How can i reduce my belly? Please suggest me some tips.

Belly fat is not just a problem which could harm you by looks as well health. Most often having lots of fat is often associated with Diabetes type 2.Belly fat is measured by the circumference around your waist and this could be done using a simple measuring tape. Waist measurements above 40 inches (102 cm) in men and 35 inches (88 cm) in women are termed as abdominal obesity. Anything that is above said measurements would need some serious action to reduce it.

Hence, losing belly fat has massive benefits health-wise and also prolong your life span.

There are a few strategies that have proven to be effective to reduce belly fat and other fat in other areas of the body.

Here are few ways to lose belly fat where researches have proven their efficacy.

  1. Reduce consumption of sugar and sweetened drinks – Consuming excess sugar is said to be the primary cause for excess fat in the belly and liver. This is particularly true of sugary beverages like soft drinks like Coke, Pepsi etc. Hence best policy is to avoid it.
  2. Consume Large Amount of Protein – Consumption of protein on a long term would prove to be effective strategy to reduce fat. Proteins have proven to reduce hunger levels and increase metabolism of body.
  3. Reduce carbs intake – Eating less carbohydrates could also another strategy to reduce belly fat and also fat around the liver and other abdominal organs.
  4. Consume High Fiber – Consuming high fiber could reduce belly fat, increase metabolic activities and also prevent diseases that arise from excess fat accumulation.
  5.  Exercise Regularly – Any type of exercises could be useful to reduce bodily fat. Forward bending exercises could be useful to reduce the belly fat provided one doesn’t suffer from any back ailment. It is advisable to take precautions before jumping into action.
  6. Diet Diary – It is advisable to keep a track of all foods and quantities of food consumed which could help you to take necessary action wherever and whenever needed.

पेट के क्षेत्र में बहुत अधिक वसा होना दृढ़ता से टाइप 2 मधुमेह और हृदय रोग जैसी बीमारियों से जुड़ा हुआ है ,पेट की चर्बी का अनुमान आमतौर पर आपकी कमर के आस-पास की परिधि को मापने से लगाया जाता है।

Hi,

Extra fat around the abdomen indicates that there is hormonal imbalance due to which the body has slowed down its metabolism and therefore you store fat. Fat around the abdomen is not just calories intake and calories out. It is multifactorial. There is much more biochemistry happening in the body. One of the reason we store extra fat around the abdomen is when the body thinks there is a shortage of food. Our body releases 2 hormones in a period of stress. One is adrenaline, which is also known as the "Fight Or flight " hormone. This helps our body to deal with immediate stress responses which are short-lived. The other hormone is Cortisol. This hormone is produced when there is a shortage of food, during famine etc. These days our stress levels are constantly high so our body is releasing cortisol. The message the body gets is there is a shortage of food, whereas that may not be the case. You may be eating the same amount of food and doing the same physical activity, but since the body is releasing cortisol, it slows down its metabolic functions and stores its fat reserves. On the other hand, if you reduce your food consumption, the body confirms its signal that there is a shortage of fuel and continues storing belly fat.

Things to incorporate

  • Remove all animal foods, including dairy. All these foods are only fat and protein. Anything in excess gets converted into fat by the body.
  • Remove all packed, processed, sugary and fried foods. They are empty calories. Provide no nutrition.
  • Adequate rest and sleep is vital. Recovery and repair take place when in sleep.
  • Incorporate raw fruits and vegetables more in your diet. These are full of fibre which are helpful in weight reduction.
  • The cooked meal should be with minimum of oil and no processed foods. Avoid wheat and use millets.
  • Adequate physical activity and exposure to nature is important. This releases " happy hormones". This indicates the body to relax and the metabolism of the body improves.

You can reduce your belly by the following ways which are natural
Diet

  1. Do not take any high fat/carbohydrates content foods. 
  2. Avoid Sweet's, ice cream and chocolates
  3. At least take once daily fruits and raw vegetables diet.

Exercise

  1. You can go for cardio exercise for 5 minutes daily
  2. Learn yoga and practice suryanamaskar for 10 times daily
  3. Do abdomen exercise daily.. Consider the below exercises
  • Single leg raising without bending knees
  • Both leg raising
  • Cycling
  • Alternate leg raising
  • Spinal Twisting. 

All the above exercises are donelying down on the floor. Start initially for5 times each eexerciseand then later increase the numbers of repetition.

Afternoon from 12 :-  

  • A bowl of fruits - don’t mix melons and other fruits. Eat melons alone. Eat citrus alone 
  • Followed by a bowl of veg salad
  • Dinner 2-3 hrs before sleep, with Gluten free, oilfree unpolished grains or dals 30% and 70% veggies. This is optional and youcan replace this with raw again and that’s best for you.
  • Please take enema for 30 days with Luke warm water and then slowly reduce the freq. this is not a substitute for daily nature call . Consult an expert as needed 
  • Include some exercises that involves moving all your parts ( neck , shoulder, elbows, wrist , hip bending twisting , squats, knees, ankles ) along with the 1 hr of workout with additional focus on the abs. Focus on weight training 
  • See if u can go to the morning sun for sometime in a day 30 mins atleast. 
  • Ensure that you are asleep between 10-2 which is when the body needs deep sleep.

हेलो,

 

कारण - पाचन तंत्र अपना काम ठीक से करना बंद कर देता है। इससे भी कई बार पेट की चर्बी बढ़ती है। पाचन तंत्र खराब (weak Digestive system increases tummy fat) दोष पुर्ण आहार, तनाव, अनिद्रा नशीले पदार्थों का सेवन पाचन तंत्र को ख़राब करने में सहायक होते है।

समाधान - खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

शारीरिक और मानसिक क्रिया में संतुलन बनाए। दौड़ लगाएँ।सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन

पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।

 

10% कच्चे हरे पत्ते और सब्ज़ी का जूस बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।30% कच्चे सब्ज़ी का सलाद बिना नमक निम्बू के लेना है।10% ताज़ा नारियल सलाद में मिला कर लेना है। 20% फल को लें। पके हुए खाने को केवल एक बार खाएँ नमक भी केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने लें। पके हुए खाने में सब्ज़ी भाँप में पके हों और तेल घी रहित होना चाहिए सब्ज़ी की मात्रा 20% और millet या अनाज की मात्रा 10% हो।  

जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।ओ

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

Abdominal obesity is a term when the person is having a lot of fat accumulated in the area, when there is excess abdominal fat in the abdomen then it is called as Central obesity. We need to take care of the abdominal fat for main reasons like they are linked to a lot of diseases. That is why you need to take a lot of precautions and if you feel that your abdominal obesity is increasing.

If your abdominal fat is more than 40 inches, it is time that you take the efforts.

Things you should eat:

  • High protein diet, sources are nuts, green leafy vegetables, soya chunks, legumes.
  • Warm water helps in cleansing the body have at least 5-6 litres per day.
