Whenever I don't eat for more than 4 hours, apart from basic hunger I start getting a feeling of burning in my chest, which also turns a bit painful at times. What could be the possible reason for this?

The simple cause behind this is our acid and alkaline pH reaction. The main thing to understand here is what is our normal pH of the stomach and how do we cure it. The normal pH is acidic in nature, hence we have to make sure to neutralize the pH, this is the reason you are getting burning sensation after you delay your meals. The acid-base balance gets interfered with.

With following basic dietary tips you can easily resolve your stomach issue.

  • Eat small meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hours.
  • Make sure you indue a fruit or a vegetable juice before heavier meals like lunch.
  • Keep dinner light.
  • Always make sure to keep at least two hours gap between meals and sleeping.

Home remedies.

  • Having tomatoes with black pepper before your lunch and dinner will help in neutralizing the acidic reaction.

HEART BURN

The reason for your burning in chest and pain is because of stomach acid backs up into your oesophagus (the tube that carries food from your mouth to your stomach). if this happens frequently its termed as GERD.

Triggering factors for this will be spicy foods, alcohol, some pain killers, skipped meal, irregular meal timings.

By changing some food habits and lifestyle can bring a great change in your condition:

  1. Ash guard juice 200ml + 1 spoon honey in early morning empty stomach will keep your acids neutralized.
  2.  Make sure to maintain your meal timings constant if you miss the meal make sure to drink WATER and eat FRUITS,
  3. Eat seasonal fruits 15 mins before meals.
  4. Boil cumin seeds and in water and drink that water night at bedtime.

(200ml water with 10 grams cumin boil it for 10 mins strain it and drink the liquid)

  1. Avoid smoking, alcohol, spicy foods, caffeinated drinks
  2. Avoid coffee, chocolate, tea, and late-night snacking
  3. Consume more greens and chew food completely before you swallow
  4. Drink ginger tea in evening 2 hours post-lunch
  5. Don’t sleep immediately after a meal.
  6.  Always Sleep 2 hour after dinner
  7. Drink half glass of water every 1 hour to keep the acids low.
  8. Drink herbal teas.
  9. Consumption of Ajwain will helps to maintain normal PH of gastric juices,
  10. 200ml water boil with 2 spoons of Ajwain and drink it during the episode will give u instant relief.

Heartburn is a painful burning feeling or sensation that occurs in your chest or throat. It happens when stomach acid backs up into your esophagus, the tube that carries food from your mouth to your stomach. The main cause might be due to irregular food timings or due to the consumption of more acidic foods like tea, coffee or even excess of smoking. If the heartburns occur more than two to three times a week this condition might be classified as GERD or Gastroesophageal Reflux disease or Acid reflux. Pregnancy, certain foods, alcohol, and some medications can bring on heartburn. Treating heartburn is important because over time reflux can damage the esophagus.

Modifying your diet and lifestyle habits could help improve one's condition. The primary modification is to maintain strict food timings.

  1. Aloe Vera Juice before food ( 15-20min ). This might be taken from the fresh plant which might benefit a lot.
  2. Consume more fresh fruits like banana, apple, ginger or ginger tea, peppermint, and other herbal teas.
  3. Avoid midnight snacks or eating before sleep. 
  4. Sleep with head upright to prevent reflux.
  5. Avoid smoking, alcohol, tea, chocolate, and caffeine.
  6. Avoid acidic food, spicy and carbonated drinks. 
  7. Bend your knees while bending forward so as to avoid pressure on your stomach 
  8. Eat meals in smaller quantities and properly chew the food.
  9. A glass of warm water with a pinch of asafoetida with or without black salt could give a faster remedy to this problem. Even you could include asafetida to your diet which might work wonders too.

If you are on animal products, refined foods, processed foods, alcohol, etc your body will continue to get compromised and will continue to use food as a distraction. It does not mean that food is resolving the issue. The food is distracting the elimination. The true eliminations are the acidity that you are sensing when food is delayed. If you continue to ignore your hunger and don’t provide food also this will be the same answer by the body. 

The best way to beat this issue is to stay on juices without any additives for a week.

Then strictly stay on raw for the entire day until dinner subsequently. Ensure that the liquids intake is about 3 ltr. per day.

Every month, pick a week to follow only juicing.

To break the fast after the week, start with smoothies and fruits for 3 days and then switch to the routine that’s raw till dinner. 

Strictly stay off forbidden foods like dairy, meat, eggs, fish, including wheat. Consume only raw till dinner. Exercise for an hr daily.

Your query has two answers, firstly in nature cure, the complete back history of patients is essential to know in what respects he has gone wrong to bring upon himself the so-called disease symptoms, Basic nature cure believes that there is no disease only lower level of health which can be reversed back to health by hygienic living, Secondly if there is any discomfort on account of wrongful lifestyle, which can be corrected by simply reforming the unhygienic lifestyle and habits responsible for the same. 
     Now firstly we must understand what real hunger is and what are its signs for a common person to understand since it is quite a long discussion, I will try to summarise succinctly. 

-----HUNGER, WHAT IT IS;-

Do not mistake hunger for any uncomfortable feeling in the stomach, a burning sensation, a pinching feeling, a gnawing sensation, etc.[pet mein choohe kood rahen hain] Know that such sensations indicate a diseased stomach. If you eat when you experience such sensation, mistaking such conditions to be hunger, you are sure to lose your health.

When your stomach becomes empty and then alone  u can experience hunger. You would experience a sense of lightness in your body and a feeling of strength and vigor and not the opposite of it.  

When your stomach becomes empty, you will experience the rise of a clean wind from it.IT means that the organ has just become empty of food and has begun to take rest. You must give the requisite amount of rest--at least three[3] hours of rest so that its muscles could contract and fit for vigorous action when you take food next.

The stomach needs periodic rest after every spell of activity. Those who deny this rest to the stomach it will lose the tone of the stomach.

The stomach has to work about 6 to7 hrs. On a NOT-TOO HEAVY a meal. IN an unhealthy person the time taken will be a little longer. In your case please try to understand that the burning sensation is indicative that the previous food loads have not been fully digested and brunching and munching is going on the stomach has lost its tone and elasticity. In chronic patient there is very little or no actual hunger only a semblance of it, the burning sensation can be attributed to heartburn or hiatus hernia.

हेलो,

कारण - आँत में inflammation के कारण ऐसा होता है।भोजन 3 प्रक्रिया से होकर गुज़रता है। Digestion, circulation, elemination आँत में जब भोजन होता तो वह circulation के प्रक्रिया में रहता है। आँत में inflammation होगी तो अम्ल की अधिकता होगी जिसके कारण भोजन का circulation ठीक प्रकार से नहीं हो पाता है।

समाधान - ताड़ासन, कटीचक्रआसन, त्रीयक ताड़ासन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ। अनुलोम विलोम और भ्रामरी प्राणायाम करें। 

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

जीवन शैली-  1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
