Herpes zoster is a viral infection which causes a lot of pain in the skin and these all leads to nerve pain. The herpes zoster diet should be full of essential vitamins. Which vitamins should we focus on to increase our health status and prevent herpes:

1. Vitamin A: All our orange, red, yellow coloured fruits and food are essential for example, red and yellow bell pepper, oranges, lemon, green leafy vegetables.

2. Vitamin B12: Nuts and seeds are a really important part of the diet and it has good effects on overall health.

3. Vitamin E: Seeds and nuts again our good sources of Vitamin E

Consuming these food items will be helpful for treating herpes zoster. Apply cool compression on the lesions this will be helpful in treating the same.

Hi,

  • Herpes Zoster is a viral infection. Due to varicella zoster virus. 
  • It occurs due to a weak immune system.
  • It causes blisters and rashes with pain sometimes fever.
  • Take More vitamin C and B rich foods like sweet potato,  banana, whole grains cereals, and green leafy vegetables, fruits like pineapple, oranges, lemon, amla, etc.
  • Include onion and garlic in your diet.
  • Add ginger, black pepper and turmeric in your food to get healed quickly by antibiotic properties. 
  • Avoid tea, coffee, and other beverages and sugar.
  • Take cold compress to reduce pain in blisters.
  • Wash the affected area regularly by using warm saline water. 
  • Apply eucalyptus oil also more beneficial in reducing pain and inflammation.

हेलो,

कारण - हर्पीस की स्थिति में प्राइवेट पार्ट और शरीर के अन्य हिस्सों में पानी भरे दाने निकल आते हैं। जैसे ही ये थोड़े बड़े होते हैं, फूट जाते हैं और जब यही पानी शरीर के अन्य हिस्से में लगता है तो वहां भी संक्रमण फैल जाता है।

प्राकृतिक चिकित्सा कोई घरेलू औषधि नहीं है यह प्राकृतिक उपायों के माध्यम से स्वास्थ संबंधी समस्या दूर करने  की पद्धति है।

1 पूरे 24 घंटे का उपवास रखें और थोड़े-थोड़े अंतराल पर  जल का सेवन करें। पानी पीते समय हर घूंट को मुंह में थोड़ी देर के लिए रखे।

2 हमेशा यह ध्यान दें कि बिना किसी बाहरी माध्यम के सहज तरीके से शरीर से मल का निष्कासन हो और तीन चार बार हो।

3 दिन में दो बार टोना लें, एक बार सुबह में और दूसरी बार शाम को।

उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

4 सूर्य की रोशनी में बैठे और बैठते समय सर को और चेहरे को सूती के कपड़े से ढक कर रखें पूरे शरीर पर कपड़े हटाकर धूप लगने दे। जितनी देर तक कि आराम से सह सके उतनी देर तक ही यह काम करें।

5  प्राणायाम की आवृत्तियाँ दिन में 3 बार करें।

लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है।

6 सहजता से चल पाने की स्थिति में सुबह और शाम को भ्रमण करें।

7 दूसरे दिन भी यही रूटीन को जारी रखें। 200 ग्राम गुणकारी पेठे का रस सुबह में धीरे धीरे पियें। श्रद्धा में केवल एक नारियल पानी के अलावा और कुछ ना लें।

8. खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

9.सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

10. सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

11. एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

Dear health seeker, let me tell you and assure you all diseases with whatever name they are pronounced by the allopathic system are all diseases symptoms. There is no disease only  Lower level of health which when health level is raised by healthy lifestyle in accordance with the eternal laws governing our organism vanish in thin air. A virus is nothing more than a tiny speck of dirt/encumbrances/toxins. It is carried by healthy cells, cannot by itself invade the organism, 1/3000000mm in size. The only damning quality it's bestowed is that it proliferates in millions and billions in quick time. But it is toxic terrain, the fertile soil of the body laden with filth. 
      I  have treated a very virulent type of herpes by asking the patient to follow  NC. The lady patient aged  50 yrs got well within a month, though she had some pain at the seat of occurrence due only to her unhygienic lifestyle thereafter. The  treatment was as under:
   1.  fruit juices four times a day since there was a  fever.
2..The entire upper neck and upper chest was the seat of eruptions the size of gooseberry with great burning sensation. Thick cold wet packs were applied continuously changing them after every  20 minutes by colder ones. The patient was not allowed to remove them even for a  second These packs were applied as long as she demanded. After  3days  the diet was changed to raw and cooked vegetables twice and juices twice. Wet packs were applied with some gaps of time. She was given Non-violent enema every day till such time that there was no need. The eruptions started to form pustulates but nothing specific cream or antiseptics were applied only coconut oil was applied liberally and thereafter cold packs. All the pus stopped forming after 4 to 5 days and the burning sensation came down drastically and she was very happy about it. After 20 days her burning sensation came down to a manageable level. Now the packs were applied on the basis of as and when needed. Some cereals were allowed once in a day as was demanded by the patient. Within a month all her eruptions subsided and fresh skin replaced the old dead skin. Though she was virtually free from the pain occasionally there was pain on the seat of the disease on account of her not being able to abide by the hygienic loss.
The pain would visit her sometimes, in later 5 to 6 months and she had readily applied the cold packs. The complete recovery took 8 to 9 months. 
Herpes Zoster is a disease of nerves and the affected body part becomes numb for many many years if the disease is treated by allopathic medicine but in Nature cure, it is not so.

Herpes zoster, or shingles, is a common viral infection caused by the virus that is causing chickenpox. This condition is often called secondary chickenpox and it affects the nerves, which results in a painful rash of small blisters on a strip of skin anywhere on the body. Even after the rash is cured, the pain may continue for several months.

Some of the symptoms one would experience would be fever and chills, blisters over the skin, tingling in under the skin, itchiness, shooting pain and stomach upsets. Usually, Herpes or Shingles would occur in the people who had been attacked by Chicken Pox in their early childhood.

Some Natural Remedies

  1. Daily washing or cleansing of the blisters over the skin could reduce the risk of spreading the infection to other parts Take a cool bath or shower to soothe skin which could reduce the pain to a certain amount. The coolness of the water can calm itchiness. You may add neem leaves to water which could act as an antibiotic and antiviral in nature.
  2. Avoid soaps and rubbing while showering which could be useful in the prevention of the spread of infection.
  3. Incase whenever you have itchiness you may use the bunch of neem leaves to soothe the skin which is also a traditional remedy and this could avoid the infection from spreading.
  4. You may apply a wet cold compress over the blisters to reduce the pain and itchiness.
  5. Some dietary changes could strengthen your immune system and prevent shingles from spreading to other parts of your body. Take steps to boost the function of your immune system by eating certain foods and avoiding others. Diet should consist of Vit A, B-12, and E and some essential amino acids namely Lysine. Foods such as green leafy vegetables, orange and yellow fruits, legumes, beans, whole grains, tomatoes, spinach, etc contain the above-said nutrients. It might be advised to be on a bland diet and also strictly avoid oily and spicy diet for a few weeks until completely cured. Satvic diet would be the best diet recommended in this condition.
  6. Wash the clothes in warm water and dry them under sunlight.
  7. Take enough rest and don't strain when the infection is at the peak.
