Hello Anjani,

With both thyroid or PCOS, the best thing to start with is getting yourself investigated. Getting sonography is important. With hormonal imbalance caused by the stress and toxicity in the body, a healthy lifestyle is what we need.

Having cinnamon water or methi seeds powder increases insulin sensitivity which in turn causes the body to improve our menstrual regularity. Start with the consumption of this. Low hemoglobin is another cause of menstrual irregularity, for which you can start with dates, jaggery, and nuts.

The next important thing is exercise, a brisk walk, jogging or swimming which keeps our hormones in check. For more information on hormones, you can read, Glands

Hopefully, these things will help you

Thank you
