To manage and deal with skin problems ensure Good skin care and healthy lifestyle choices helps to delay natural aging and prevent various skin problems.

  • Protect yourself from the sun: Use natural sunscreens and moisturizers
  • Treat your skin gently: Use mild soaps, avoid too hot or too cold bath. Use comfortable and clean clothes.
  • Eat a healthy diet: Take proper healthy diet. Consume more fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables. Use more seasonal vegetables and fruits. Consume more nuts, grains and dry fruits which are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids and healthy fatty acids.
  1. Avoid maida, white sugar, fried, spicy food items.
  2. Consume more whole grains, cereals, lentils and legumes.
  3. Avoid non vegetarian, milk and milk products.
  4. Avoid alcohol and smoking.
  5. Drink plenty of water keep always hydrated
  • Manage stress: Uncontrolled stress will make your skin more sensitive and trigger acne/ pimples and other skin problems. For healthy skin and a healthy state of mind do regular physical exercises and Yoga to manage stress. Get enough sleep of  up to 7-8 hours per day.
  • Aloe vera gel helps to  relieve sunburn and help heal wounds. Helps to keep your skin clear and hydrated.  It is good and effective face moisturizer and pain reliever.  
  • Coconut oil: It is considered as  great natural alternative to store-to bought skin moisturizer and it suits all skin types.  Coconut oil has the ability to penetrate the skin on a deeper level than any other product due to its low molecular weight and the way it bonds with proteins. It has anti-inflammatory properties, it’s an ideal treatment for people who suffer from psoriasis and eczema while also keeping the skin moisturized and allowing it to heal quicker.
  • Turmeric:  Turmeric contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory components that can make your skin glow. It is also known to reduce scarring from acne and can help your face clear up from acne breakouts. The powerful antioxidant activities it contains can help reduce the growth of tumour cells of the skin. In addition, oral consumption of turmeric has been scientifically proven to control psoriasis.
  • Lemon juice. Lemon juice contains vitamins, minerals, and other natural compounds that boost your immune system and even fight cancer. Lemons contain a high amount of vitamin C which is vital for strengthening the immune system and fighting bacterial infections and inflammation. Lemon works on acne-prone skin by reducing both oil secretion and pimple-causing bacteria. In addition, it reduces pigmentation in the form of dark spots.
  • Apply lemon juice to your face after you put on moisturizer before you go to bed. Adding lemon juice too in diet helps to fight inflammation and reduce the production of oil on your skin.

नमस्ते ,

भोजन में अधिकतर अम्लीय पदार्थ जैसे चावल ,चाय ,चीनी, मिठाइयां,नमक, नमकीन, ठंडे पेय पदार्थ,तली भुनी चीजें डिब्बाबंद भोजन , क्रोध, ईर्ष्या ,चिंता ,तनाव ,नशीली वस्तुओं का प्रयोग ,रात्रि जागरण की वजह से भोजन का पाचन ,अवशोषण एवं मल का निष्कासन सही तरीके सेे नहीं हो पाता जिससे दूषित पदार्थ आंत में ही सड़ने लगते हैं परिणाम स्वरूप रक्त अम्लीय हो जाता है  जिससे शरीर में तमाम प्रकार के त्वचा रोग प्रारंभ हो जाते हैं।

  •  प्रतिदिन प्रातः गुनगुने पानी ,नींबू एवं शहद का सेवन करें ,आंतों में स्थित दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकल जाते हैं।
  •  प्रतिदिन एलोवेरा, आंवला, खीरा के जूस का सेवन करें ।
  • भोजन में 80  प्रतिशत मौसमी फल एवं हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों का प्रयोग करें इससे इनका पाचन ,अवशोषण एवं मल का निष्कासन आसानी से होता है शरीर में  अम्ल एवं क्षार का संतुलन बना रहता है।

Skin problems as a subject is a vast area to specifically give you a direction. Depending on the severity the immediate lifestyle can change. But all the issues in the body are because of toxemia or accumulation of toxins. When toxins accumulate the body tends to rote the itself against the toxins with an inflammation. This causes symptoms that many try to suppress with chemicals. 

If the lifestyle is free of adding toxins on a daily basis, the internally collected toxins will start cleaning and skin will clear too. Skin is also the largest organ and cleaning takes a bit more longer than others. 

 

  • You will need to remove all kinds of animal products from your life containing dairy eggs meat fish packaged foods, Foods deep-fried sugary sweets et cetera. 
  • Focus on eating more fruit vegetables and leafy greens in all forms such as juices salads and whole throughout the day.
  • Consume cooked food only for dinner that’s glutenfree and oilfree 
  • Avoid bakery foods and maida-based products.
  • cook without oil. You can google oil free cooking which is also available on Wellcure . 
  • focus on moving your body. Don’t lead a sedentary lifestyle. Hence join a yoga and pranayama class This helps move the lymphatic system and the toxins will clear up
  • Expose yourself to the early morning sun for 30 mins 
  • Engage in gardening 
  • Drink enough clean juices and water daily.
  • Switch to a complete juice diet for the entire day if the severity is more this will ensure that the body flushes all the toxins and then gives you the relief over a period of time your body will clear all the toxins and you will not be sick anymore. 
  • Excess consumption of animal products like dairy eggs fish meat will continue to keep people sick. Google on the cruelty in the dairy industry to understand the ethical aspects of dairy industry and how many cows suffer on a daily basis to give you a cup of coffee , understanding the ethical aspects of consumption of animal products will not only save the animals, the planet and also give you a great healthy life.

हेलो,

 

कारण - त्वचा हमारे शरीर का सहज ज़रिया है अम्ल (acid) को प्रतिबिम्बित करने का। शरीर (elimination)निष्कासन की प्रक्रिया में लगा है।

किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

हम उसको आहार शुद्धि से मदद करें।

खीरा+एलोवेरा का पल्प का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है।  20मिनट के लिए लगाएँ।

त्वचा को गुलाब जल + बेसन और हल्दी से साफ़ करें। साबुन या कोई भी क्रीम का प्रयोग बंद कर दें।नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं।खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें। हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें।अपने मेरुदंड को उस पर रखें।

नहाने के पानी में ख़ुशबू वाले फूलों का रस मिलाएँ। नींबू या पुदीना का रस मिला सकते हैं। नीम का रस भी बहुत फ़ायदा करेगा।बार बार कुछ भी खाने से बचे फल के बाद 3 घंटे का अंतराल (gap) रखें। क्षार (alkaline) जूस के बाद 1घंटे का अंतराल रखें। कच्चे सब्ज़ियों के सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे का अंतराल रखें। अनाज और पकी हुई सब्ज़ी अगर तेल रहित (oil free) के बाद 8 घंटे का तेल घी का प्रयोग किया गया हो तो 12 से 13 घंटे का अंतराल रखें।रोज़ाना 15 घंटे का उपवास करें जैसे रात का भोजन 7 बजे तक कर लिया और सुबह का नाश्ता 9 बजे लें। त्वचा या शरीर के किसी भी हिस्से को स्वस्थ प्रदान करने के लिए ज़रूरी है।सुबह लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें रुकें फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक टाइम पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

सुबह ख़ाली पेट आधा खीरा 5 पुदीने या करी पत्ते के साथ पिस कर उसमें 100ml पानी मिला कर पिएँ।जूस को मुँह में रख कर एक बार सहज स्वाँस लें फिर घूँट अंदर लें।

2 घंटे बाद कोई भी एक तरीक़े का फल नाश्ते में लें।फल को ठीक से चबा कर खाएँ। कोई नमक या चाट मसला या चीनी, दूध मिक्स ना करें। 

दोपहर 12 बजे सफ़ेद पेठे (ashguard) 20 ग्राम पीस 100ml पानी मिला कर लें।

नमक सेंधा ही प्रयोग करें। नमक की पके हुए खाने में भी बहुत कम लें। सब्ज़ी पकने बाद उसमें नमक डालें। नमक पका कर या अधिक खाने से शरीर में (fluid)  की कमी हो जाती।

सलाद दोपहर 1बजे बिना नमक के खाएँ तो अच्छा होगा क्योंकि नमक सलाद के गुणों को कम कर देता है। 

सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। रात का खाना 8 बजे खाएँ।

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी लें।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। रात 8 बजे के बाद कुछ ना खाएँ, 12 घंटे का (gap) अंतराल रखें। 8बजे रात से 8 बजे सुबह तक कुछ नहीं खाना है।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे
