Dear health seeker Abhishek, It is hoped that you must be consuming/supplying the best quality rich and nutritious food to the body in order to be very healthy, energetic and free from all diseases, yet you are short of vitamin B12, why? Ponder over the question, why on earth there is a shortage of the vitamin B12. The answer lies in the unhygienic lifestyle of a person consuming lifeless, enervating, revitalising, denatured, foodless foods bereft of any nutrition the likes of  tea,coffee, cola, alcohol, tobacco, processed, manufactured,  refined, packaged tinned,bottled, stale, oily, spicy,sugary flesh foods, ( all of them leach vitamins,minerals, ) etc, cannot hope to be supplying the organism with all the essential food-essences so very necessary for health and energy please eschew all the above negative eatables from your diet and instead start supplying the positive, nutritious, organic, sun riped, fresh fruits, vegetables raw and cooked to the tune of 80 % and rest 20 % from fats, protein, carbohydrates, sourced from grains,  coconut and seeds ,beans  nuts  and ere long any shortage of any vitamin, mineral, enzymes will be a thing of the past and you will enjoy a sublime health full  of  energy, the envy of one and all (This relates to persons of all ages including aged persons)

Vitamin b12 is a very important vitamin ; the source of which is bacteria from a healthy soil only. This is not present in any fruit or vegetable or nut or seed. However our bodies are capable of manufacturing some b12 but not all of it. Some of the beneficial bacteria can be found on top of fresh natural produce grown without any chemicals if consumed after just a brief rinse and not thoroughly washing. 

Over 90% of the world's population is deficient in b12 vegan and non-vegan both alike.

There is a rumour that some non-vegans are not deficient, but it's not true. 

Some Vegans are deficient in b12 because they don't get them from animals.

Animals don't wash their food, they eat it right off the soil and eating meat or milk from animals contain traces of the vitamin. However, the catch is, due to a highly acidic environment in their stomach and bodies because of the consumption of animal products,  the b12 that comes into the body does not get assimilated. So they remain deficient. If they take b12 supplements or injections, they do see a boost in their levels but it drops eventually as that cannot be retained in the body. Body makes or acts on the food. 

Vegans, of course, are relatively healthier but don't get their b12. If they get their supplements then they tend to improve and stick on

So b12 deficiency is not seen in people who consume raw vegetables and fruits and off the soil that is organic and not contaminated with pesticides and unnatural manure. We live in a world of soaps and washing hands all the time is considered good hygiene and hence we don't get anything from the dirt. River water, streams and such also carry the bacteria, but we drink chlorinated water in a daily basis to kill all the bacteria and pathogens in the water.

So unless you get your hands dirty daily in a good organic soil that's growing plants and sees all seasons, expect a deficiency. 

Back in the old days man was in a forest or was farming eventually..But due to urbanization that is out of question.

B12 bacteria forms a coating over the soil or over organic untampered produce. Remember these survive winds rains and harsh weathers.  Unlike factory produced probiotics, these special biotics are able to survive a healthy gut environment or digestion process and make it to your ileum the final section of your small intestinal tract that creates more b12 critical to your body’s functioning.  Be selective about what food we eat raw and unwashed. If you have an organic terrace garden, you can pick off the plant and have it or rinse under running water and eat it. 

The steady supply of uncontaminated foods in the past kept our ancestors relatively less vulnerable compared to the current times although their intake of raw was less. Whatever little raw they had was enough plus their contact with the ground was more. 

B12 deficiency if severe has seen to cause dementia Alzheimer's and many other diseases due to poor functioning of the overall bodily functions. B12 fortifies our neurotransmitters boosting mental functions and keeps depressions also away.  B12 is the key to most of our bodily functions and communications that happen inside the body.  Critical processes, maintenance of your organs and recovery from traumatic states.

Even if your levels are right today as per the tests it’s quite likely that the tests are faulty and we can’t rely on those for accurate results.

The only way as long as you live in a city and live a city life and not a raw organic vegan, but continue to have cooked too,  you might continue to jeopardize your overall functioning.

If deficient people take a b12 bacterial supplement as prescribed. The beauty of this is that a very small portion is absorbed and rest passes our through the urine. I have consulted various naturopaths and they advice the same.  This is not recommended in nature cure principle as in nature cure food is always raw and over a period of time b12 balances out in raw Vegans.

In my opinion, although NC does not recommend any supplements, unless you are on full raw organic and leading a lifestyle as close to nature as possible you will be deficient and is better to supplement.

Consume raw foods that come from greens fruits and vegetables. Get the gut cleaned like this and overtime the body will slowly start making b12 in few years.

कारण - शरीर में किसी भी पोषक तत्व की कमी नहीं होती है। शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता के कारण पोषक तत्व दब जाता है। अस्वस्थ पचान तंत्र पोषक तत्व के कमी का कारण है। पाचन तंत्र के स्वस्थ होते ही सभी पोषक तत्व का संतुलन हो जाएगा।

समाधान - शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन

पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करें, उज्जायी प्राणायाम करें।

सलाद में अंकुरित अनाज मिला कर लें।

पके हुए भोजन में ग्रेन या millet को फ़र्मेंट करके लें।मेंथी के दाने फ़र्मेंट करके oil free सब्ज़ी में मिला कर लें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

जीवन शैली - 

आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
