  • Mental: It helps a lot in treating anxiety and depression etc, that is why really good for pregnant ladies. As it helps in treating mood swings during pregnancy.
  • Eye: It helps a lot in maintaining retinal circulation.

Methods to consume: Avoid consume moringa if you are patient of diabetes, high blood pressure or liver medication, as the action may interfere which might be harmful. Consume one teaspoon with warm water, twice a day it will help.

Drumsticks or Moringa flowers are said to have excellent nutritive benefits. Specifically beneficial for impotency related issues and in Andhra Pradesh it's also known as the Indian Viagra.

It's also known to be good for the skin.

The flowers can be cooked like a dry vegetable side dish sauteed with onions tomatoes and spices.

I personally think that you can get the best out of it in raw form mixed into salads.

Also, Moringa flowers can be boiled into a tea to fight colds and flu.
They have a gentle fragrance and can be placed in bowls around to the house to work as an air-freshener.
