There are two very important oils which help in treating the skin problem.

  1. Tea tree oil is very beneficial in a condition like this. With the application of tea tree oil three times a day, the rashes will be cured.
  2. Coconut oil is another important oil which helps in treating dryness.

Hope these suggestions will help you.

Thank you

Hi,

Skin is one of our largest organs of elimination. Whenever we consume food the unwanted waste materials are thrown out in the form of toxins through various channels by the body. The various organs used as elimination by the body being liver, kidneys, lungs, intestines and skin. Consumption of large portions of acidic foods like dairy, animal foods, sugary, fried, processed and packaged foods increase the level of acidity of the blood. The body needs to eliminate these through its channels. These eliminatory channels might already be doing their job, but due to poor lymphatic system, the toxins get build up in these channels and make them sluggish. In your case, the body is releasing its toxins through the skin. Following lifestyle changes would help:

  • Avoid dairy, animal foods, packed, processed, sugary and fried foods. They are all difficult to digest for the body. They create a toxic environment in the body.
  • Include plenty of raw vegetables and fruits. Fruits should be taken for breakfast. Since the body is in the elimination mode and fruits are predigested, they cause minimum load on the body. They also contain fibre and help in clearing the bowels.
  • Increase your fluid intake. This should come from raw fruits, raw vegetables, coconut water and water. These provide hydration at a cellular level.
  • Proper rest and sleep. This helps the body to repair and recover. Our digestive system also gets rest and it can focus on the cleaning aspect of the body.
  • Physical activity every day helps clear bowels. Movement of the body is essential to get rid of waste materials.
  • Manage stress either by yoga, exposure to nature or even meditation. All these release happy hormones and the body can rest and repair.
  • Exposure to sunshine in the early morning. Sunshine kills all bacteria on the surface of the skin.
  • Avoid the use of all cosmetics and chemicals on the skin.

Short term measure

  • Avoid all tea, coffee, sitting in ac, alcohol, smoking etc. These all dehydrate the system.
  • Apply coconut oil to the skin. Avoid the use of all other soaps, chemicals, cosmetics.

Wishing you Good Health Always!

Thank you

Regards

Your body is eliminating wastes through the skin. It can happen when the toxin load is high and the kidneys and lungs are overloaded.

You will need to reduce difficult to digest foods like grains, animal-derived foods, ta, coffee, sugar, processed products, oil and high salt.

Increase body hydration by consuming more raw fruits and vegetables

Sleep early

Expose body to sunlight for at least an hour every day

Reduce mental stress

Then your body gets back to balance and correct itself.

Hi

  • Skin rashes occur due to an allergen, due to overexposure to the sun, and infection,  irritants like synthetic clothes etc.
  • To get relief from skin avoid overexposure to the sun.
  • Use natural fabric clothes.
  • Olive Oil: Add a pinch of turmeric powder in olive oil, mix it and apply on the area of skin rashes. Its anti-inflammatory property soothes the skin and cures rashes.
  • Applying aloe Vera is also more beneficial.  It has antibiotic antibacterial and treats all kinds of skin problems.
  • A cold compress or taking cold bathe helps to sooth the skin and reduces irritation on the skin.
  • Neem: applying Neem oil on the skin rashes will help to relieve from rashes.
  • Boil some Neem leaves and extra the solution and let it cool.  Then apply the solution in the affected area by using cotton balls also more beneficial in treating skin rashes.
  • Taking more fruits and vegetables rich in vitamin C and A also more beneficial.
  • Drink more water and keep your body hydrated.
