I have severe gastric problem with whatever I eat. I eat mostly home cook food and still I feel gas. I drink fenugreek water in morning still no relief from it. Because of that I m having pain in knee. I walk in morning for 30 min daily. Can you kindly suggest diet change or home remedies for permanent cure of this problem?

Clean the gut. Eat fruits majorly and drink veg juices. Flush the stomach with raw juices slowly and then start solids in the form of fruits first , greens and then veggies. Have juicy vegetables for most of the day  for juicing . Quit all kinds of animal products like dairy eggs meat fish and anything that contains them in any form. Avoid and quit sugar, maida wheat oils outside foods or ready to eat meals, Your gut will heal in 1-2 months and get better n better as days progress . Apply a cold wet cloth for 1 hr daily twice or thrice a day on ur stomach . Do not eat outside. Constant outside eating habits have deteriorated the stomach causing the status inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract. As much as possible have one quick meal per day for dinner that does not have Gluten and oil. Don’t eat excessively.  rest of the Day start with juices have fruits and stay on raw food to improve the condition of your stomach. 

There are many causes of bloating. Apart from the acidic foods described above, due to constant exposure to acidic foods, the stomach could have gastroparesis ( symptoms of paralysis of some the muscles that open to the small intestines). In such cases the chyme is not released in time to the small intestines and stays in the stomach. By the time that releases, you would be having another meal. 


Reduce emotional and physical stress in your life. Join a yoga and pranayama class and spend time doing physical exercises. Connect with nature expose yourself to sunlight 30 minutes per day. Take a fresh breath of air in the morning by going for walks or Jogging.


Lastly remember that yoga alone without any food changes will not bring improvement to the body. A holistic approach to healing always has both food and exercises working together. Holistic healing always has healing of mind body and spirit.


Follow this :-

Morning on empty stomach 

  • Celery juice 500 ml filtered / ash gourd juice / cucumber juice/ Green juice with any watery vegetable like ashgourd / cucumber / ridge gourd / bottle gourd / carrot / beet with ginger and lime filtered/ tender coconut water or more pure veggie juice 

 

Afternoon from 12 :-  

  • A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone 
  • Followed by a bowl of veg salad
  • Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep, with Gluten free, oilfree unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies. This is optional and youcan replace this with raw again and that’s best for you. Do raw for 30 days. Avoid taking too much fibre at one shot. Do smaller raw meals even if you are hungry often till the stomach heals. 
  • Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call . Consult an expert as needed 
  • Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) along with the 1 hr of workout. Focus on weight training 
  • See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. 
  • Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep. 

What to Avoid :- 

  • Avoid refined oils, fried food , packaged ready to eat foods, dairy in any form including ghee, refined salt and sugar , gluten , refined oils meat eggs fish coffee tea alcohol , oils in any form
  • Avoid mental stress by not thinking about things you cannot control. Present is inevitable. Future can be planned. Stay happy. Happiness is only inside yourself . Flatulence is the most common disease that we come across. There are many cases in which drug treatments to this trouble have led to further complications one vital organ or the other.

Many readers may not understand the trouble from this name. I shall therefore give the meaning of this Latin based name:

Flatulence: the presence of excessive amounts of air or gases in the stomach,or intestine, leading to distention of the organs.
Many people call it 'gastric' trouble. The term 'gastric' means that which pertains to the gastrum or the stomach. So it only denotes that it is a trouble in the stomach, but not specify the exact type of trouble. There is another trouble called ;gastritis', which means inflammation of the stomach. This is often confused with the 'gas trouble'. Of course if this flatulence stays for a long time, comblned with palliative treatments with drugs, it can lead to 'gastritis' also.

TREATMENT------

1 Never eat when hunger has not matured. [Read Practical Nature Cure by Acharya K. Lakshmana Sharma]. You must learn as to how hunger is born and as to how you can recognise it.
2 Never eat in haste, we work, we earn and do so many things to enjoy our meal. If it is eaten in haste, how can one enjoy the food?
3 When one eats in haste, one cannot masticate the food well. Remember the rule that solids should be drunk and that liquids should be eaten. Remember that there are no teeth inside the stomach to grind it again.
4 Do not have too many courses of food in a single meal. When taste changes, satiation will not appear even if the stomach has become full.
5 Squat in the Indian style for eating. The flexure at the level of the abdomen caused by so squatting helps to limit the quantity of eating. Bend well forward until the mouthful of food put in is chewed and turned almost into a liquid and then drink it.
6 Do not talk while you eat. The Vedic Mantra teaches us that we should eat silently.
7 Do not take too much of chilies Avoid dry red chilies. Green chilies can be used whole removing even the stalk along with vegetables while boiling and removed after cooking.
8 Minimize the intake of salt. The more the salt, the more is the unnatural thirst and the artificial need for drinking water during and after the meal. This will dilute the digestive juices and digestion will be upset
9 Dehusked daals have lost the best part of the whole grain. The remaining part is a very good gas-producing material and there is no wonder that if you take plenty of daal you do suffer of flatulence. If you prefer to have daal in your food, have it in the germinated form. That will help avoiding constipation.
10 Avoid eating if you have no time to rest after the meal. Remember that work and digestion do not go on hand in hand. No one will go weak or get diseased by avoiding eating till he has the right time to eat. Shake off that fear..
11 Never take a breakfast. Breakfast is unindian [Read Eating For Health by L. Ganesa Sarma] Hunger cannot have matured in the morning. it could only have been born.
12 A high protein meal must be justified by sufficient amount of manual labor. Sedentary worker need more of bulky foods.

हेलो,

कारण - शरीर में  की अधिकता के कारण

दोष पुर्ण आहार, दोष पुर्ण जीवन शैली, अनिद्रा, तनाव इसका मुल कारण है।

समाधान - सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन

पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।

10% कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।30% कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।10% ताज़ा नारियल सलाद में मिला कर लेना है। 20% फल को लें। पके हुए खाने को केवल एक बार खाएँ नमक भी केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने लें। पके हुए खाने में सब्ज़ी भाँप में पके हों और तेल घी रहित होना चाहिए सब्ज़ी की मात्रा 20% और millet या अनाज की मात्रा 10% हो।

जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।ओ

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
