Herpes zoster is a viral infection that causes a painful rash. Although it can occur anywhere on your body, it most often appears as a single stripe of blisters that wraps around either the left or the right side of your torso.

Shingles are caused by the vericella zoaster virus, the same virus which causes chickenpox. After you've had chickenpox, the virus lies inactive in nerve tissues near your spinal cord and brain. Years later, the virus may reactivate as shingles.

Symptoms that may appear 

  • Pain
  • Burning 
  • Itching
  • Red rashes 
  • Fluid-filled blisters
  • Sometimes, fever, headache, fatigue may also occur. 

Local application 

  • Take 2 tablespoons of baking soda or cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of water to make a paste. Apply this paste on the rashes. This will help to reduce the itching. Use this 3 to 4 times a day or as required. 
  • Apply lotions or creams on the rashes. They will give you a comfort feel. Use naturally prepared creams instead of using scented lotions and creams. 
  • Apply fresh aloe vera gel on your rashes.

Cold compresses 

To relieve the pain and itchiness associated with the rashes, apply a cool and moist compress. Do it 4 to 5 times or several times a day to get relief from the symptoms. 

Soak a cloth in the cold water. Wring out the water and apply the cloth on the affected area. This will help to relieve the pain and itchiness. Do not use ice packs on the rashes as they may increase skin sensitivity and worsen the pain.


Take a cool bath or shower to soothe the skin. Do not use hot water as it may worsen the blisters because it increases the blood flow. 

When you take a cold water bath then the coolness of water eases the pain of the blisters and also calms the itchiness. 

Dietary changes

  • Avoid dairy products and animal foods like eggs, meats, milk, etc.
  • Avoid spicy and oily foods. 
  • Always have plant-based natural foods. 
  • Drink freshly prepared homemade fruit juices. 
  • Drink coconut water. 
  • Include salads, sprouts, nuts, and beans in your diet. 
  • Include Vitamin C in your diet like blueberries, amla, orange, lemon, etc. 
  • Drink plenty of water throughout the day to be hydrated.

These names are just there to scare everybody. It’s again a virus of the herpetic family after all. How did the virus get into the body in the first place? Because of toxin accumulation of course or was passed from the parents.

These will be handled by nature cure educators the way other problems are handled too.

Nothing can beat the power of nature. Once you become a believer, then you won’t bring medical education in front of this and be confused. Humans know only a percentage of the body’s capacity due to symptomatic studies, but little do we know that it’s power is infinite and healing can happen physically, emotionally and spiritually at the same time across all kinds of eliminations. Trust, have faith and believe as long as the body takes, don’t give up hope! Body communication is to be learnt by observation.

People would carry the virus for years together without even noticing it in their bodies. It remains dormant waiting for an opportunity for the body to become vulnerable in a stressful situation or a traumatic situation. So a person could have contacted the virus from the mother's womb or through other body fluids as well. And hence this virus is not to be feared because it can be in almost everyone.

Hence it’s best for us to remain at our best of health both physically and emotionally to keep clear of its outbreak so that it can remain dormant even if it’s inside the body.

Depending on the severity stay on liquids which will keep the itching and painful experiences at bay or whatever may be the kind of elimination you are facing. It will also flush the body of the toxins. Over time solid fruits and greens and then add vegetables only when they are slowly becoming stable. Keep juicing vegetables and greens as much as possible daily and only then later phases add vegetables to eat. We will want the body to reduce it’s digestion process as much as possible during the detox phase. There is no question of proteins, fats, minerals jargon during a detox. Fruits, vegetable juices and plenty of Greens have enough to sustain life in a very very healthy way and also aid in detoxing. Juicing, healthy raw and resting is the key to shingles. This is not a three day or a four-day detox process. Hence it is best to start off with juicing and then add fruits and greens and sustain this until healing. Grains once a day only 30% in the night gluten-free and oil-free after 10 days.

Expose to the sun at least one hour per day in the morning with as minimum clothes as possible.

Avoid all forms of chemicals touching the skin. Use the moisturizer and the hair wash/body wash recipe that I have created. They are completely natural and have no chemicals or preservatives. 

Wear only cotton clothes and something in which skin can breathe. Avoid jeans and such tight-fitting clothes till it heals properly.

As always recommended keep away from foods that the virus is like dairy, eggs, meat, fish, chemicals medicines sugar, excessive jaggery, refined oils, white rice, polished grains, wheat, Maida, bakery products fried food, sugary foods, coffee, and such stimulants. If they continue to religiously follow a whole food, plant-based healthy diet that is oil-free and gluten-free with as much exposure to nature as possible, keeping a mental poise you can knock the virus back to the dormant state or send it out of the system. I am working with someone with TGN (Herpatic virus) and I know they will get the attacks on and off. The severity will reduce overtime and slowly disappear. Herpes zoster, or shingles, is a common viral infection caused by the virus that is causing chickenpox. This condition is often called secondary chickenpox and it affects the nerves, which results in a painful rash of small blisters on a strip of skin anywhere on the body. Even after the rash is cured, the pain may continue for several months.  Genital herpes is a common sexually transmitted infection caused by the herpes simplex virus (HSV can cause pain, itching, and sores in your genital area. 

Some Natural Remedies

  1. Daily washing or cleansing of the blisters over the skin could reduce the risk of spreading the infection to other parts Take a cool bath or shower to soothe skin which could reduce the pain to a certain amount. The coolness of the water can calm itchiness. You may add neem leaves to water which could act as an antibiotic and antiviral in nature.
  2. Avoid soaps and rubbing while showering which could be useful in the prevention of the spread of infection and irritation.
  3. Applying aloe vera gel could be useful to reduce pain and irritation by giving a soothing effect.
  4. Incase whenever you have itchiness you may use the bunch of neem leaves to soothe the skin which is also a traditional remedy and this could avoid the infection from spreading.
  5. You may take a Sitz Bath under the supervision of a registered naturopath to reduce the pain and itchiness.
  6. Some dietary changes could strengthen your immune system and prevent shingles from spreading to other parts of your body. Take steps to boost the function of your immune system by eating certain foods and avoiding others. Diet should consist of Vit A, B-12, and E and some essential amino acids namely Lysine. Foods such as green leafy vegetables, orange and yellow fruits, legumes, beans, whole grains, tomatoes, spinach, etc contain the above-said nutrients. It might be advised to be on a bland diet and also strictly avoid oily and spicy diet for a few weeks until completely cured. Satvic diet would be the best diet recommended in this condition.
  7. Wash the clothes in warm water and dry them under sunlight.
  8. Take enough rest and don't strain when the infection is at the peak.

   Rest assure that genital herpes can be easily reversed back to normalcy in a short span. Basic and pure nature cure has resurrected thousands of patients., you will also be alright in a few weeks. 
Herpes Zoster
Dear health seeker, let me tell you and assure you all diseases with whatever name they are pronounced by the allopathic system are all disease symptoms. There is no disease only a Lower level of health which when health level is raised by a healthy lifestyle in accordance with the eternal laws governing our organism vanish in thin air. A virus is nothing more than a tiny speck of dirt/encumbrances/toxins, It is carried by healthy cells, can not by itself invade the organism, 1/3000000mm in size, the only damning quality it's bestowed is that it proliferates in millions and billions in quick time. But it is toxic terrain, the fertile soil of the body laden with filth. 
      I  have treated a very virulent type of herpes by asking the patient to follow  NC. You may take a cue from the said case of a lady patient. ----The lady patient aged  50 yrs. got well within a month, though she had some pain at the seat of occurrence due to her unhygienic lifestyle thereafter. The  treatment was as under:

  1. fruit juices four times a day since there was a fever. 

The entire upper neck and upper chest were the seats of eruptions the size of gooseberry with a great burning sensation. Thick Cold wet packs were applied continuously changing them after every 20 minutes by colder ones. The patient won't allow to remove them even for a  second These packs were applied as long as she demanded. After 3 days the diet was changed to raw and cooked vegetables twice and juices twice a day. Wet packs were applied with some gaps of time. She was given Non-violent enema every day till such time that there was no need. The eruptions started to form pustulates but nothing specific cream or antiseptics were applied only coconut oil was applied liberally and thereafter cold packs. All the pus stopped forming after 4 to 5 days and the burning sensation came down drastically and she was very happy about it. After 20 days her burning sensation came down to a manageable level. Now the packs were applied on the basis of as and when needed. Some cereals were allowed once in a day as was demanded by the patient. Within a month all her eruptions subsided and fresh skin replaced the old dead skin. Though she was virtually free from the pain occasionally there will be pain on the seat of the disease on account of her not being able to abide by the hygienic loss.

The pain visited her sometimes in later 5 to 6 months and she readily applied the cold packs. The complete recovery took 8 to 9 months. 
Herpes Zoster is a disease of nerves and the affected body parts become numb for many many years if the disease is treated by allopathic medicine but in Nature cure, it is not so.

कारण - जननांग हरपीज (जेनिटल हर्पीज़) संक्रमण का एक प्रकार है। यह संक्रमण शरीर के विभिन्‍न हिस्‍सों में हो सकता है विशेष रूप से उन जगहों में जहां पर अधिक समय तक नमी होती है।

शरीर में अम्ल की अधिकता के कारण संक्रमण की सम्भावना और पोषण हो पाती है।

प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाकर पूर्ण स्वस्थ हो सकते हैं।

समाधान - गहरे हरे पत्ते को अपने सलाद और जूस में शामिल करें।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट वंहा लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है और 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर के उस हिस्से में लगाएँ जंहा परेशानी है। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।

जीवन शैली-  1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। नारियल तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
