I am very much worried about my health. I always google symptoms of various diseases, obsessed about my health. I get muscle twitching, chest pain, severe headache, sharp pains in the muscles. I have done each n every test but all the tests came negative. I did my ecg, vitamin d, calcium test,h pylori test, rheumatoid arthritis test, electrolytes test, blood test, typhoid test almost every test but don't understand what's wrong with me. I am also suffering from acidity. Can you help please?

All your symptoms and tests point towards one thing which is the start of a healthy diet and regime. Google will give you a generalised answer for everything rather than relying on that you should pay more attention to yourself with a new positive approach.

  • Start your day with some nuts which will give you energy for a good morning walk and stretches. Walk on green grass and feel the fresh air as this will help in relaxing your nerves. The fresh air will be helpful for breathing and relieve from chest pain.
  • The chest pain can also be due to acidity and this you can deal with including fruits and raw vegetables in your diet. Consume tomato and black pepper an hour before your meal to curb down the acidity. 
  • Meditating 10 minutes before bed daily helps in dealing with mental issues like anxiety, you can start with affirmation, " I am healthy and full of energy." This will help in improving your body at subconscious level.

Hi Thameen,there is a hidden answer in your question itself and that is worrying too much.stress is the main reason for all your worries. exercise because it releases endorphine in body which reduces stress, meditate because mental health is key to physical health.As you said you suffer from hyperacidity -all the symptoms described by you are of hyperacidity. Main thing you have to do is change your eating pattern, add lots of wholesome food,fruits and vegetables to your diet,take care of your gut. Add one tea spoon of ajwain in one liter of water and drink it in whole day. Dont keep huge meal gap. Avoid binge eating. STOP BEING A GOOGLE DOCTOR.ITS NOT HELPING. TAKE CARE.

Whatever may be the name of the problem, in natural cure it’s very simple - it’s called toxemia. Anything from a small boil to a cancer is a result of toxin accumulation of various severities. Some can have cold cough pains fevers tremors bp diabetes gastric issues etc .. the cause remains the same. When body constantly feeds on wrong foods like dairy ( milk and its products ) meat eggs fish sugar oils packaged foods excess cooked thrice a day along with sedentary lifestyle .. body will accumulate. Humans are designed to have only fruits vegetables greens and herbs.. rest of it is always extra. Cooked food is dead and won’t bring life into our body. Animal food is dead and also not meant for us . They all become acidic in the body. 

 

Follow the following lifestyle 

 

Follow this :-

Morning on empty stomach 

  • Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice 

 

Afternoon from 12 :-  

  • A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone 
  • Followed by a bowl of veg salad
  • Dinner is also a fruit or veg salad / smoothies. If u cannot switch to full raw right away, optionally, only dinner must be cooked . Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep with Gluten free, oilfree unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies. 
  • Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call . Consult an expert as needed 
  • Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) along with the 1 hr of workout when possible 
  • See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. 
  • Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. 

What to Avoid :- 

  • Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils meat eggs fish coffee tea alcohol , oils in any form
  • Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . वर्तमान समय में हर कोई लगभग स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूक है और वह अपनी हर समस्या का समाधान गूगल पर खोज कर करना चाहता है लेकिन यह ध्यान देने योग्य बात है कि चिकित्सक का परामर्श ही सर्वोपरि होता है।

चिंताग्रस्त या परेशान होने की अवस्था में शरीर से adrenaline नामक हार्मोन का स्राव होता है जिससे शरीर का रक्त अम्लीय होनेे लगता भोजन का पाचन, अवशोषण एवं मल का निष्कासन सही तरीके से नहीं होता जिससे वह आंत में ही सड़ने लगते हैं परिणाम स्वरूप शरीर में अम्लीयता ,गैस, अरुचि इत्यादि समस्याएं उत्पन्न हो जाती हैं।

Your body is giving you signs that it has toxins which need to get eliminated and you need to switch to a healthy lifestyle. 

  • Be sure that your bowels are getting cleared regularly. 
  • Eat fresh green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits like papaya, grapes.
  • Include sprouts, nuts, dry fruits, beans, salads to your meals.
  • Have peanut butter, almond milk, whole grains. 
  • Exercise regularly. Exercising is very important for a fit body. Do anything, it can be yoga, jogging, skipping, running.

What to avoid?

  • Avoid dairy food items like milk, curd, paneer, butter. 
  • Avoid animal foods.
  • Avoid tea, coffee and other caffeinated drinks. 
  • Try to avoid deep-fried foods and processed foods. 
  • Avoid packaged foods.
