Pimples formation on the face is related to a sedentary and unhealthy lifestyle. It indicates an increase in pitta in the body, it can be cured by a natural diet and a good lifestyle. 
Do these things to cure pimples and stay healthy 

  1. Add 1 glass of lukewarm water with lemon juice daily in morning.
  2. Morning walk, suryanamaskar, deep breathing exercises every morning. 
  3. Add more green vegetables and fruits in your diet plan.
  4. More use of pomegranate, chukander, apple-like fruits. 
  5. Wash your face before sleep. 
  6. Rest your body properly.
  7. Keep your body hydrated. 
  8. Use aloe vera pulp on pimples. 
  9. Tomato paste mix with Gulab Jal - apply on face. 
  10. Avoid animal products, maida, oily food, street food.

Hello,

Pimples - is a skin condition in which there is excess production of oil from the sebaceous glands leading to the blockage of hair follicles. These toxins cause contamination of deeper tissues.

Which leads to whiteheads, blackheads and pimples.

* Avoid spicy, oily and sour foods.

* Eat fresh, unprocessed food.

* Increase the use of herbs that have cooling effects on the body like fennel, coriander seeds, Indian gooseberry (amla) and aloe vera.

* Increase intake of fresh fruits, vegetable juice and drink adequate water.

* Wash your face frequently with mild herbal soaps.

* Avoid irritant cosmetics.

* Do not squeeze the acne lesions.

नमस्ते ,

मुंहासे की समस्या अनुवांशिक हो सकती है,बढ़ती उम्र के साथ शरीर में होने वाले हार्मोनल बदलावों की वजह से ,महिलाओं को मासिक धर्म, गर्भावस्था और रजोनिवृत्ति के समय शरीर में होने वाले हार्मोनल बदलावों के कारण ,तनाव, मिर्गी या मानसिक बीमारी से जुड़ी कुछ दवाओं के सेवन से ,सौंदर्य प्रसाधनों का ज़रूरत से ज़्यादा इस्तेमाल करने से ,उच्च ग्लाइसेमिक भोजन, जैसे – बेकरी के खाद्य पदार्थ और हाई शुगर वाले पेय पदार्थों का सेवन करने से, दुग्ध उत्पाद, तैलीय चीज़ें और जंक फ़ूड के ज़्यादा सेवन से,ज़्यादा समय तक धूल-मिट्टी और  प्रदूषित वातावरण में रहने से मुंहासे होने का खतरा बढ़ जाता है। 
 

  • नींद- रात्रि में 7 से 8 घंटेेे की नींद अवश्य लें, इससे शरीर में स्थित दूषित पदार्थ बाहर निकलते हैं कोशिकाओं की टूट-फूट की मरम्मत होती है।
  • एलोवेरा ,नारियल पानी, चुकंदर या अनार केेेे जूस का सेवन करें, शरीर में अम्ल एवं क्षार का संतुलन बना रहता है।
  • भोजन में 80% मौसमी फल एवं हरी पत्तेदार सब्जियों का सेवन करें, हल्की सुपाच्य होते हैं।
  • मुंहासे पर बर्फ़ रगड़ने से उसकी सूजन, निशान कम होती है और वह धीरे-धीरे ठीक होने लगता है। 

एलोवेरा में मौजूद एंटीबैक्टीरियल और एंटीइन्फ़्लैमेट्री गुण त्वचा में होनी वाली सूजन और जलन को कम करते हैं, प्रतिदिन एलोवेरा के हरी परत को हटाकर सफेद मांसल भाग के रस को मुंहासे पर लगाएं 15 मिनट बाद इसे धो दें।

निषेध-जानवरों से प्राप्त भोज्य पदार्थ , दूध व दूध सेेे बने हुए भोज्य पदार्थ,चाय ,चीनी ,नमक ,नमकीन, वसा ,तली भुनी चीजें,  चिंता, तनाव, रात्रि जागरण।

  • Pimples occurs mainly because clogging of pores on the skin due to pollution and chemicals present in make up creams. 
  • Due to clogging of pores the sebum, an oily material get accumulated and cause pimples.

The remedies are:

  • Wash the face frequently to remove dirt, dead skin cells, and extra oil. 
  • Avoid using moisturizers contains chemical and synthetic fragrances. 
  • Avoid fast food,  oily food items, maida, sugar and carbonated drinks.
  • Drink plenty of water, keep hydrated. 
  • Include more fruits and vegetables in the diet. 
  • Add green leafy vegetables regularly in diet. 
  • Avoid milk and milk products.
  • Apply besan turmeric pack to reduce/ prevent pimples. 
  • Apply honey and cinnamon mask,  which helps to get clear skin. Mix 2 tsps of honey with 1tsp of cinnamon powder mix well and apply a thin layer on your face.  Keep it for 15-20 mins they rinse and pat it dry with soft cotton towel/cloth.
  • Use aloe Vera for moisturize your skin and remove pimples scars. 
  • Get regular sound sleep for 7-8 hrs.
  • Papaya and carrot pack.  Smash papaya and carrot mix it and applying the pimple scars.  Keep it for 15-20 mins then wash. 
  • Do regular physical activities like walking jogging and swimming etc. 
  • Practice Yoga and get free from stress.
  • Take regular facial steam to open the pores. 
  • Apply rose water after washing the face before going to bed. 
  • Change the pillow covers regularly.
