Dear health aspirant, you described your health issue as 'chronic dysentery ' meaning that you are having ,this trouble for many years, Any chronic disease indicates sluggish activity of all your eliminating organs ,to address any chronic disease will require lots of discipline and reform of your eating habits  and will take that many months for cure as it is there for those many years.

   Chronic patient have lots of acidity of the blood stream needing  ingestion of alkaline foods to the extent of  80 %.
The following procedure is advised 
  1.Alkaline  juice ( either  ashgourd or bael leaves)
70 ml.
2..Go for a morning walk with deep breathing 
3. Abdomen wet pack for 20minutes 
4  sun bath 30  minutes 
5.Fruits  or salads in  breakfast
6..lunch and dinner should be boiled vegetables  salads with enough coconut scrappings..for the first week  thereafter  one roti or  unpolished rice 
7 Fruits juices or  any one type of fruit at 5 PM 
8.A stimulating wet pack on abdomen for  1 to 2 hours 
    This  program will  definitely  help  address your problem 
    I  myself suffered from it for 6 long years and  availed medicines but they ruined my  health  and life became miserable, only through pure nature cure  my  disease symptoms were addressed 
   I still sustain on a frugal diet of fruits and vegetables raw and cooked with some coconut, and this has been my staple diet for close to 44 years.

Dysentery is nothing but an inflammation of the intestine along with diarrhoea, abdominal cramps and in severe condition bloody stools, nausea, vomiting and fever which is caused mostly by microbes like bacteria and amoeba. Remember, dysentery is mostly spread through contaminated food and water, hence hygienic lifestyle habits and healthy eating habits plays a very important role in preventing it.

 

It can be effectively treated with some natural remedies and rest. If ever you notice excessive blood or mucus in your stool, do not hesitate to to see your physician at the earliest as it can cause some severe complications.

 

• Rehydrating is the most important thing to do as you experience or go through diarrhoea and vomiting which is very common in dysentery. Make sure that you are able to recompanciate the water and electrolytes lossed from your body. Increase your fluid intake to the maximum stay hydrated throughout the day.

 

• The best food advice is to stick with a plant-based diet such as fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, seeds and nuts. They contain almost every ingredient to maintain and boost a healthy gut thereby preventing any unwanted diseases in our body. 

 

• Always go for a bland and binding diet such as Bananas, Rice(unpolished) and Toast( brown bread). These foods are bland and binding, which can make your stools more firm. Bananas also contain potassium which can help replace nutrients lost from vomiting and diarrhoea.

 

• Go for an anti-inflammatory diet such as green leafy vegetables like spinach, broccoli, cauliflower, onion, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, almonds, walnuts and berries etc..; 

 

• Eat meals in smaller quantity and properly chewed over some intervals of time rather than eating heavily at once. This will help relieve the burden on your guts and improves digestion and absorption at a better pace.

 

• Avoid spicy food, dairy products oily foods, fibres, caffeine, soda, alcohol, artificial and preservatives added food, any processed foods.

By giving the body a break from solid food and not trying to stop it. It’s a form of elimination by the body off toxins in the GI tract. The body won’t be in a position to reabsorb the water into the body with the contaminated material that has undigested matter that’s acidic. 

I suggest that you take only fruit juices or tender coconut only if you are hungry and let the loosemotions continue. Body will resume normal operations when it’s ready. Always assist the body when it’s eliminating. Don’t suppress or think it’s a bad thing. Avoid eating any cooked or force feed urself. Stomach can’t digest anything. Keep a wet cloth on the stomach, drink and rest till this subsides. Don’t suppress loosemotions. It’s a big mistake.

हेलो,

 

कारण - अम्ल की अधिकता अंतड़ियों में अधिक द्रव के जमा होने, अंतड़ियों द्वारा तरल पदार्थ को कम मात्रा में अवशोषित करने या अंतड़ियों में मल के तेजी से गुजरने की वजह से होता है। ग़लत खान पान, अनिद्रा, तनाव, शरीर में पित्त का संतुलन बिगड़ने से ऐसा हो सकता है। 

समाधान - कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस लें ख़ाली पेट लें।

कच्ची भिंडी, बथुआ, पानी में भिगोए हुए अलसी (flexssed) सलाद में मिला कर बिना नमक के खाएँ।

पेट पर गिली पट्टी रखें। खीरे का पेस्ट रखें। 20मिनट तक रख साफ़ कर लें। ताड़ासन, कटिचक्रआसन, तिर्यकताड़ासन, पवनमुक्तासन करें।

आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
