The common name of vaginal yeast is a fungal infection and the affected area is a vagina. Thes symptoms it points with is itchiness, white discharge, and odourful. They also interrupt during coition, and it can be spread that way too. The white discharge also can be more.

The fungus on the body is only susceptible when the body is prone to it, for example, if our regular diet is only hampered and full of adulterated toxins then we are bound to be susceptible to get the infection. In that way, the best thing to do is change the lifestyle by choosing a healthier option like raw vegetables and fresh fruits with lots and lots of water.

With the change in lifestyle these are some home remedies which you can depend upon:

1. Tea tree oil is supposed to be very nutritive in the case of the fungal infection. Mix it with coconut oil and see these both creating wonder for your skin by helping you get rid of yeast infection. Wash the affected area and apply it 2-3 times a day.

2. Consuming vegan yogurt will help a lot in dealing with yeast infection for its anti-fungal properties.

3. Kanji, fermented drinks like kanji help in beating the infection.

Candida is a common issue in people whose body is conducive for the excess growth of yeast. These are found in the healthiest of humans too, but you see a problem they get excess sugars and starch to feed on and they multiply at a very rapid rate. They eat processed and starchy food, and fermented foods like cheese, milk, yogurt, probiotics, and fermented veggies, drinks and the like. If you're loaded with candida then you're going to crave these foods too. The bad germs in your GUT will send wrong signals to ask for those foods for their survival. They love complex sugars found in processed foods and which are also the byproducts of all the animal products. They don't feed on alkaline foods and simple sugars like fructose from fruits or raw foods. In such conditions, if you cannot metabolize fruits too, they will be fermented into alcohol. They love to feed on that. The body must be cleaned so that your adrenals process the excess sugars first. When the lymphatic system is not moving and things are stagnant, the decomposers feed on them and try to clean the filth. KIdneys need to flush the toxicity from the lymphatics and you need to flush it a lot.

At this stage, avoid all grains, dairy, meat, eggs, fish, refined oils, refined sugars, refined flours, gluten.

Hydrate yourself with plenty of fluids 3-4 liters a day from water, lime water, tender coconut, fruit juices, veg juices, green juices for 1 week.

Avoid all soaps

Avoid synthetic clothing and let the place breathe and get exposed to air.

After the area heals, switch to a whole food plant-based lifestyle and add glutenfree grains, oil-free cooked food only for dinner and have fruits and vegetables all day.

A vaginal yeast infection is a common type of fungal infection that affects and it causes irritation, characterized by discharge and intense itchiness of the vagina and the vulva and also in the tissues at the vaginal opening. This type of fungal infection is commonly called vaginal candidiasis or vaginal yeast infection which affects up to 3 out of 4 women at some point in their lifetimes.

Yeast infection symptoms could range from mild to moderate,  which include: Itching and irritation in the vagina and vulva, a burning sensation during intercourse or while urinating, redness and swelling of the vulva, vaginal pain and soreness, vaginal rash, thick, white, odor-free vaginal discharge which could appear like a cottage cheese and also watery vaginal discharge.

Some simple ways to manage it… Firstly it is very much required to reduce the risk of a further worsening of vaginal yeast infections, in order to do that one should wear underwear that has a cotton crotch and care should be taken it doesn't fit too tightly.

  • Avoid wearing tight-fitting undergarments.
  • Hydrotherapy method of Douching, which could help you remove some of the normal bacteria in the vagina that protect you from infection. This could be done using some bearable hot water.
  • Hot tubs and very hot baths like Sitz bath given in Naturopathy under the guidance of registered Naturopath might be suggested but not mandatory.
  • Avoid the use of unnecessary antibiotic use, such as for colds or other viral infections.
  • Avoid staying in wet clothes, such as swimsuits and workout attire, for long periods of time.
  • Wash your clothes in hot water and dry them under sunlight.

हेलो, 

कारण - योनि में  संक्रमण अम्ल की अधिकता के कारण हो रहा है। तला भुना और तेज़ नमक मिर्च के खाने से अम्ल की होती है। तनाव, अनिद्रा और शारीरिक शिथिलता भी इसका मुख्य कारक हो सकता है।

समाधान - एक टब में पानी भरें और उसमें नीम के पत्तों को पीस कर 500 ml पानी मिलाएँ छान लें। 20 मिनट के लिए ऐसा करें।

इस टब में बैठ कर संकुचन क्रिया करें। इस प्रकार से 

पेशाब करते वक़्त पेशाब 5 सेकंड रोक कर  

पेशाब करें फिर 5 सेकंड रुकें फिर करें ऐसा जब भी पेशाब करने जाएँ तो करें।

गर्म खाना या पेय पदार्थ सेवन ना करें।

पानी के बदले कच्चे सब्ज़ी सलाद और फल लें।

मर्ज़ारि आसन करें। अनुलोम विलोम प्राणायाम करें।

गोमुख आसन करें। भुजंग आसन करें।

जीवन शैली - आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरे का जूस लें, खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। बेल का पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर I100ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। बेल पत्ता 8 से 10 पीस कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर लें। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लें। एक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।ओ

सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

Vaginal yeast is caused by overgrowth of a natural fungus named 'candida albicans' normally present in vagina. It leads to inflammation, irritation, and painful discharges in vagina. 

It occurs due to poor hygiene,  stress, lack of sleep etc. 

Natural remedies:

  • Wash with lukewarm saline water helps to reduce inflammation and helps to keep vaginal hygiene.
  • Taking lukewarm warm hip bath or sitz bath with Epsom salt also more helpful to cure vaginal yeast infection. 
  • Apply coconut oil directly on the affected area. As its is having anti fungal property.  Helps to reduce itching and irritation .
  • Avoid stress by doing Yogasanas,  pranayam and meditation.
  • Take proper sleep of 7-8 Hrs regular. 
  • Avoid tea, coffee ,alcohol and other beverages.

  • Take More fresh fruits and vegetables.
  • Consume Garlic,  and vitamin C rich fruits and vegetables are helps to boost your immune system and helps in vaginal yeast infection.
