In this condition where the urine starts flowing backwards resulting into swollen kidneys, home remedies can be very effective:

1. Raddish leaves our found to be very effective in this case you can have it by crushing them once a day, having it early morning will be helpful.

2. Tomatoes again are found to be very helpful in treating kidney issues, you can start with having tomato juice with black pepper has it helps in the health of internal organs.

3. We all know that consuming good amount of water is very helpful, consume at least 5-6 litres of water and this will help in proper urination. 

4. Having lemon water itself is very helpful in dealing with swelling.

Keep on exercising, early morning 30 minutes brisk walk is good.

Hydronephrosis is a condition when the kidneys cannot do its job of filtering and drain the urine to the bladder for elimination. Creatinine levels increase and blood gets a pinch of the lack of movement from the kidneys. You will need to also get into dialysis apart from getting the kidneys drained in some cases. Sometimes due to genetic weakness or lifestyle, the cells themselves become weak and swell up.

Kidneys are one of the 5 major excretory organs with a vital function in the body. They clean the blood at least 300 times per hr. They excrete the metabolic waste from the blood including medicines and bad food wastes. People who consume meds, stimulants like tea coffee tax their kidneys considerably. Wastes like urea uric acid creatinine are byproducts' of metabolic waste from excess proteins, excess salts, excess sugar ( due to sugar or carb metabolism that did not get used by the cells in cases of diabetes and glycosuria( expelling glucose from urine), excess acids from the blood that was generated to keep the blood alkaline, other bad habits, excess water, lymphatic wastes everything is expelled by the kidneys. Due to wrong living habits over a long period of time, kidneys filters get clogged and inflamed and develop congestion. If you don’t wash your tea filter, then imagine what happens to your tea? It remains outside the filter and can’t be filtered to the mug. To remove that plaque, you need to take extra steps, isn’t it? So you have a lot of waste in the blood that is constantly getting collected and poor filters have stopped working. Since you continued your current living habits of food medicines or various aspects like this, it has led to CKD or chronic kidney disease and in such cases, dialysis will be the only way because a machine will need to filter the blood and be sent back to the body as kidneys have lost their ability to filter. God has been very graceful and gave us 2, but we have been misusing his generosity. Inflammation and swelling can also happen.

The body must be about 80% alkaline and only 20% acidic. If we become too acidic from our diets and lifestyle, we create a condition that leads to inflammation.

In my opinion, you will need to switch to a 100% raw lifestyle feeding on only fruits and liquids from natural sources without any man-made additives / processed foods / refined. It has to be directly from plants consumed in raw state to reverse from this condition.

Keep a wet cloth for few hrs at a stretch rinsing every 30 mins once. Inflammation will naturally also come down. Follow the diet alongside.

Your health issues of hydronephrosis can be resolved as under:-. 
 At the outset let me assure you that each and every tissue has self-healing and self-preservation power, only we have to tap that to our advantage by following the eternal laws of nature which are immutable, inviolable and have stood the test of time for centuries and there is no change even now, You must take heart from this fact, on the flipside the modern medicinal system is ever-changing there are new drugs on the horizon every five years. There is no safe drug in the world  every drug has a side and after effects, and a drag on the vitality.

Only one kidney was sufficient to sustain our body but the Supreme Being has bestowed us with two kidneys. If one kidney is damaged the other kidneys grows in size to tackle the work of another diseased kidney. 
1. Enemy no 1 for the kidneys are  heavy intake of protein  sourced/available from meat,  eggs, pulses nuts milk products, cheese, etc
2. Enemy no 2 is the sluggish skin which doesn't throw out the toxins through sweat/perspiration 
3. Constipation  is  also a contributing factor, to remedy  apply an enema of 300 ml cold water daily for a month or so 
4. To  strengthen lung power so very necessary to expel out the toxins so as to lessen the burden of kidneys and to  help kidneys to recuperate early 
5. Intake of salt is also inimical  cut down on the salt intake 
6. Avoid all enervating foods the likes of processed, refined foods, tea  coffee non-vegetarian, eggs milk products  sugar  etc

8. The diet of the kidney patient would be only boiled vegetables and fruits with few dates resins and very small amounts of flaked rice (poha पोहा).
9. Caution must be observed by not drinking huge amounts of any drink be it plane water. The kidneys are under duress and need resting to the maximum possible limit for their recovery. Drink water in aachman doses means only spoonfuls, slowly that too when thirsty. We say drink your solids and eat your liquid.

हेलो,

कारण - हाइड्रोनेफ्रोसिस एक ऐसी स्थिति है जिसमें मूत्र सही तरीके से किडनी से मूत्राशय में नहीं पहुंच पाता है और इस वजह से किडनी में सूजन आ जाती है। ऐसी स्तिथि ख़ून के गाढ़ा होने पे, या सूजन होने पर या मूत्रआशय में घाव होने पर होता है।

इसका मुख्य कारक अम्ल की अधिकता है।

प्राकृतिक जीवन शैली को अपनाकर पूर्ण स्वास्थ लाभ ले सकते हैं।

समाधान - लंबा गहरा स्वाँस अंदर भरें और रुकें। इसके बाद फिर पूरे तरीक़े से स्वाँस को ख़ाली करें, रुकें, फिर स्वाँस अंदर भरें। ये एक चक्र हुआ। ऐसे 10 चक्र एक समय पर करना है। ये दिन में चार बार करें। खुली हवा में बैठें या टहलें।

सूर्य उदय के एक घंटे बाद या सूर्य अस्त के एक घंटे पहले का धूप शरीर को ज़रूर लगाएँ। सर और आँख को किसी सूती कपड़े से ढक कर। जब भी लेंटे अपना दायाँ भाग ऊपर करके लेटें ताकि आपकी सूर्य नाड़ी सक्रिय रहे।जल तत्व- खाना खाने से एक घंटे पहले नाभि के ऊपर गीला सूती कपड़ा लपेट कर रखें या खाना के 2 घंटे बाद भी ऐसा कर सकते हैं।

नीम के पत्ते का पेस्ट अपने नाभि पर रखें। 20मिनट तक रख कर साफ़ कर लें। 

मेरुदंड स्नान के लिए अगर टब ना हो तो एक मोटा तौलिया गीला कर लें बिना निचोरे उसको बिछा लें और अपने मेरुदंड को उस स्थान पर रखें।

मेरुदंड (स्पाइन) सीधा करके बैठें। हमेशा इस बात ध्यान रखें और हफ़्ते में 3 दिन मेरुदंड का स्नान करें। 

जीवन शैली-  1आकाश तत्व - एक खाने से दुसरे खाने के बीच में अंतराल (gap) रखें।

फल के बाद 3 घंटे, सलाद के बाद 5 घंटे, और पके हुए खाने के बाद 12 घंटे का (gap) रखें।

2.वायु तत्व - प्राणायाम करें, आसन करें। दौड़ लगाएँ।

3.अग्नि - सूर्य की रोशनी लें।

4.जल - अलग अलग तरीक़े का स्नान करें। मेरुदंड स्नान, हिप बाथ, गीले कपड़े की पट्टी से पेट की गले और सर की 20 मिनट के लिए सेक लगाए। 

स्पर्श थरेपी करें। मालिश के ज़रिए भी कर सकते है। दर्द वाले हिस्से पर तिल के तेल से

घड़ी की सीधी दिशा (clockwise) में और घड़ी की उलटी दिशा (anti clockwise)में मालिश करें। नरम हाथों से बिल्कुल भी प्रेशर नहीं दें।

5.पृथ्वी - सुबह खीरा 1/2 भाग + धनिया पत्ती (10 ग्राम) पीस लें, 100 ml पानी मिला कर पीएँ। यह juice आप कई प्रकार के ले सकते हैं। पेठे (ashguard ) का जूस लें और कुछ नहीं लेना है। नारियल पानी भी ले सकते हैं। पालक  पत्ते धो कर पीस कर 100ml पानी डाल पीएँ। दुब घास 25 ग्राम पीस कर छान कर 100 ml पानी में मिला कर पीएँ। कच्चे सब्ज़ी का जूस आपका मुख्य भोजन है। 2 घंटे बाद फल नाश्ते में लेना है। 

फल को चबा कर खाएँ। इसका juice ना लें। फल + सूखे फल नाश्ते में लें।

दोपहर के खाने में सलाद + नट्स और अंकुरित अनाज के साथ  सलाद में हरे पत्तेदार सब्ज़ी को डालें और नारियल पीस कर मिलाएँ। कच्चा पपीता 50 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। कभी सीताफल ( yellow pumpkin)50 ग्राम ऐसे ही डालें। कभी सफ़ेद पेठा (ashgurd) 30 ग्राम कद्दूकस करके डालें। ऐसे ही ज़ूकीनी 50 ग्राम डालें।कद्दूकस करके डालें।कभी काजू बादाम अखरोट मूँगफली भिगोए हुए पीस कर मिलाएँ। 

लाल, हरा, पीला शिमला मिर्च 1/4 हिस्सा हर एक का मिलाएँ। लें। बिना नींबू और नमक के लें। स्वाद के लिए नारियल और herbs मिलाएँ।

रात के खाने में इस अनुपात से खाना खाएँ 2 कटोरी सब्ज़ी के साथ 1कटोरी चावल या 1रोटी लेएक बार पका हुआ खाना रात को 7 बजे से पहले लें।

6.सेंधा नमक केवल एक बार पके हुए खाने में लें। जानवरों से उपलब्ध होने वाले भोजन वर्जित हैं।

तेल, मसाला, और गेहूँ से परहेज़ करेंगे तो अच्छा होगा। चीनी के जगह गुड़ लें।

7.एक नियम हमेशा याद रखें ठोस(solid) खाने को चबा कर तरल (liquid) बना कर खाएँ। तरल  को मुँह में घूँट घूँट पीएँ। खाना ज़मीन पर बैठ कर खाएँ। खाते वक़्त ना तो बात करें और ना ही TV और mobile को देखें।ठोस  भोजन के तुरंत बाद या बीच बीच में जूस या पानी ना लें। भोजन हो जाने के एक घंटे बाद तरल पदार्थ  ले सकते हैं।

हफ़्ते में एक दिन उपवास करें। शाम तक केवल पानी लें, प्यास लगे तो ही पीएँ। शाम 5 बजे नारियल पानी और रात 8 बजे सलाद लें।

8.उपवास के अगले दिन किसी प्राकृतिक चिकित्सक के देख रेख में टोना लें। जिससे आँत की प्रदाह को शांत किया जा सके। एनिमा किट मँगा लें। यह किट ऑनलाइन मिल जाएगा। इससे 200ml पानी गुदाद्वार से अंदर डालें और प्रेशर आने पर मल त्याग करें। ऐसा दिन में दो बार करना है अगले 21 दिनों के लिए। ये करना है ताकि शरीर में मोजुद विषाणु निष्कासित हो जाये। इसके बाद हफ़्ते में केवल एक बार लेना है उपवास के अगले दिन। टोना का फ़ायदा तभी होगा जब आहार शुद्धि करेंगे।

Hydronephrosis is is the swelling of thekidney due to a build-up of urine. It happens when urine cannot drain out from the kidney to the bladder from a blockage or obstruction. Hydronephrosis couldoccur in one or both the kidneys. Some of the causes of thiscondition might bedue to a) Partial blockage in the urinary tract. Urinary tract blockages often form where the kidney meets the ureter or b)Vesicoureteral reflux. Vesicoureteral reflux happens when urine flows backward through the ureter from the bladder up into the kidney.

Some of the commonest symptoms include pain near the kidneys, which are located against the back muscles ofthe upper abdominal area. Pain may be felt on the lateral sides of the body and the back (this is sometimes called flank pain), pain during the process of micturition, urgent or frequent need to urinate, presence of blood in the urine, abdominal or groin pain, nausea and vomiting, fever, increased abdominal mass and swelling, urinary tract infection.

Some Natural ways to manage it

  1. Stay Always Hydrated - Water drinking is one of the basic principles in Naturopathy to prevent ailments in Naturopathic Medicine. Drinking plenty of water or fluids helps to dilute urine and flush out bacteria from the urinary system. Take care that you drink at least 8-9 glasses of water
  2. Reduce Pain Associated with Swelling -If you are dealing with pain around your abdomen or back, try applying a neutral or warm compress over the painful area, such as a heating pad or warm, damp towel. (15 Mins )
  3. Avoid Holding In, Constipation and Straining -Try to urinate about every two hours or more as needed. Avoid holding urine, which can make the discomfort worse. Constipation can also make the pain and swelling in the abdomen worse, so take steps to prevent it. Eating enough fiber, such as from high fiber foods like a variety of fresh vegetables and fruit, nuts, seeds, soaked legumes/beans, avocado and coconut can help you avoid constipation. Drinking enough fluids.Staying active as much as possible, such as by doing gentle exercises like walking or stretching
  4. Getting enough sleep and manage stress through mild yoga practices.
  5. Consuming chia and flax seeds soaked in water, which absorb fluid to form a gel-like consistency that helps soften stools.
  6. Try to prevent Urinary stones or urinary tract infections which could make the condition more painful.
