Suffering from sciatica and joint pain. Please suggest what should I do?

Sciatica and Joint pain can very well be treated with the following solutions:

• Daily physical activity is crucial for people with this disease and can reduce pain also improves the mobility and posture and helps you maintain your flexibility; exercising can help you achieve a healthy weight.

• Practicing good posture can help prevent pain in the hip joint in a stooped or deformed position. Posture exercises should be practiced daily to have the best impact on your hip muscles and joints. When sleeping in the night keep pillows below your legs, to increase blood flow.

• Massage can help you achieve that perfect mobility despite your disease, massage with coconut and castor oil.

Things you need to add and avoid in your diet:

• Avoid alcohol.

• Include calcium-rich food and increase vitamin D intake to support bone health.

• Practice a diet that is rich in fruits, raw vegetables, and whole grains.

• Limit fats, animal products, processed or mixed foods, and try to drink eight to 10 glasses of water each day.

A diet that is rich in omega-3 fatty acids may which decrease the disease activity in people. As a person in the disease, you are bound to get affected with negative thoughts which are making you feel weak inside. So it is time you do these three things. Practice mindful meditation, deal with your stress, allow positivity to be part of your life.

Sciatica is a lower back, buttocks and leg pain syndrome most commonly blamed on spinal causation in the lumbosacral area of the backbone. When it's not entirely spine, it can be pseudo-sciatica. Sometimes varicose and sciatica can often co-exist without being diagnosed properly. Unlike varicose, sciatica can be quite disabling in terms of pains. They cause muscle spasms which can make one's life miserable when it happens.

Over a period of time, with predominantly acid-forming diets, adults face weakness in their adrenal glands which affect the lower anatomy of the body and one of that is sciatica. Diet and hormone imbalance from endocrine glandular weakness can lead to inflammation which is the response of the body to protect itself from acids. Natural steroids from adrenals usually counter-balance the inflammation. But when this balance is destroyed, tissue and cellular death can occur leading to various named ailments including sciatica.

Many issues can cause an inflammation of the sciatic nerve - your sluggish liver, acidic ph leaching the lumbar discs, unclean GUT, intestines with rotting food deposits, inflame the nerves leading to the legs.

Calcium deposits across the body. Some viruses which are long term in the organs, which have come to eat the decomposing toxins in the body would have made the body their home for years growing stronger with fine while the body weakens with wrong lifestyle. Their neurotoxins are like acids and the release on any nerve can cause inflammation. Similar nervous issues can cause varicose veins, herpes, facial paralysis, strokes, TGN, etc. just that the names are different as per the symptoms studied by the medical community in different places in the body. On the lower end of the spine, viral activity swells up the nerves in the lumbar spine, forcing the discs to move and causing the nerves to get squeezed too.

All the issues are because of acidity rising in the body while the body needs an alkaline balance to function.

When the body has been fed with fats for all the three meals of the day, the blood eventually becomes toxic and viscous. The heart has to really work hard to pump that soup/jelly into the veins and arteries and suffers to pull it from lower extremities. That’s why people have it more in the legs and not in their hands. Typically such blood is usually dehydrated. The water component ( not H2O) tends to expand and make space when blood flows. But due to the high amount of fat, lack of oxygen the toxins fill up the spaces.

If high acidic foods ( not coming under category of fruits vegetables, veggies greens majorly) are ingested, their pH. is less than normal, the stomach does not need to make it acidic to process. The pancreas won’t produce the alkaline buffers to the blood to neutralize the acidity raised by the stomach. So this acidic food in its state reaches the next few levels like the duodenum which are not geared for this pH. level and bile from the liver and gallbladder are called to rescue this balance. As this bile continues to be overproduced, the liver becomes tired. If the liver and gallbladder are not in good working condition, enough Bile is not made available to the duodenum, and this is how acidic food reaches the intestines. As the liver weakens, the body cleaning is also compromised and blood continues to carry acidic toxins that the liver could not manage and have reached the intestines where nutrients get absorbed. As a result, acidity in the blood goes up, the blood first uses the alkaline buffers present in its blood plasma to bring the blood closer to an alkaline pH. Unfortunately because of continuous supply of acidic foods to the body, the level of alkaline buffers is often very low. If the blood pH. value falls below this range, then all the bodily fluids such as urine, lymphatic fluid, semen, Cerebrospinal fluids, saliva everything starts becoming acidic. This disrupts all the cellular functions in the body and disturbs the balance. To prevent such a state of decline, the blood starts reducing its acidity by neutralizing it with one of the most alkaline substances in the body that is calcium from the bones. So blood starts dissolving the calcium from the bones in itself to reach an ideal pH. level. This is also called leaching of calcium. Blood is a supplier and also a retriever. It will choose parts of the bone where it can leach very quickly such as the ends of the bones. As it continues to do so, that part of the joint weakens and produces pain and inflammation. There will also be severe obstruction of blood flow, the viscosity of blood will be thicker. All these factors lead to the accumulation of toxins across the body.

Whatever may be the explanation for your sciatica, the solution is a natural cure is simple. Avoiding gas-forming veggies is not the solution and neither is taking suppressing pills. He must change his lifestyle.

Follow.

  • High raw foods - Start with juices till 12pm, fruits greens for lunch, veggies post that for 10-15 days. Then add cooked gluten-free and oil-free for dinner.

Dear health seeker Smita, 
I will not go into the nitty-gritty of the disease symptoms, for us, there is no disease only lower level of health, a diminished vitality, correction of your old unhygienic lifestyle is the cure from your affliction of Sciatica. It's quite a crippling and painful situation to be in but nonetheless, you have come to the right place for not only a complete cure but a very healthy lifestyle for the rest of your life. 
Out of many cases treated successfully, herewith a case is forwarded for you to follow suit:-
 "She had inflammation somewhere in the middle of the body which caused severe pain and made her immobile to some extent.

  1. She was given sunbath for 30 minutes with head under the shade or a wet towel to save the head from heat followed by either cold shower on her back the seat of the spine. She really enjoyed this immensely .or a spinal bath for 25 minutes for the first week and to extend the time up to 45 minutes. 
  2. She took a shallow hip bath twice a day 
  3. She was given  ashgourd juice 100ml 
  4. Diet consisted of vegetables raw and cooked  conservatively without oil spices and condiments and salads and coconuts 

There was some easy curative crisis in the form of cold, sneezing, diarrhoea by which drug-poisons were eliminated. 
The lady became alright in a few months. 
Since in olden days the patients were very cooperative and will not indulge in any diet other than the prescribed ones and as such will recover easily and early. Please keep this in your psyche and do not indulge in any enervating foods and devitalising foodless foods.

समाधान - योग्य योग गुरु की देखरेख में ही आप ये योगाभ्यास शुरू करें। अगर किसी आसन को करने से परेशानी होती है, तो अपने शरीर के साथ जबर्दस्ती न करें और जितना हो सके बस उतना ही करें।

सेतुबंधासन, शलभासन, भुजंगासन, अधोमुख स्वानासन करें। 

खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

जीवन शैली - 1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। दर्द वाले स्थान पर तिल के तेल से घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ash guard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ash guard) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।
