I am suffering from cervical spondylitis. Nerves of palm, hand and feet sometimes loose sensation. There is shoulder pain that sometimes gets transmitted to hand. MRI report shows medium level compression at c5, c6 and c7. How shall I deal with it?

Posture exercises should be practised daily to have the best impact on your spine’s symptoms. Massage can help you achieve that perfect mobility despite your disease.

Things you need to add and avoid in your diet:

• Avoid alcohol.

• Include calcium-rich food and increase vitamin D intake to support bone health.

• Practice a diet which is rich in fruits, raw vegetables and whole grains.

• Limit fats, animal products, processed or mixed foods, and try to drink eight to 10 glasses of water each day.

A diet which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids may which decrease the disease.

As a person in the disease, you are bound to get affected with negative thoughts which are making you feel weak inside. So it is time you do these three things.

  • Practice mindful meditation.
  • Deal with your stress.
  • Allow positivity to be part of your life.

Please remember that you may have got injured as a child and those bones may be weak too. You can’t blame your lifestyle issues on a weak bone. Yes, to balance the acidic body environment, blood can choose to target that area to leach calcium.

With animal products like dairy, meat, eggs, and fish in your meals, acidity in the body increases and the body will suck all the alkaline enzymes to maintain homeostasis.

If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits, vegetables, and veg.greens majorly) are ingested, their pH. is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralise the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which is not geared for this ph. level and bile from the liver and gallbladder are called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, the liver becomes tired. If the liver and gallbladder are not in good working condition, enough bile is not made available in the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. As the liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that the liver could not manage and reaches the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. As a result acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses of the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of the continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH value falls below the range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. This disrupts all the cellular functions in the body and disturbs the balance. To prevent such a state of decline, the blood starts reducing its acidity by neutralizing it with one of the most alkaline substances in the body that is calcium from the bones. So blood starts dissolving the calcium from the bones in its self to reach an ideal pH level. This is also called leaching of calcium. Blood is a supplier and also a retriever. It will choose parts of the bone where it can leach very quickly such as the ends of the bones. As it continues to do so, that part of the joint weakens and produces pain and inflammation. following exercise must be done daily 6-7 time

1 ) stand with feet apart but comfortably. You can sit if you cannot stand. Put pressure on the forehead with the palms backward while the head is trying to lean forward. similarly, head leaning backward while palms at the back of the head pushing forward.

2) Relax and do some warm-ups with neck exercises like bending on all sides up to 12 counts.

3) Shoulder rotations CW and ACW.

3) Apply a cooling wet pack and relax.

हेलो,

कारण - स्पोंडिलोसिस अगर गर्दन की हड्डी में है तो उसे सर्विकल स्पोंडिलोसिस (cervical spondylosis) कहा जाता है। स्पोंडिलोसिस परिवर्तन रीढ़ की हड्डी के अन्य क्षेत्रों (खंडों) या पीठ के निचले हिस्से में भी देखे जा सकते हैं।

शरीर में पाचन (assimilation) और (elimention) की प्रक्रिया सुचारू रूप से ना हो पाने के कारण शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता होती है।शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता दर्द का कारण बनता है।

लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें।

जीवन शैली-  1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

You are in the safe hands of mother nature. In pure nature cure, we strive to normalize all the functions of the body by living in accordance with the eternal laws governing our organism. You will have to employ the age-old tenets of natural laws. The human body is quite complex and it requires a deep understanding of the mechanism. Right now a case study is forwarded:-

EXCESSIVE CALCIFICATION OF BONES.

The human body is unique in itself, sometimes [ due to misuse or abuse ] the digestive mechanism loses its power to absorb calcium. Failure to absorb calcium results in various ailments like caries and cavities, of teeth, Rickets, Pulmonary Tuberculosis, diseases of spine and osteoporosis, etc. By proper nutrition and correcting the mistake committed in the past, calcium absorption can be improved. But strangely enough [ for reasons yet unknown] human organism starts absorbing calcium more than what it needs. This excessive calcification results in its being deposited on various parts of bones. One of the most vulnerable parts is the Lumber bones of the spine. Calcium starts depositing in between the bones resulting even in actual fusion. There have been cases when all the five lumber bones have joined becoming one single rigid unit. In such cases, the person concerned will neither be able to sit or lie on back. Pain will be severe. Orthodox remedy consists of surgical operation and scrapping of the false joints and make them free. 

As is with all operations, the operation is very dangerous and may give the sufferer only temporary relief because there is no guarantee that calcification again will not take place in future. Because the root cause is not touched upon and problem solved only temporarily.

The sensible way would be to prevent the organism from absorbing any excess calcium. This can be done only by radically resorting to a diet reform. Since the cause is not known why calcification takes place it won't be also necessary to go deep into it. We know [ SCIENTIST DO ADMIT] very little about the actual working of the living organism. 1. A case of false joint cured by Nature Cure in quick little time--She was just 21 yrs. old. For one and a half yrs. she was having continuous pain in the lumbar region of her back. She consulted an orthopaedic Dr., an x-ray revealed a false joint being formed between the fifth lumbar and sacrum. An immediate operation was advised as the remedy. But luckily her family has experienced the blessings of Mother Nature and inquired if Nature Cure could be of help or not. The N.C. treatment was;- to fast for a day and live on a fruit diet for fifteen days. Vital economy was achieved by asking her to take only one kind of fruit at a time [ it is impossible to overeat on mono-diet ].
