My age 29. I have bloating and gas trouble almost for 3 years. I have bloating almost all the day. As soon as i pass urine or stools, bloating gets increased. I go to motion 5 to 7 times a day. Usually huge amount of gas comes out earlier than stool. Many tests have been done like, blood, urine, motion, endoscopy, colonoscopy, hydrozen breath test, gastric emptying test. But all the tests are normal. None of the doctor found the root cause as of now. Can you identify and help?

Dear health seeker, 
Normally there is very little scope for the formation of gas within the stomach. The high acidity of the stomach contents makes bacterial fermentation almost impossible. Even otherwise, if things are normal, the food will not stay long enough for fermentation to start. Fermentation and gas formation in the stomach is something very abnormal and is an indication that the food has stayed much too long in the stomach.
Some carbon dioxide can be formed in the stomach if there is a regurgitation of the contents of the duodenum containing carbonates and bicarbonate derived from the bile, the pancreatic juice, and intestinal juices, which will react with the hydrochloric acid of the gastric juice and produce gas. This also is somewhat abnormal but not uncommon.
Gas in the stomach is mainly the air which freely enters it along with the food we eat, the water we drink or the saliva which we keep swallowing, from time to time during our wakeful periods This air, normally, should cause no problem because it is belched out when the stomach contacts. It might cause inconvenience only when the stomach loses its tone and remains in a distended form not only when it is full but even after it has become empty. Thus, it is not the accumulation of air inside the stomach which causes the distention; rather it is the other way around. It is on account of its remaining in the distended state that the stomach retains a lot of gas or air. Whenever air escapes in the form of belching there is a feeling of some relief. People, therefore, make a conscious effort to get some relief by belching out the imprisoned air. But in order to induce the belching, they have first to be swallowed some more air and generally, it is this swallowed air that comes out as belching. There may be a momentary sense of relief but this is illusory.
RESTORING STOMACH TONE
There are absolutely no short cuts to regain the tone of the stomach that has been lost on account of dietetic sins. The living stomach is made up of living cells. The quality of the stomach is conditioned by the quality of its constituent cells. These cells are continually subject to wear and tear and, what is even more important, they are continually being replaced, by newly formed cells taking the place of old ones that die and are cast off. So that this process of renovation continues without hindrance, we need three things (a) ready availability of the needed nourishment (b) prompt removal of toxins which are the end products of cellular activity and (c) time for rest and recuperation. The first two things are the responsibility of the bloodstream and it will be able to do this effectively if it gets the necessary replenishments from the food we eat and the entire circulatory system is kept trim by regular physical exercise. The third requirement will be satisfied by the practice of moderation in eating and by resorting to judicious fasting.
Removing the cause /treatment
There are four things needed to ensure the restoration of the lost tone of the stomach and thus ensuring freedom from the gas formation and a healthy stomach.
(A) Good nutrition through health-giving foods, say vegetables raw and conservatively cooked without oil and spices, condiments, few nuts, seeds and beans and carbohydrates from potatoes, sweet potatoes, and limited quantities of cereals.
(B) An active life or physical exercise, preferably brisk walking for a week and aged persons. 
(C) Adjusting the quantity of food, the frequency of the meals and also the manner of eating so that,

  1.  the stomach remains empty for at least a couple of hours before each meal
  2.  There's not the slightest feeling of heaviness in the stomach or upper abdomen at any time after a meal.
  3.  No meal stays in the stomach for longer than five hours.
  4. Occasional fast of short duration, say, a day's fast every fortnight.
  5. some hydrotherapy applications would be of great help.
  6. Spinal bath of 25 to 30 minutes twice a day. 

Needless to mention that you will have to avoid denatured and devitalizing foodless foods like tea, coffee, cola drinks and fried, stale, processed, preserved, tinned, bottled animal foods, this way you can have healthy stomach tone and freedom from gas and bloating, etc.

The trouble which can be noticed according to the history provided can be an intestinal issue, due to the undigestable things which are heavy on the stomach if consumed then definitely there s going to be load taking place on the intestine and obviously, the absorption of the nutrition is going to be extremely low. It is time by giving good attention to your daily diet and regime then there is going to be a positive effect on your body.

By following this simple dietary routine it can be very helpful, your day should begin with a combination of carrom seeds and black salt mixed with warm water. This will help in increasing digestive power throughout the day. Take breakfast which is heavier in calories, it will be able to sustain energy for the day. Include one raw vegetable juice in your diet, for example, Aloe vera JuiceBottle guard Juice.

Your meals should be a mixture of salads, vegetables, dal and rice, roti with different types of grains, Buckwheat Roti. Choosing different types of grains helps in giving more fibre and building our immunity system. Then keep your dinner light and eat two hours before sleeping.

  • A brisk walk for 30 minutes in the morning.
  • A set of squats, planks helps in building up muscles.

Hi,

Digestion and absorption are very important functions carried out by our gut. Similarly, removal of toxins needs to be carried out, else the body is unable to perform its vital functions. Your symptoms indicate that there is an increase in toxicity in the body and there is an altered ph. of the body. This could be due to unhealthy eating patterns or other factors like stress, or food intolerances. This alters the gut. Imagine there is thin sieve in the gut. It has tiny holes, over a period of time these holes get larger, either due to constant medications, stress or wrong food habits. This results in the passage of certain particles which the body decides to throw out of its system, due to larger holes of the sieve they are back in the bloodstream. This causes digestive issues either diarrhoea or constipation. The gut can be healed by making the following lifestyle changes.

  • This includes the removal of all animal products including dairy, removal of packed and processed, oily and sugary foods. This creates an overload of toxins and disturbs the balance of the body. This also inflames the system.
  • Removal of wheat and Rava, all products from wheat. They all cause inflammation of the gut.
  • Include lots of raw vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. They all contain essential vitamins and minerals for the normal functioning of the body. They are alkaline in nature and heal the gut.
  • Consume vegetable juice like those of cucumber, ash gourd, etc they are alkaline in nature. consume fruits for breakfast as the body is in elimination mode till 12:00 pm.
  • Exposure to sunshine and proper rest and sleep are also of prime importance. They release happy hormones, and in a relaxed state, the body can repair and heal.
  • Manage stress either by some physical activity or deep breathing. This calms the body down. This helps the body to repair and heal.
  • Adequate sleep. The body repairs and heals during sleep.
  • Chewing food in a relaxed atmosphere and avoid use of gadgets or any negative talk or thoughts. When the body and mind are in a relaxed atmosphere all functions are carried out without any load on the system.

Gases are produced when food is getting decomposed by yeast and other decomposing bacteria. They feed on the rotten matter and pass gas themselves. That you will pass. 

Bloating is caused because of wrong food combinations. And it can also be caused because of the rotting of food material that has not been eliminated from the body. So when the new food goes in, it mixes with the old settled food and rots and causes burps and farting.

Suggestions to get relief from this issue:- 

  • Avoid all animal foods like dairy meat, eggs, and fish in your lifestyle. 
  • Avoid wheat and any product with gluten.
  • Do Not mix raw and cooked in the same meal. 
  • Finish all raw before eating any cooked in the day.
  • Don’t mix grains with proteins like dals.
  • Don’t mix starchy veggies with grains.
  • Don’t mix beans and legumes with grains. 
  • Avoid grains, animal protein like dairy eggs fish meat in your life to keep a clean gut. 
  • Include fruits veggies greens at the beginning of the day until dinner and keep the only dinner cooked. 
  • Avoid gluten and oil in your life.
  • Avoid mixing fruits with nuts and seeds.

If we consume as much raw as possible, the burping and farting which is due to rotting of undigested food will not happen. If you start raw initially, take water enema for a month. Consult an expert for guidance. You might be bloated, farting and burping even when you start raw and avoid animal protein because the old matter is still making the raw food rot. You need to juice a lot, excrete old waste for things to improve.

हेलो,

कारण - आँत में inflammation के कारण ऐसा हो सकता। अनाज को पचाने में अधिक समय लगता है।

एक बार का अनाज युक्त पका खाना शरीर के ऊर्जा को खपत कर रहा है और ठीक प्रकार से पाचन नहीं होने के कारण शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता हो रही है।

समाधान - सुबह दिन शुरुआत कच्चे सब्ज़ी के जूस या नारियल पानी से करें। नाश्ते में फल लें, दोपहर के खाने में सलाद कच्चे सब्ज़यीयों का लें। 

रात का खाना 7 बजे से पहले लें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें।

जीवन शैली-  1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
