I have problems of suddenly awaken in midnight due to eaten food comes from my nose, throat, mouth&chest. Very dangerous situation becomes so that I can't sleep properly then please tell me remedy

The symptoms that your present and disturbing your sleep suggests that you suffer from GERD. GERD also is known as gastroesophageal reflux disease is a chronic disease of the digestive tract that occurs when the stomach acid or bile flows up into the oesophagus or the food pipe, causing irritation to the lining. Nothing to worry, GERD is curable. Not immediately but definitely if you could follow some simple natural methods

The best way to treat GERD is to zero in on the underlying cause of your acid reflux and correct it. Which means to cut down or avoid all those triggering factors responsible for GERD in your body.

Modifications in your diet and lifestyle habits can help improve one's condition.

Follow the natural ways and methods enlisted as below

• Always go for a bland and binding diet such as Banana, brown rice and boiled vegetables. These foods are bland and binding which will prevent further reflux and vomiting. Bananas also contain potassium and other minerals which can help replace nutrients lost from vomiting. They are easy for digestion and absorption as well.

• Follow regular eating time. Maintaining a long gap between each meal can stimulate excess gastric acid secretion triggering acidity that can lead to reflux.

• Eat meals in smaller quantity and properly chewed. This will help relieve the burden on your guts and improves digestion and absorption at a better pace. Eat only when you're hungry so as to avoid unnecessary triggers.

• Chewing a slice of ginger or drinking ginger juice or tea several times a day can help neutralise the acidity, ease nausea and vomiting.

• Vomiting can be dehydrating. Make sure you take in plenty of water or other clear liquids. Take small sips. Try Ice chips if to substitute normal water drinking. Caffeine-free tea such as peppermint, ginger and lemon can be equally helpful as well.

• Do not eat anything right after vomiting but drink a clear liquid such as water, soup or herbal tea. Caution to be taken that you never over eat.

• Avoid midnight snacks or eating before sleep

• Bend your knees while bending forward so as to avoid pressure in your stomach.

• Animal food, dairy products, oily foods, fibres, caffeine, soda, alcohol, artificial preservatives added food and any processed foods should be avoided completely.

• Go for an early morning walk or jog daily. Utilise 45 minutes to an hour daily for any physical activity which will help boost your body's metabolic activity and mind.

Leave a gap of at least 2-3 hours gap between your dinner and sleep.

By the symptoms that you have written, it seems that you are suffering from GERD i.e. gastroesophageal reflux disease. 
The main cause for this disease is improper eating habits along with the wrong lifestyle. 

Diet to follow- 

  • Eat only plant-based natural raw foods.
  • Include salads, sprouts, nuts, beans to your diet.
  • Also, include dry fruits in your diet.
  • Have overnight soaked raisins. 
  • Drink warm water early in the morning on empty stomach. 
  • Have fresh fruits and fresh vegetables. 
  • Drink freshly prepared fruit juices every day.
  • Have bottle guard juice 
  • Drink coconut water. 

Foods to avoid- 

  • Say no to oily and spicy foods. 
  • Avoid deep fried food items. 
  • Avoid packaged and processed foods. 
  • Say no to tea and coffee.
  • Avoid carbonated drinks. 
  • Avoid all the dairy products as they are not meant for our human digestive system. 
  • Avoid animal foods also.

Exercise and yoga 

Exercise and yoga are also important to boost the immune system for better digestion of the foods. 

  • Start your day with a brisk morning walk of atleast 30min. 
  • Do suryanamaskar. 
  • Perform paschimottan asana, trikona asana, gomukha asana, chakra asana.
  • Do walking of atleast 20min after every meal. 
  • Take sunrays in the morning. 


Having a good quality of sleep is also very important for proper digestion. 

So, sleep for at least 7-8 hours regularly. 

Sleep early at night at around 10 pm and also wake up early in the morning at around 6 am.

Avoid using electronic devices 1 hour before sleeping.

Gerd is definitely curable. Due to an incorrect lifestyle, accumulation of toxins would have become the breeding ground for a lot of bacteria and viruses in the body. This weakens your gut and weakens the liver which becomes a storeroom for the pile of toxins. Anything that does not belong to the category of fruits, veggies and greens goes to the list of toxins - bad smells, chemicals, medicines anything. Overtime bile becomes less potent and this taxes the stomach and strength of HCL in the stomach becomes less. As that becomes less, this can increase the acidity of the stomach due to other bad acids and bacteria that are thriving. So the acid reflux happens. It’s not the HCL of the body which actually is protecting you. Its other things that are not supposed to be there comes out burning your oesophageal lining. 

There is a little sphincter between your stomach & esophagus that closes when there is adequate hydrochloric acid (HCL). If there is not adequate HCL—the door does not shut, acid from the stomach enters throat and burns. 

GERD (gastroespohageal reflux disease) is a condition of low stomach acid, Not the other way around 

-Do the following for 10 days :-

1) quit dairy, eggs, meat, fish

2) quit sugar, processed foods and ready to eat foods. Refined oils and anything that is polished. You should also avoid all kinds of fried food and oil in your cooked food. 

3) drink 500ml of pure cucumber juice on empty stomach daily morning 

4) next hunger 500 ml of ashgourd juice 

5) tender coconut for whole day 

5) repeat this 4,5 for 3 days and stay on only juices. 

If u feel like vomiting, it’s fine. Don’t worry. That’s expected. Continue juicing.

Continue to keep a wet cloth. Rinse every 1 hr and continue to drink. Expose your bare torso to the morning sun for 1 hr. You will see things falling in place already by then.

-Follow a raw juicy fruits and juicy veg diet for a month after that with juicing.

-After a month, do the same juices till 12 and then next hunger fruits that are juicy like watermelon. Continue only such fruits and juices till dinner.

Keep your stomach as less busy as possible without any solids but flooding with liquids as this helps your bad acids clear up. Add cooked for night - gluten-free, oil free, spice free. Continue wet cloth daily for 30mins, sunbath for 30 mins. Avoid the following for life - dairy, eggs, meat, fish, sugar, wheat, oils, packaged foods etc. the more you are on raw, the better. Ensure your liquids are 3-4 lts per day as a habit.

कारण - ये समस्या ख़राब हाज़मा के कारण हो सकता है। फ़ूड पाइप में infection, खाना को पचाने के लिए पोषक तत्व शरीर में पर्याप्त मात्रा में ना हो तो भी ऐसा हो सकता है।

समाधान - 1 पूरे 24 घंटे का उपवास रखें और थोड़े-थोड़े अंतराल पर  जल का सेवन करें। पानी पीते समय हर घूंट को मुंह में थोड़ी देर के लिए रखे।

2.  सुप्त मत्स्येन्द्रासन, धनुरासन, अनुलोम विलोम, पवन मुक्तआसन करें।

पश्चिमोत्तानासन, अर्धमत्स्येन्द्रासन, शवासन करें।

3. खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें।

4.  मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

5. सूर्य की रोशनी में बैठे और बैठते समय सर को और चेहरे को सूती के कपड़े से ढक कर रखें पूरे शरीर पर कपड़े हटाकर धूप लगने दे। जितनी देर तक कि आराम से सह सके उतनी देर तक ही यह काम करें।

जीवन शैली-  1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

 स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
