I have chronic urticaria. Plz give natural home made remedy for it. I have been suffering from last 6-7 years. Can you pls help me?

हेलो,

कारण - एलर्जिक रिएक्शन 'पित्ती' का कारण बनती है, जैसे कि अत्याधिक तापमान, तनाव, संक्रमण व अन्य बीमारियां आदि। कुछ मामलों में पित्ती एंजियोडिमा (Angioedema) के साथ जुड़ा हो सकता है। एंजियोडिमा एक ऐसी स्थिति है जिसमें आंख, होंठ, हाथ, पैर या गले के आसपास सूजन आ जाती है।

समाधान - त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है। हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें।

किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में पहली बार लें। एनिमा किट मँगा लें । यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 100ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में एक बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में उपस्थित विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये।

खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है।  20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा।बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।

रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है।

सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।

जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। 

सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बIजे।धन्यवाद।

Most of our problems start in the gut. It is extremely important that you maintain a healthy gut. If your gut is not healthy it leads to kinds of problems whether it is skin issues or any hormonal or any autoimmune condition. Your gut has both good bacteria and bad bacteria. If you have too much of the bad bacteria in your gut then it leads to a series of health issues. Things you can do to maintain a healthy gut.

  • Eat a healthy diet. Lots of raw fruits, vegetables. Contain all essential nutrients and fibre to help heal and repair the gut. Helps feed the good bacteria.
  • Manage your stress. This is extremely important. Stress plays a huge role in maintaining hormonal balance. Stress causes a lot of disruption in the gut as well. When you are under constant stress there is decreased blood flow in the gut. This decreased blood supply to the gut then makes it impossible for the gut to function optimally.
  • Get rid of all processed, packed, sugary, oily , dairy and animal foods. Avoid gluten. All these cause bad bacteria to flourish in your gut. Gluten in wheat also is a disruptor to the microbiome of the gut.
  • Sleep well. During sleep your body repairs and heals your body
  • Make sure you are passing regular bowels. Old matter in the intestines again lead to toxicity in the body.
  • Regular exposure to sunshine and physical activity releases good hormones.

Hello sir, skin take the brunt of eliminating acidic toxins when the kidneys and the lymphatic system are already overloaded and sluggish to handle all the extra toxins. Some of the major reasons for the body to get overloaded with toxins or animal products such as dairy meat eggs,fish. Once these are eliminated, she will continue to see the skin still pouring out and over time once everything comes out the frequency will continue to drop. However It is very important that she flushes her body with lots of juices to clean the toxins.

Such autoimmune issues that she is dealing with where she feels that anything that she eats is working against her is because her intestinal permeability has become very weak and all the food particles are reaching the bloodstream. The blood is hence trying to fight the foreign invaders in the blood and trying to eliminate it via the skin because her other excretory organs are not functioning properly.

 If she has had food that’s consistently poor in nutrition and life, how will the skin breathe ?

 Dominance of negative cooked foods, dairy , meat eggs fish etc will tax the skin. So when body is overloaded with toxins , skin as an excretory organ will be asked to do more work than it can handle. Other channels might either be blocked or sluggish. Hence the skin.

Take bath only with cold water the head alone in all weathers.  And Luke warm for body in cold weathers. 

3)Sun bath for 1 hr in the early morning first rays of the sun 

4) Avoid all forms of plastic usage in foods , microwave , Teflon aluminium and such things , avoid all forms of cosmetics. 

5) coming to diet - You need to flood your body with tender coconut water / fruit juices / veg juices for all your day if itching is severe. Fast on liquids for one full day every week . Switch to juices for breakfast , raw fruits for lunch ,  salads for dinner. Avoid all forms of cooked salt oil for 6-8 weeks for complete cleansing of the system. If full raw is not possible, only dinner can be cooked with millets and vegetables without oils . I took almost a year to heal. I was on juice fasts when my issue was severe. You will continue to get patches when ur on this diet, it’s a sign of junk coming out form the skin. So don’t panic and think it’s increasing. Avoid itching. Switch to liquids when its unbearable. That’s ur mantra on skin issues. 

6)You must say goodbye to all forms of animal products - dairy, meat eggs fish , sugar wheat maida , oil , outside packed foods , fried food etc So remember you can’t have food in functions when ur healing. Once completely healed , u still cannot have animal products wheat maida fried and sugar.  

6) You can use some coconut oil and apply a wet thick cloth in places where you think u can’t bear. 

7) get off all forms of medication. You have to learn to heal with the above only and trust the body. Meds are enemies of the body. 

8)you have to develop a positive attitude for everyone around you. You cannot have hatred in your heart. It literally burns u. You have to listen to people like bk Shivani / Sadguru / Louise hay and such people and remove all negativity and burden ur carrying. Learn to live like flowing water. Forgive everyone around you

9)yoga and majorly pranayama is a must to make ur cells breathe 

10)Water enema can be done to assist the colon to get cleaned. Consult a professional for more guidance on this. This is an optional step.

शरीर की त्वचा में हिस्टामिन के कारण अर्टिकेरिया या शीतपित्त हो जाता है, यह खान-पान की गड़बड़ी, रक्त में गर्मी के बढ़ने ,ठंडी जगहों में रहने, दवाओं के दुष्प्रभाव या एलर्जी वजह से हो सकते हैं।

 

  •  प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी में नींबू एवं शहद मिलाकर सेवन करें इससे शरीर से दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकल जाते हैं।

 

  •  प्रतिदिन प्रातः सेव या केला को खूब चबा चबाकर सेवन करें !

 

 

  • भोजन में हल्के सुपाच्य मौसमी फल एवं मूंग दाल का सेवन करें ।
