I have a lower back pain only on the right side for more than 4 years. I am 40 yrs old male. Can you help me?

• Practising good posture can help prevent spinal fusion in a stooped or deformed position. Not everyone will have a fusion in the spine, but practising good posture can help keep your spine in a place that looks and feels better. Posture exercises should be practised daily to have the best impact on your spine’s symptoms which includes lower back pain.

• Massage can help you achieve that perfect mobility despite your disease.

Food to include:

• Include calcium-rich food and increase vitamin D intake to support bone health.

• Practice a diet which is rich in fruits, raw vegetables and whole grains.

• Limit fats, animal products, processed or mixed foods, and try to drink eight to 10 glasses of water each day.

A diet which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids may which decrease the disease activity in people.

MENTAL: As a person in the disease, you are bound to get affected with negative thoughts which are making you feel weak inside. So it is time you do these three things.

  • Practice mindful meditation.
  • Deal with your stress.
  • Allow positivity to be part of your life.

By continuously eating the right kind of food and exercise you will surely achieve ideal health.

Lower back pain on the right can mean your gallbladder is strained or you have a kidney issue or possible bone erosion.

For all these above issues, the reason is toxaemia. If you continue to put acidic foods into the body, there will be an imbalance in the body, toxins accumulate and organs won't perform to its full potential.

Hence its best to follow an alkaline diet that is fully based on consuming plants. Avoid all the foods such as dairy, meat eggs fish that comes from animals and which are made for animals and their body chemistry. Avoid man-made refined and processed foods that are far from natural. Avoid oils that are unnatural. Drink 3-4 lts of fluids daily. Exercise as much as you can. Expose yourself to the sun for 30mins. Rest as much as possible. Consume only fruits veggies and greens till dinner and for dinner gluten-free and oil-free foods. Your back will be fine in a few days - a couple of months.
