Hello Rohit.

  • This can happen due to stress and an unhealthy lifestyle which is creating anxiety in you. The best part is going for a walk.
  • Earling morning walk which helps in treating mental issues a lot as it keeps our nerves calm and helps in health problems. Go for an early morning walk in the morning.
  • A dehydrated body causes anxiety, drink a lot of water which will help in treating the problem.
  • The next thing is essential oils, essential oils like lavender and rosemary help in treating anxiety and fast heartbeat.

Hope my solutions will help you.

Thank you

Heart palpitations are a sign where the heart is suffering to handle that viscosity of blood and is unable to handle the load and create the pressure to keep you alive.

When the lifestyle for years together is filled with animal protein from dairy, eggs, fish meat, refined sugar, oils, excess cooked foods, gluten, absolutely no trace of raw foods, junk from outside, refined and processed foods etc, how will the body sustain its normal function?

You will be shocked to note that the main foods the body needs to function normally are fruits vegetables and greens in its raw form. We are expected to eat like primates. Instead, how much of deviation we have from what they eat isn't it? That's the reason for your heart to suffer like this. There are other organs like liver and kidneys which will also be taking the brunt of the quality of blood while filtering it. Over time you might see other major issues too because all the organs work together.

Lead a quality lifestyle with as much raw fruits greens as possible for the whole day and stick to oil-free gluten-free cooked for dinner. This must be your permanent way of living. Do not touch any of the forbidden foods. Ensure that the distance the food travels from plant to plate is very less and there is zero or less processing involved even if its cooked. Secondly avoid all animal products as its not meant for us. If you have to heal, going plant-based is critical, living an oil-free, fat-free life is critical.

Do mild exercises, exposure to sunlight for 3-40mins daily is a must.

Reach me if you have any doubts,

Be blessed

Palpitations make you feel like your heart is beating too hard or too fast, skipping a beat, or fluttering. You may notice heart palpitations in your chest, throat, or neck. Some of the common causes might include: strong emotional responses, such as stress, anxiety or panic attacks, depression, strenuous exercise addiction to stimulants, including caffeine, nicotine, cocaine, amphetamines, and cold and cough medications that contain pseudoephedrine, fever or even hormone changes associated with menstruation, pregnancy or menopause.

Some natural ways to manage it:

  • Make a habit to a mild type of walk and exercise regularly. Exercises are the best physical activity to lower blood pressure. Always mild exercises are best. You may stop whenever you get palpitations
  • Lessen your sodium/salt intake.
  • Drink lots of water. Best to avoid consumption of sugared drinks, smoking or alcohol. Reduce intake of refined sugar.
  • Avoid tea or coffee
  • Practice meditation (simple forms) and simple forms of deep breathing exercises.
  • Consume more of potassium-rich foods (bananas, oranges, apricots, grapefruits, cooked broccoli, cooked spinach, etc)
  • Eat calcium (green leafy vegetables, beans) and magnesium (vegetables, legumes, whole grains) rich foods
  • Get involved in some hobbies or relaxing leisure activities like gardening, pets, etc
  • Lose weight if you are overweight.
