपने होने का धन्यवाद दें।

मानसिक समस्या भी इसी शरीर की समस्या है सब कुछ इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि हम किसी भी परिस्थिति में सकारात्मक सोंच रखते हैं या नकारात्मक।

प्राकृतिक जुड़ाव आपको सकारात्मक सोंच प्रदान करेंगी क्योंकि प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली अपने आप में पूर्ण भी है और जीवंत भी है। पाँच तत्व से प्रकृति चल रही है और उसी पाँच तत्व से हमारा शरीर चल रहा है।

जीवन शैली - 1 आकाश तत्व- एक खाने से दूसरे खाने के बीच में विराम दें। रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। वाद्य यंत्र शास्त्री संगीत (instrumental classical music)सुनें।

2 वायु तत्व- लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

अपने कमरे में ख़ुशबू दार फूलों को रखें।

3 अग्Iनि तत्व- सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

4 जल तत्व- 4 पहर का स्नान करें। सुबह सूर्य उदय से पहले, दोपहर के खाने से पहले, शाम को सूर्यअस्त के बाद, और रात सोने से पहले स्नान करें। नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें। 

सर पर सूती कपड़ा बाँध कर उसके ऊपर खीरा और मेहंदी या करी पत्ते का पेस्ट लगाएँ,नाभि पर खीरा का पेस्ट लगाएँ।पैरों को 20 मिनट के लिए सादे पानी से भरे किसी बाल्टी या टब में डूबो कर रखें।

5 पृथ्वी- सब्ज़ी, सलाद, फल, मेवे, आपका मुख्य आहार होगा। आप सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग +धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है।

दोपहर में 12 बजे फिर से इसी जूस को लें। इसके एक घंटे बाद खाना खाएँ। शाम को नारियल पानी लें फिर 2 घंटे तक कुछ ना लें। रात के सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें, नारियल की गिरि मिलाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ।इसे बिना नमक के खाएँ, बहुत फ़ायदा होगा।सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

• Make sure that you include lots of fruits and vegetables in your diet. During periods of high stress or anxiety disorder, it is tempting to increase consumption of sweet foods, caffeinated drinks smoking and alcohol which can make the situation worse. 

 

• Go for stress-busting Exercise;

Physical exercise is one of the best ways to reduce stress and related anxiety disorder. Keep your mind and body healthy by doing regular exercises and workouts. You can also practise yoga asana and pranayama for stress management which is very helpful.

 

• Proper sleep and rest 

A good amount of sleep and rest is very much required to tackle anxiety issues. Maintaining a proper sleeping habit and good sleep hygiene techniques are very essential. Ensure that you are getting healthy sleep.
